Is update has only been released for India and Singapore for the moment. It should be rolling out for everyone else over the next few weeks. As usual it will probably be done in phases, so be patient.

I have been trying in vain for over one hour to access information about the minimum hardware requirements for Firefox 3.6.20, to which I have upgraded today. Why do you make it so hard to find such information from your support page?
I am running this version on an old 450-MHz AMD K6-III+ system that is packed to capacity with 384 MiB of RAM, although from what I gathered from the page I accessed immediately before the upgrade, all software requirements have been met; I am running it on the openSUSE 10.2 platform. I have reason to suspect that this version of Firefox handles memory badly, causing some of my JavaScript applications to behave badly, although these applications work correctly in older versions such as 3.5, and in Opera 10.I have since discovered that one could access this information from the Release Notes, which can be accessed from the Help menu. Sorry! My mistake!
However, it would still be helpful (i.e., to those of us who are newbies, or forgetful) to include a link from your support page. Please include it there as well! -
Incorrect information on About your apple product on apples support page

I have looked up my serial number on apple's support page and it states that my MBP is glossy screen but infact it is not.
This is a replacement unit.
How might this be ?This is common.
There was a date where all MBP releases were designated "glossy" despite the type of screen.
A few users even had problems adding apple care due to this designation.
No worries though, it is normal. -
I Have a 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 macbook pro, I recieved it with OSx 7.2 lion installed, I need to us AHT (apple hardware test) according to the support page that I copy here

Apple Hardware Test is included on the DVDs that are shipped with some Macintosh computers. If the copy on your hard drive becomes unavailable, use the DVDs to run Apple Hardware Test.
For Intel-based Apple computers that shipped with Mac OS X v10.5.4 or earlier, Apple Hardware Test is located on the Mac OS X Install Disc 1 and should be included with your computer.
For Apple computers that shipped with Mac OS X v10.5.5 to 10.6.7, Apple Hardware Test is located on the Applications Install Disc 2 and should be included with your computer.
For some Apple computers that shipped with OS X Lion, if Apple Hardware Test cannot be found on the hard drive, an Internet-based version starts up instead.
This doesn't work as the additional information statement says it should above. Could someone at apple give me an idea of where to get it or what the "REAL" solution is, since it doesn't work on an internet version which was confirmed today at the Genius Bar in the Apple store.

Are you holding down the "d" key, all by itself, just after the system shuts down for a restart?
And how long did you hold it down?
I held mine down for about 40-50 seconds. Then I lookat at my routers WAN light and it was flickering so I let up on the d key.
If that does not work then maybe there is something wrong with your MBP. Is that the reason you want to run this test, something isn't right with your unit? -
How do I get my computer to "allow" a Java upload? It will not even accept the link from your support page.

Im new to sony community so please take it easy on me. I was able to access support information from sonys own xperia z1s support page. But as of last night, that page is no longer existent and any searches for C6916 redirect me to the Z1 support page with no information on Z1S. Has sony stopped supporting this device?I wouldn't like to say as the Z1s is a T-mobile specific locked phone and may have security features in place to only allow network signals via their firmware

– I have the most recent version of Firefox.
– I have my settings in Preferences -> Privacy on "Keep third party cookies until I close Firefox".
– I've checked "Clear history when Firefox closes" and have ticked every single box under settings (except saved passwords).
– But still, Cookies do not get deleted when I close Firefox – there are hundreds of cookies every time I open it.
– If I go to Tools -> Clear recent history, choose "everything" and tick every single box, history etc. get deleted but the cookies remain.
– If I go to Preferences -> Privacy and click "Show Cookies" and then click "Remove all cookies" twice, the cookies disappear, but they're back just seconds later.
– I've even tried going to Preferences, clicking on Exceptions and manually adding some of the websites that showed up under "show cookies" and blocking them and then deleting the cookies, but still they re-appeared within seconds, and the exceptions were blank again.

Please help me. I used to be a big fan of Firefox but this is getting really scary.You can't remove opt-cookies that are added by an extension unless you disable or uninstall that extension, so you can disable the do not track extension as a test to see if that allows to remove the cookies.

Device type does not support page format

There is one issue when I print a sapscript. I get an error message as follows:
Device type EPESCP9 does not support page format ZSG02
Could someone advise?

The page format ZSG02 is not present in Device type EPESCP9.
in SPAD t.code add the page format in that device type.
Better inform to BASIS people they will add page format in that device type.

Is here a way to increase the font of the "page information" when I print an InDesign page? Thanks!

InDesign CS5 (7.0.4), Mac OSX 10.6.8
This sounded like a great option, and I downloaded the .mrk files and put them in the location outlined in the PDF... But when I open a document and go to print it, in the "Marks and Bleed" section of the dialogue, only the Default setting is available. I even tried putting the files in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/PrintSpt but no-go. They don't seem to show up. I saved the files as plain text through TextEdit, and there are no spaces in the names; the file extension is .mrk
Could the location of this files in InDesign CS5 be different than in CS3? Or maybe CS5 doesn't use .mrk files anymore? If anyone knows, or has tried this in CS5 and it works, let me know.

I'm having issues with the Blackberry Support pages. When I click on a lot of them, nothing happens.
I've clicked on the video demo's, nothing. Other pages as well.
I'm new to Blackberry. I've downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Software. When I hooked my device up to my laptop to access the desktop software, I get message telling me my device, Z10, is not supported by the desktop software. WTF? I thought the Blackberry Desktop Software supported "ALL" Blackberry devices.
When I tried to open the "Manua/User Guide" link. It did not open.
Just tell me where I can go to ask questions and get answers.

Can't access Apple's support page in FFox; getting a looped pop-up dialogue box.
Hi,
When I try to access Apple's support page, there's a 'Welcome back - do you have the same problem as last time?' dialogue box that I can't get past. No matter what I press (Yes or No), the page refreshes and the box comes back.
I have deleted my cache, and gone through every step I can with Apple support over the phone, but the issue still occurs.

I can still receive icloud ( ME email address) emails fine. I have not changed my settings at all. I have however tried all the settings I can find on the support pages. PLEASE HELP. Nothing has changed. This suddenly just started happening around a month ago. To frustrate me apple does not seem to have a support email or any method to contact them with this issue to do with their email product. I have spent ages going through the apple support sites and I keep getting asked for an apple product to mark it against. I have no apple product as I am using a PC but I am accessing and using their email product. Is there even a phone number I can call? Surely there is a support area for their Email server issues. Can anyone help? It is driving me mad and causing me major issues. My outlook is Outlook 2010 on a windows 8 PC. As I have said it worked fine then one day decided to stop sending emails.
