My DAD bought me an IPOD NANO for xmas last year, It worked for a while and then it just stopped.
I found out that when you have it attached to you during a run or excercising, It may become water logged. By that I mean you may sweat on it. If you accidentally get the connection port wet, You may experience anamolies. One such instance was the message "Cannot connect to Firewire" Press to reset. I got this message a couple of times, I took the thing to my dad to see if he could help resolve the issues. He used a hair dryer to dry it out. Also because of the incident it now had another problem, I couldn't turn it off. After the second or even third time of this happening. My Dad took it and bounced it off the wall. It works great now! No kidding, It actually works great. I wouldn't recommend this though, I think it was a fluke. I just wish The IPOD Shuffle I had would work the same. I used it once and all I got after that wonderful $80.00 dollars I spent was The error message "Cannot read from or write to". I rebooted it four or five time, reinstaled all the software, upgraded. I did just about everything to that one except give it to my dad. Maybe I should.

Do we need to resolve all issues with intermediate 2010 migration before going to Exchange 2013?

We just migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 as an intermediate step to going to Exchange 2013. Everything is working through OWA, so all the data has been transferred. We have users that can access Outlook 2010 through a Citrix server,
and through their local workstations. Outlook 2010 is working fine through Citrix as well, but on all users if they access Outlook 2010 on their laptop they get an error when trying to do Out of Office messages, and they can't see free/busy time for
other users when adding them to meeting invites.
I already have a post about the issues, but since we are moving to 2013, could the migration fix these issues, or do we need to resolve them first? The data is clearly there, so I don't think that's the problem.

What error did you get when you try to open the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook 2010?

I have a visual C runtime error stopping my pse elements 10 running in win 8.1. I am not a techie so am looking for a very clear way to resolve teh issue without needing too much technical ability. Can anyone help?

I had been using my elements 10 for much of the day so do not know what I have done to upset it! I was starting up again and it began to load then offered me this line of script re a 'runtime error'. That means nothing to me except that it no longer works. I have had a peek on Google and see various suggested fixes from sources I don't know whether to trust. Also some fixes give a list of do's that to a non techie like me are not followable. Can anyone offer me some understandable guidance so I can get back to playing with my photos?

I still have that stupid pacman sound effect playing and I can not get rid of it. I have researched this for weeks and weeks and have tried everything. I need a sure fire way to track this thing down and stop it.

Do not have cool previews, have deleted, cleaned, rebooted, removed everything according to all the online help, but still have this stupid sound.

Try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] and see if that helps!

WRE54G v3 - SURE-FIRE WAY TO FIX IT

I've done many different things to try to get this thing to work right, with success at times, and with failure. I've done the power cycling of EVERYTHING at the same, unplugged, plugged up, pinged, etc. And yesterday, I shut down the PC, booted up later that day, with no connection. Have no clue as to why. Anyway, after my many hours of frustration and attempts, this is how I finally solved it. But first, let me give a simple breakdown of my network (for background/reference/etc.):
=Cable Internet
=Motorola SURFboard 5101 (Cable Modem)
=Linksys WRT300N Router
=Linksys WRE54G Range Expander
The cable modem and router are connected to the main computer.My other PC, on the opposite side of the house, is connected to the WRE54G Range Expander by an Ethernet cable, to receive the signal from the router.
So, to fix the problem, take the WRE54G, the power cable to it, and an Ethernet cable to your router (I guess any Linksys router will work. Try it just to see if it works for you.). Plug the Ethernet cable into an available port on your router (if there's not one, make one available temporarily.). Connect power to the Range Expander. You should now have an extra light on your router (where the Range Expander is plugged up). Now take a bent paper clip or something small and solid like that and press the Reset button on the Range Expander for a few seconds (about 10 should do). Now press the Auto Configuration button one time. Allow everything to sit for a minute just because. Now you should have two solid blue lights on your Range Expander. If not, repeat the process, but hold the reset button a little longer this time. Now disconnect the Range Expander from the router and disconnect power. Plug it up to whatever you want it to be plugged up to or however you intend to use it. Now press the Auto Configuration button again. You should have two solid blue lights. If so, you should be up and running.
What this process did was completely synchronize your Range Expander with your Router.
Hope this helps somebody, cause I wish I had these instructions for the last 2 days.

No. Unfortunately, you can't combine Apple IDs togetehr, even if you own them all.

Hi,
Your old pod can only sync with music that is physically in your itunes library and on your hard drive. Therefore there is simple way to resolve is to download your music to your hard drive.

Simple solution. Get a real internet service and not a cell phone internet connection service it was never meant to be used as the primary internet service
And how do you lose a home and job and be sued as you claim. What over 10 Gb of data? Give me a break
In my city small claims is $5000.00
