Support mobile wireless handsets on UC320, such as Cisco 7921/5?
The UC320 is great, a major improvement over the UC 520. Can you talk about any plans to support mobile wireless handsets like the Cisco 7921 or 7925 on the UC320 so employees can be reached via local WiFi while walking around.
Also will the UC320 someday support a WiFi connection to the AP541N Wireless LAN Access Point? Thanks.
The indecision Paul talks about in respect of the UC320W is in sharp relief to the Cisco OnPlus Agent and Service where there is community consultation on roadmap development and rapid delivery of these features. I can only think Matthew is right and that Cisco thinks the features requested for the UC320W will bastardise their UC540/560 market. At the lower end of that market they are probably right. However, in my country a recent government report stated that 97 percent of all business enterprises employee less 19 people or less. These enterpises employ around 80 percent of the working population. By nature of their size these businesses simply cannot afford the UC500 range of products. It is a huge market for a product of the UC320W's ilk but these business will not be fobbed off with a product like the current UC320W with a very limited range of features.
Right now the indecision in how this product is to develop means we do not sell it, albeit we believe it has great potential. However, we can't sell potential without a defined and commited roadmap and commitment from Cisco to the product. If not that, then please put us all out of our misery and EOL the UC320W.
Does the recently released SPA302D DECT handset have potential to be a DECT solution for the UC320W?

Why a mobile wireless webserver??
These days, nobody gives a second thought when they make a phone call to enquire information, chat casually or communicate. The called party is reached directly by a mobile or fixed phone. This was the age of voice communications, but as the future is data & voice integration, a personal (maybe business) mobile wireless webserver may be the next form mobile phones will take.
http://www.quiezent.com/pda_wws.htmlHi,
The Officejet 6500 Wireless E709n does not support the ePrint feautre, therefore the printer does not have any dedicated ePrint address, as you may find listed below:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02814760&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=391194&tmp_...
You may print from the Windows 7 PC using the standard software,
From the iPad you may print the HP ePrint Home & Biz app:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c02775166&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=391194&tmp_...
For the Nokie Lumia 800, I afraid HP does not provide any solution for Windows 7.5 mobile OS.
The only solution provided for Windows Mobile is the HP iPrint Photo app which only support Windwos mobile 6.5 and below.
I would suggest you to check the Ovi Store for any available 3rd party printing solutions.

Shlomi

I have recently bought a Seagate Goflex satellite mobile wireless hardrive , i have converted some of my AVI movies to MP4 and loaded them onto the hard drive, when I try and play them through my I pad2 I can hear the sound of the movie but not see the film, somebody please help, what am I doing wrong as I have spent a lot of time converting these movies to be able to travel with my iPad and watch them. Thank you
Unfortunately, the drive is pretty much restricted without hacking it. That is, you can't stream its content via standardized protocols like UPnP, SMB, FTP and the like. This makes you won't be able to access its content from any third-party apps otherwise capable of playing back AVI files from UPnP / SMB / FTP / WebDAV etc. sources.
While this is certainly not a recommendation (I can in no way be held responsible if anything goes wrong): you may want to consider extending the capabilities of the drive by installing the hack: http://www.hackseagatesatellite.com/wordpress/welcome/
It'll "open" the drive for third-party, AVI-capable multimedia apps like GoodPlayer, It's Playing etc. to directly play the files over the network. -

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cisco.swtg_android&hl=enHi Jessica,
On the iOS mobile app, communities with sub-communities are identified by a blue arrow next to the community. If you tap on the community name you will be taken to the community, if you tap on the blue arrow you will be taken to the sub-communities within that parent community. For Android tapping on the arrow next to the community name will expand that community to show any sub-communities underneath it. I hope this helps.
Thanks,

Does a 2504 WLC support mobility group with WiSM1 on 6500 Series
if a 2504 WLC support mobility group with WiSM1 on 6500 Series.
Model: WLC 2504
Software version: 7.3.101.0
Model: WiSM1
Software verion: 7.x.x.xYes and no.
Yes, mobility is supported.
No because I personally won't recommend inter-controller roaming. This is more true when you're dealing with 4400/WiSM-1. This is even more true when you've got WLC running two (or more) different codes. -

How to share mobile wireless connection from Win XP to mac?
Hi,
I have two comupters, one mac and one PC (win XP). I am trying to share the mobile wireless broadband from my PC to the mac. I set up the sharing from mac to PC successfully quite a while ago, but now I need to work extensively on mac. So I tried to set up the sharing in the other around and nothing worked at all. Here is what I did.
1. I enabled the sharing of the mobile wireless connection on PC.
2. I tried to set up a small/home network, but it didn't work on Mac as the windows softwares can't be run on mac
3. I also tried to set up a peer-to-peer connection from PC to Mac which also didn't work.
Does anyone how to do the sharing from PC to Mac? Thanks a lot!Okay, firstly some routers or mdoems come with 2 ports on the back so you can connect two different computers so simply plug them both in
if not, then i advise you buy a router which allows you to add numerous computers to the same network via wires or add numerous computers wirelessly
i have one computer connect to my netgear router -wired
i have one computer wirelessly connected with a Netgear USB wireless reciever
then i got my laptop which is connected via wireless
i have xbox live which i connect to the internet via my laptops wireless connection, this can be done with any pc or laptop aswell
what you do is
wireless networks - where it showws any detected networks
change advanced options - on the side
advanced tab
then allow other computers to use this computers internet connection
simple as
all you do is plug in your other pc or whatever -
