Supplier Notification mailing issue....

Question

Hi,
We have enabled Supplier Notification.But after the PO is approved, the PO is not being mailed to supplier.We have followed the steps in note.859047.1.
The wfstat.sql shows the following error:
PO_PDF_ERROR The system could not generate and/or communicate at least one of the documents
to the supplier or the approver. Please contact the system administrator.

Hi,
The PO Output for Communication did not error out when I supplied the Parameter Approved:Yes.But no output was generated.I am uploading the log file.The output from the log file is given below:
