Support in STOP unauthorised monthly payments

Hi there,
In the past few months I have been charged by Itunes on my account £4.99 for something that I haven't got a clue what is about. I have tried to contact support to be letting in the queue and/ or see the line going mute after a long wait and many department transfers.  Therefore, I would like;  1- to know what I have been paying for  2- I want to STOP those payments straight way 3- have a refund for what I have paied so far.

You can see the purchase history on your account by logging into it on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it which you can click on.

In terms of a refund, all purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Sign into Adobe.com and go to Manage Account and your subscriptions. There you will find an option to cancel. Note: if it is within the first month, you will receive a full refund; after that, you will pay 50% of the remaining cost.

    With the security breach, we may have to change our credit cards.  If for that reason or any other, a monthly payment fails, do our CC apps stop working at once, or do we get any period of grace to correct the payment?  Does anyone know this? 

    Thanks, but I don't quite understand your answer.  This is not about cancelling. 
    The question is: if a monthly payment doesn't go through, what happens?
    Suppose my credit card payment doesn't work.  For example, my card might have been stopped by the bank for suspected fraud reasons, or the card number changed following a re-issue of the card, or there may have just been a payment error.  Does my Photoshop CC subscription stop immediately?  I might not even know that the payment has failed for a few days, and it might take me a bit longer to find out what has gone wrong, and reset the credit card on my Adobe ID. 
    In the mean time, can I still use my Adobe CC applications, even though a monthly payment has not gone through on the due date (for reasons outside my control, perhaps, and maybe even without my knowledge)?

    I'm getting these payments size of a like 2€ (euros) and I don't understand the reason. I got the first payment when I registrated my credit card and second when I downloaded first (it said it's free) thing from the itunes shop on my ipod touch, and third one when I actually bought something, and the thing what I bought was 2€ + 2€ (for what, if I may ask?)
    And I talked with my friend, and he said, he too gets this kinda every monthly payments, just for.. useing the software?
    If it's so, then I understand, but there's no information about the taxes?! And apple store account purchase history shows no sign about it, what so ever.. so what the f. is going on?
    (and I can't change the credit card data, 'cuz every time I click on the button "edit payment information" it just displays error, that the service is temp. unavailable) and the helpline.. It directs me to another countrys helpline.. I mean what? I have to make international phone call to get info for that? You know how much it will cost me?

    There is no monthly fee for the iTunes Store. You pay only for what you purchase. However, when you open a new account, or enter in a new credit card (and possibly when you update your credit card, for instance with a new expiration date), the iTune Store will put a small hold on your account to verify that the credit card is valid. That hold should be removed by your bank within a few days.
    Check your Purchase History and see if is shows any record of these charges. If it does and it's not something you expected to be charged for, ontact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them.
    If you see purchases made that you did not make yourself, immediately change your password to your account, then contact your credit card company and report the charges as possibly fraudulent. Do the same if you are being charged but you see no matching purchases in your Purchase History.

    You are not likely to be able to haggle for a better price if that is what you wish to do.  If you want to cancel your current subscription so that you can sign up for something less expensive then you should visit the page linked below.  Just be aware that cancelling a subscription can result in penalty charges for early termination.

    My on-line membership to iTunes/Netflix was terminated when one of them was unable to collect my monthly payment for December 2013. The expiration date on my credit card had changed. I didn't know I had to notify them of that change. I've never had to notify any business, ever, since I've had a credit card. I've written them emails giving them my new expir. date and asking how I can settle my account but, so far, have received no response other than notes from both iTunes and Netflix announcing my cancelled membership. I just want to give them the 8 bucks and settle my acct. Help! Jack

    Thank you for the question.  Once you update your payment information in iTunes for the expiration date change you should be able to renew the subscription to Netflix.  The steps in the first article walk you through updating your payment information.  Once this is done see the section labeled Managing auto-renewing subscriptions on a computer in the second article below.
