Suppress NULL Address Lines.

Hi,
I want to suppress the space if Address3 and Address4 are NULL. Right now I am getting blank lines if Address3 and Address4 are NULL.
I tried using the following code but it's not working

I am using oracle applicaitions 11.5.10.2 and in that Responsibility --> XML Publisher Administrator --> Templates.
Now i am using <?if:B_ADDRESS3!=' '?><?B_ADDRESS3?> <?end if?>
instead of NULL in my RTF Template but still i am getting the blank lines.

I have one text in which fields are separated by comma. I want to display the text in a text field. But whenever there is a comma the text following it needs to be printed in the same text field on new line.
Is there any way to achieve this.
e.g. if the address line 01 = ABC, 01/123 XYZ, 890776
then the output should be printed as follows
ABC
01/123 XYZ
890776

You need to put the code in the java script where you ll read the text in the texfield and then read it in diff var on the basis of the comma and then print the various var as an output.

Can I hide the Address line through a URL?

Can I hide the address line (and button bar, and menu bar) from a URL address? We are generating an Oracle report, and I was hoping to be able to hide the address bar when the report is opened in a new window. Since the report server creates the html to show the report I can't control it there (or can I?).

Jim,
the only way of achieving this is to call a Javascript function on teh page that initiates the Reports request. Thsi Javascript function would do a window.open() call where you specify the Reports request URL and all the browser window characteristics, like hiding the menu bar.

okay, this is actually a common problem. from your main screen select the blackberry key (next to track ball)->options->security->general settings->include address book->no->reset phone->problem should be fixed!

There is no address line to put any web site addresses

I have down loaded Fire Fox so many times and each time there is no address line to place any web site addresses.
I have a laptop using windows 7

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Full Screen mode with all toolbars hidden.
* Press F11 to toggle full screen mode (Firefox/File > Full Screen)
If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, that should make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
* If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
* If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
* If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

Infotype 6 screen address line 3

Hi,
I have a strange problem for emergency address screen.
The field PSTLZ which corresponds to text of address line3 is not visible in the screen.The data entry fields for this address line 3 (ORT01) is visible and is output only.But we changed this to standard in table T588M.
But we are unable to find PSTLZ elsewhere.
When I checked the program MP000600, the code "FIELD P0006-pstlz" is commented.
Is there anyway to make this field visible in the screen?

Are you talking about a web browser? the finder? If you are talking about a web broswer, and, specifically, Safari, you can edit the toolbar:
Then you can drag the address/search back into the toolbar:
If not.... then please add some details regarding what application.

Like me, many of you will have groups in address book which contain a number of contacts. Some contacts may be in more than one group.
When inserting more than one group into the address line of mac mail how can you make sure a contact that may be in more than one group doesn't get that email twice?

The only way to do that is to expand each group and check them for duplicate entries and delete the duplicates.

Cannot clear address line history. when i type a word in the address line i still get full history of all sites i've visited that has that word(s) in it.

even when private browsing, typing in the address line itself always brings up a history of sites visited that include that word or words. i've cleared the bookmarks, cookies, & history settings to no avail.

you can't really, but you might be able to filter them by message content into folders for each, or color them with tags
