Support Phone Number / Assistance Needed

I installed the BOXI server and resgitered it today.
When I add a Crystal report the History, Process, and Schedule tabs are greyed out.
I tryed to call someone but low and behold you do not get to talk to a live person after giving them your money .... my own personal gripe i guess ....
Also i am using the administrator account as well as a domain admin account. (I have it using my AD)

I think the primary cause of this symptom was a bad license key. Can you reach the account rep that gave you the key or was it online?
Also moving to general forum which is for issues like this.

    There is no specific help line for iTunes, technical support would generally be hardware related and is free for a limited period and a limited number of calls when you buy something like an iPod. Outside of the complimentary period per-incident support is £35 (UK) or €49 (Ireland). However the technical support numbers are 0870 876 0753 (UK) or 1850 946 191 (Ireland). Lines are open Monday-Friday 0800-1945 and Saturday 1000-1745. I don't know if these time are any different over the Christmas period but you can give them a try and see: Apple Contact page

    Thanks for your reply. May I ask what makes you say I haven't applied all those updates you listed? To the best of my knowledge, I haven't skipped any that I've been alerted to, it just took me a while on some occasions to succeed.
    This latest one is the only one I've taken such an extra long time to get, and if I'm behind on some, I don't understand why I'm still being alerted to "update"...?
    My newest problem however is that when I shut Firefox down, and then try to clean out cache etc, I keep getting a message that says:
    "You must close Firefox/Mozilla to allow the Internet Cache to be
    cleaned.Otherwise this process will be skipped."
    But there are no -- visible anyway -- browser windows open.
