Problem installing Sun studio creator Please help

can come one please help me with this
i am trying to install sun studio creator on ubunutu but i get an error message saying unable to complete the install
the install logs shows the following error

Urgent: Please help: Trusted recon - Sun LDAP - timeout

Hi Experts,
I am doing trusted reconciliation with sun ldap using oim 11.1.1.5 bp4.
LDAP system has around 3 lakh users. so i am planned to do trusted recon in 5 or 6 intervals to get around 50K records each time.
i tested for 1000 users - no timeout is happening and all users are created perfectly using trusted recon
when i run for 25K users, i am getting timeout excception below,
1. It is searching and listing the users, (please chck time)

Above parameters are good for more than 25K users?

Abandoned connection timeout - 108000 (seconds)
Connection pooling supported - true
Connection wait timeout - 60 (seconds) --> Increase it to say 90 (seconds)
LDAP Connection TimeOut - 3000 (seconds) --->
Inactive connection timeout - 60 (seconds) --> Increase it to 600 (As the default value in the LDAP Server IT Resource Type Definition)
Alternatively You can rather break your chunks in 20000 records because you are able to fetch 22882 records successfully....

Can't use profiler (Performance Analyzer) in Sun Studio 12, please help!!

I've mandriva 2008 (linux), and I've installed Sun Studio 12.
At the first start of Sun Studio a message appear:
Warning - could not install some modules:
     ATD Sun Studio Core - The module named com.sun.tools.swdev.toolscommon was needed and not found.
     dbx Debugger UI - The module named com.sun.tools.swdev.toolscommon was needed and not found.
     ATD Performance Analyzer Actions - The module named com.sun.forte.st.mpmt/1 was needed and not found.
     ATD Performance Analyzer Actions - The module named com.sun.tools.swdev.toolscommon was needed and not found.
All other modules works correctly, but unfortunately I need the profiler (performance analyzer) because I want to speed up my C++ code. What can I do???
Please help!
NOTE:
I've added to my .bash_profile this lines:
PATH=/opt/sun/sunstudio12/bin:$PATH
export PATH
PATH=/opt/sun/sunstudio12/man/:$PATH
export PATH

Installation failed: cleanup successful.Anyway SunStudio 12 still works, but the main problem about the module of performance analyzer is still here...

During a serial installation, it asked for your terminal type. How did you respond?
During the serial installation it displays a message that function keys like [F2] can be replaced with the key sequence <ESC>-<2>. That should work fine with a 'vt100' connection.

Why are you using the Scanner? I didn't see anything in your reqiurements about reading user input.
I see you imported Random, so you know it exists. Did you read its docs?

Here is what i did:
I copied mod_wl_ssl.so from
/bea/weblogic700/server/lib/solaris/mod_wl_ssl.so to /usr/apache/libexec
Added entries in httpd.conf as
LoadModule weblogic_module /usr/apache/libexec/mod_wl_ssl.so
AddModule mod_weblogic.c
<LocationMatch "\.jsp$">
SetHandler weblogic-handler
StatPath false
</LocationMatch>

You may want to check the certifications for Solaris 9 and the Apache plug-in at
http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/certifications/certifications/sun_solaris9.html#40366.
It looks like you will have to upgrade to at least Apache 2.0.39. We had to do
this on Solaris 8 as well.

But the applet is downloaded from the server and we can't find out on the server what the path is on the client... or yes? Do I mean wrong?

You don't need a keystore at the client, you need a truststore which trusts the certs in the server's keystore. The one distributed with the JDK normally does this as it has lots of trusted root certificates in it so you shouldn't need to specify the trustore path at the client (i.e. to the applet). It may also be that the browser is using its own truststore rather than the JDK/JRE's so make sure it trusts your server, by whatever means are appropriate to the browsers concerned (i.e. don't ask me!).
Also you are getting mixed up between System.setProperties(p) and System.setProperty(). The former will overwrite the latter. Either do everything with System.setProperty or with p.setProperty() followed by System.setProperties(p).
However it works anyway because you haven't needed to do add the provider or set the handler package since 1.4, and I don't know that adding a security provider will even work in an applet environment. You can just delete all this code.

Firefox 6.0.2 keeps crashing on both of my computers every few minutes. PLEASE HELP!

I have firefox 6.02. It started crashing on my desktop several days ago after the update. It started crashing on my laptop yesterday, a few days after the update. I have Windows XP on my desktop and Windows 7 on my laptop. Both are HP. I upgraded to the 7.0 beta today but it is still crashing on both computers. The crashes are happening every few minutes. McAfee has not found anything. Please help. I am ready to switch to chrome.

I have firefox 6.02. It started crashing on my desktop several days ago after the update. It started crashing on my laptop yesterday, a few days after the update. I have Windows XP on my desktop and Windows 7 on my laptop. Both are HP. I upgraded to the 7.0 beta today but it is still crashing on both computers. The crashes are happening every few minutes. McAfee has not found anything. Please help. I am ready to switch to chrome.
