Supervisor has never called me back

I have been without phone service since June 6.  Verizon keeps telling me my repair problem will be fixed the next day and it never happens.  I have been uable to speak to any supervisor about this eventhough i leave my number and they never call me back.  today when i called again, i was told i needed to schedule a repairman to come to my house eventhough last week i was told it was an area cable outage.  no one has any idea what the real issue is or what it being done to repair it.

    No in order to backup to iTunes, you would need to unlock your phone.
    In order to import pics to your computer you would need to unlock your phone.

    Look under iTunes>Preferences>Devices...is there a backup listed for her phone? First thing done when you sync is an iPhone backup. If you have not synced since screwing her phone up, restoring from that backup(if it exists) should restore her content. Do not sync after you restore her phone, eject it. So, first disable auto-sync on that same device pane in iTunes before you proceed. If this doesn't work, is your sister bigger than you? If so, run 'cause her data is gone .

  • Apple Tech Support never called me back.

    I went online for support after my account locked me out because I failed to recall the answer to my security questions.
    They called me and explained that I needed access to my computer andthe internet to reset my questions. I wasunable to get to a computer at the time so the man on tech supportsaid that someone would call me back in about 20 minutes. No one ever called me.
    Today, I'm having the same issue only no one called me either time I set up a call. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Did you purchase the Mac used? If so, the person should have erased the drive and reinstalled the original system and should have given you the install disks.

  • What can I do if not one but two different supervisors have promised to call me back but have not?

    We had 4 lines and shared 6Gb/1Gb promotional of data.  Bill was appoximately $290 after receiving an employee discount through my employer of
    22% on the plan (does not apply to the individual lines).
    To make a long story short my wife called early in September about adding our oldest daughter back to our plan.  She spoke with a representative by the name of Devin who told her that our bill would NOT go up but instead would go down automatically once we moved to a plan with 10Gb and that the bill would be approximately $225-235 per month for the 5 lines.
    September 15th before adding my daughter we called again to verify the charges and finding out what we had to do to add her back.  This representative also told me the bill would be $235 per month but couldn't explain why - she did see that it was in the notes.   I was also was told that it was best to add her the night after her employer plan stopped covering her phone.
    September 18th before adding her we called to find out what we had to do to add her back.   This rep repeated what the others had said about the upcoming monthly charges.
    The following Monday or Tuesday I called and talked with yet another representative trying to discover what was the reason for the bill dropping so significantly.  The lady I spoke with indicated that we were to get a $22 (NOT $25) discount per line.  I know its an odd figure thats why I remember it.
    Sep 26th - called and spoke with representative who told me that we woud NOT be getting any discounts.  I then spoke with a supervisor (Derrick) who explained that we should have already been getting $25 off for two of the lines and gave us credit for 1 month charges but nothing else.   I asked him to pull the recordings - he said give him a week to investigate and make it right.
    Oct 3rd - a week later - Derrick missed the callback.
    Oct 4th - called and was advised that they had no way to get in touch with Derrick other than sending a message (I have to admit the gentleman was extremely pleasant - one of the better reps I've encountered) - said as much to his supervisor.
    Oct 11th - talked with Priscilla and then her supervisor who said that one of the reps was her employee - would talk with her/pull the recording and call me back in an hour.  She never called back.
    We never asked for any discount - it was a Verizon employee that told my wife that the bill would go down to $230.  Not once but 4 different times.  Two supervisors promised they would pull the recordings and call us back but never did.
    I'm not stupid - If the recordings proved that we made this up or that Verizon had NOT told us that the bill would go down to $230 then they 
    would have called back and rubbed it in my face.   By them not calling back I know that they have discovered that we have stated the facts as
    accurately as we can remember and have not made this up.
    Is there anyone at Verizon that can resolve this situation to our satisfaction?  There's a lot of difference between the promised $110 discount and the $50 indicated by Derrick.

    Don't worry you will not hear back if it's anything like my last few interaction with this company good luck. Oh you may have one of these online CSR tell you they are here to help but that just a smoke screen.

    1) Very few PL/SQL programmers would consider it good form to have procedures with excessive numbers of parameters. In any language, though, it's possible to write poor code.
    2) Initially, you're right-- the performance of properly defined SQL statements via JDBC is little different than the performance of PL/SQL stored procedures. Frequently, however, SQL statements in Java applications do not take advantage of bind variables, which will significantly limit their scalability. Maintaining SQL statements in client applications makes it significantly more difficult on the support side-- if you find a bug in a stored procedure, you can fix the bug in one place-- if you find a bug in embedded SQL, you have to fix the code everywhere the client is deployed. Maintaining PL/SQL stored procedures also makes optimization easier-- frequently your DBA will be able to boil down a stored procedure to a couple of SQL statements and vastly improve performance (i.e. INSERT INTO <<table name>> SELECT <<column list>> from <<other table>> rather than looping over a cursor doing single-row inserts). Finally, PL/SQL stored procedures enable reuse-- when the next application wants to access the database, it doesn't have to rewrite your SQL.
    3) If the alternative to the bind variables (?'s) is a bunch of literals, I'll spend the extra time writing the code for the tremendous increase in scalability.
    4-6) You can certainly pass classes from Java to PL/SQL and back. You can also write Java stored procedures, rather than writing PL/SQL stored procedures). Oracle has been one of the leading proponents of Java.

  • ITunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services.  Reconnect or try again later AND Your iPhone has never been backed up to this computer AND always Not Responding

    First: I get the message telling me that "iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services.  Reconnect or try again later."
    Second: In the Summary Tab under Backups, iTunes is telling me that my iPhone has never been backed up to my computer - which is not true. It's also telling me that my iPhone has never been backed up to iCloud. Again, not true. Although my backups are all missing from iTunes, I can see what I think is them in their folder: C:\Users\*your user name here*\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync.
    Third: iTunes is SLOOOOOOOOW. It takes nearly ten minutes - sometimes more - to launch, and when it does, it's constantly not responding. It seems every time I touch something it stops responding.
    Fourth: I've been searching this "help" forum for a solution, and I've seen many other references, yet the only suggestion I've seen from someone from Apple is a reference to a solution that is over 2 years old - and DOESN'T WORK for anyone I can see who's tried it!
    I've tried everything I could think of, and that others have suggested, including:
    Uninstalling and re-installing iTunes
    Ensuring I have the latest version of iTunes
    Re-setting sync history
    Renaming my Backup folder at the path above, and letting iTunes create a new one
    Running around the house whilst pulling my hair and yelling obscenities
    None helped. At all.
    Hmmm... Been a devoted Apple/iOS guy for years, but maybe it's time to switch to Android?

    I've resolved the issue with iTunes constantly not responding. It's a bit embarrassing. I had a DVD in the drive that was corrupt, and once I was able to remove it - BAM - iTunes ran perfectly.
    I'm still getting the Sync Services message, and my backups are still not showing in iTunes.
    Getting there.... I hope!

    You cannot delete an Apple ID, you can just stop using it. If your photos are still on your phone now, then I suggest you do back them up. Transfer them from the phone into your iPhoto Library. iCloud only backs up your Camera Roll automatically. But the Camera Roll only contains new photos that were taken but not yet transferred using iTunes.

    I did a restore from backup but that did not change anything.
    I can see my apps in iTunes - it is like the update got some apps but not all, no contacts.

    I got my contacts back by doing another restore!  Relief..
    But only a very few odd apps are showing up on the 3GS

    The term cellular means cellular data only, there has never been a telephone capability built in to the iPad WiFi+cellular models.
    You must arrange cellular data coverage with your cellular carrier or another cellular carrier to use the cellular data capability of the iPad.

    Reset the phone then try it again: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

    Did you ever get an answer to this?  My phone started saying this over six months ago..it says it has never been backed up and icloud doesn't have enough storage.  I don't even have ANY music and only about 100 pictures.  I sync it to my computer all the time and when I do it says it's completely up to date.
