Phone is giving problems thats why want to repair it.

Desktop v4.7 (updated) crashes on Windows XP
After launch, the Desktop Manager eventually crashes I don't have to do much other than select almost anything and it will crash.
Is there a way to attach the Desktop_Errorlog.txt and the .dmp files?good man. you've gone through a lot of the basic troubleshooting with an 0x8E already.
one further thing to check on at your end of things is malware. (i've seen some 0x8Es caused by that.) so try downloading fresh definitions and running vigorous spyware and virus scans. if your security software providers offer them, try running online scans too. (they can sometimes pick up on an infestion on a PC when the security software on the PC has been compromised.)
to try to cover some other bases, let's also try enlisting some additional technical help.
let's also capture a minidump of the crash and send it to someone who can interpret minidumps.
To set up your machine to capture a minidump, right click on "My Computer", select "Properties", select the "Advanced" tab, select the "Startup and Recovery" Settings button, select "small memory dump" from the popup. When it crashes, look for the MiniDump file. It's usually in the folder "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" and is called something like Mini<number>-<number>.dmp.
collect the minidump, and send it to this email address
in the email, include the URL to this thread so that the person who gets the email has some context, but also give as much information about the context of the crashing as you can. -

ITunes updating crashing windows?
This is third time I'm typing due to some unknown error apple website is showing me.
It's hard to type whole thing again and again.
I happen to follow the lates iTunes update notification for windows and installed. It asked me to restart and after restart the screen is blank no response. After waiting for a while, I reset and windows want to repair, which also didn't work. But later when I switch on the pc it started windows normally.
In meanwhile I was trying to look for support for the same through my ipad. I didn't find, no actually apple didn't mention any email support in their website. Instead they ask me to open a case which again asks me mac serial number. Lol.
Since then I am trying to type this thread and it get error to post.
Anyone please guide to ge email support for such situation if I get next time. Phone numbers won't help bcos I'm in travelling and sometimes it will be midnight.
Thanks and regards

Media Manager Update - Crashes at Start up - Windows XP
I received a notification while using Verizon Media Manager today that an update was available. I thought good maybe this addresses the constant crashing when using the user interface on my set top box, but instead I got an update which made the software completely unusable anymore. Now the program simply crashes at start up. I have tried uninstalling and installing with reboots in between many times without any luck. This has got to be simply the worst software ever written. I have yet to see an update improve anything. And Verizon keeps adding features rather than addressing issues like the software crashes on the set top box very frequently especially when attempting to fast foward/ rewind, and now the software crashes on Windows...
I guess I won't be using it anymore cause I don't really have much of a choice....
Fix your software, Verizon. It's pathetic.Sound like it's a problem with Media Manager running on XP. The latest version works fine on Windows 7 and Vista. Maybe Verizon missed a compatibility test of some sore when it wrote the update that's crashing on your machine.

I am trying to update Itunes in Windows XP but after going through the the installation process I am getting a message saying "The Older Version Update cannot be removed. Contact your technical support". What do I do???
"The Older Version Update cannot be removed. Contact your technical support".
Doublechecking before proceeding. Is it saying the older version of Apple Software Update cannot be removed, or some other program? (Several different program names can be mentioned in this context.) -
Where is the support or updates for Windows 8??????????????????????
What "support" or "updates" are you looking for? If you're having problems, perhaps if you post details, someone here can help you sort things out.

Where is Support for Windows Update issues for Windows Server?
Where is Support for Windows Update Issues for Windows Server?
Windows Update keeps prompting to install an important update, KB2871690 and continually fails with error code 0x800f922
I ran all the fixes I can find, it still fails.
I also tried the manual install, fails.
Microsoft used to provide no charge support for Windows Update issues. They additionally offer online fixes for other versions of windows, but not server, and I can't find a forum.
I also cannot ignore the update, it continually prompts.
I ran the windowsupdate.diagcab and it continually states it fixes Windows Update error 0x80070057, by resetting windows update data store. It further states it fixes Problems installing recent updates.
But it doesn't. I've run it 50 times, and it says the same thing every time.
So there is no support for windows update, and no support for windowsupdate.diagcab.
What's the deal?I've done the SFC/ SCANNOW and DISM
here is the cbs.log

No PKCS#11 support in JDK 6 Update 14 for Windows x64?
Hi there,
I successfully installed GlassFish 2.1 on Windows 2008 x64 with JDK 6 Update 13 for x64. Everything was ok until I wanted to access my USB token with a certificate on it trough an EJB.
I then had to reinstall everything based on 32-bit versions. Now it works again, but I'm not very satisfied with the solution because I wanted to have everything based 64-bit.
Why JDK 6 Update 14 for Windows x64 does not contain PKCS#11 support? When you have look to the x86 version support is available there. If you load successfully your pkcs11 lib into java 32bit mean that the lib is 32bit.
You cannot load a 32bit native lib into java 64bit ( http://java.sun.com/docs/hotspot/HotSpotFAQ.html#64bit_native_porting ).
If you find the 64bit lib for your token, you should be able to use java64. -

If you uninstall it the Lenovo software just keep reinstalling it. If you uninstall the Lenovo PM driver but do not reboot you can then open Power Manager. The minute you reboot the Lenovo software reinstallls the driver.
Why would Lenovo install software on a brand new Windows 8 laptop that is broken and useless? Tech support is absolutely no help they transfer you to the software department which wants to charge you to fix a problem that Lenovo created!!! It is crazy!! I was hoping someone here could solve this problem or maybe someone at Lenovo would see this and get the problem resolved. Tech support has been useless. I reported the problem to them at least 5 times. -
Premiere Elements 12 crashing in Windows 7
After starting Premiere Elements 12, it crashes randomly. No error code, no BSOD. Just a message from Windows saying that the program has stopped working. The program says it is up to date, and I've updated everything from Windows to Java to Flash and all my drivers. This happens every few minutes, and there doesn't seem to be any specific action that causes it.
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, build 7601

2x NVidia GTS 450 in SLI using dual monitors.Safireranger
Thanks for the follow up with the good and not so good news about the computer monitors involvement in your Premiere Elements 12 Windows issue.
Did you find that either of the monitors could be used by itself, but just not the two together in the dual monitor set up?
If either one, then I would suspect that you need to find out if your video card will support dual monitor set up. And, then there is the question, "Did you have SLI in affect with the single monitor set up?"
The answer may not be in single monitor vs dual monitor but rather in your video card support and/or setup.
Taking Premiere Elements 12 out of the equation, it might be interesting to learn what NVIDIA Support Group has to say about
2x NVidia GTS 450 in SLI using dual monitors.
We will be looking forward to your results.
Thanks again for looking into the troubleshooting suggestions made.

Itunes keeps crashing with windows 7
iTunes 7 keeps crashing on windows 7. please help.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Update crashed my itunes app?
update crashed my itunes app?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

How to fix 12.1.1.4 iTunes keeps crashing on Windows 8.1
How do I fix iTunes 12.1.1.4 which keeps crashing on Windows 8.1 (64 bit)?
See HT203206: iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
