Suretap simcard not recognized by my phone

Hello,
I recently replaced my sim card with the suretap simcard. My voice and date work fine but when I try to activate any mobile payment application (suretap, ugo or cibc) they fail to recognize it and wont take me pass the error screen.
I requested a simcard change and still have the same result. I then moved my simcard to my girlfriend's Z10 and I was able to register with no issue (we both have unlocked devices with the same model).
I am starting to think it is a defect in my device. Is there a way to find out what exactly is the problem and what can I do to resolve it?
Any help with that is appreciated.

For clarity, are you trying to activate through your BBID?
or is this 'ugo' app the downloaded app from App World for TD Bank?

RAZR not recognized as "Mobile Phone"

I have been trying to get my PBook to recognize my RAZR as a Mobile phone. First the basics - my PBook (15" Aluminum 1.25 GHz / FW 800) has built-in BT and that is working fine. I can see the device and can xfer files using the BT File Transfer util. I am setting the phone as discoverable, and the little Bluetooth icon flashes on the phone. I'm running Tiger with all updates installed - all that are available via Software Update as of today's date.
If I use the "Any Device" option in the BT setup wizard, my phone shows up in the list and I can successfully pair with it. If instead I choose "Mobile Phone" I can't see the phone. I've tried deleting the Bluetooth preference .plist files, removing the device pairings and then re-running the wizard, but the only thing I can get to work is the "Any Device" option. After being paired, the following shows up in the BT "Device" tab in System Preferences:

Device Services: , Voice Gateway, Hands-Free voice gateway, OBEX Object Push, OBEX File Transfer, Dial-up networking Gateway

I'm having problems getting the PBook to actually 'see' the phone as a modem (have also followed a bunch of other instructions here, including d/l-ing some of the modem scripts for the Moto phones). I can't iSync with BT, either. The RAZR is not seen by iSync.
I'm missing some key parts of the setup that are done via the Mobile Phone setup screen, and I think that is the root of my problem. Any ideas on how to fix this? Why is the RAZR not recognized as a Mobile phone?

I can't get my PowerBook to recognize my V3 at all. I have had complete success with my V600, but today I got a new V3, and I'd like to get my numbers from the V600 to the V3. There are too many to copy them to the SIM card (I hate the way it's all or nothing!), so I'm trying to do it with iSynch. I have managed to synch the V600 with no difficulty, but I can't even pair the V3. Is there some optimum position you need to hold the phone in relation to the PowerBook, some secret incantation or what? I tried selecting Mobile phone and Any device, but neither one works, and I've tried it on two different user accounts, so I don't think it's a preferences issue either.

Purchased app not recognized on new phone

i upgraded my iphone 4 to a 5s today and one of my apps isn't showing up on the new phone after i synced everything.
apparently i hadn't backed up to the cloud after i purchased the app but i thought i did. oops!
i paid 1.99 for it and i'm trying to avoid paying again. any ideas?

Why is my computer not recognizing my phone as a device?

My computer is not recognizing that my phone is plugged in... It will charge it, but it won't download my pictures or show that it is even connected on my devices. I have updated all my itunes stuff and restarted my computed. What do I do?

Blackberry Z10 message "This label is empty or not recognized"

Since yesterday I'm getting a message all the time saying "this label is empty or not recognized".
The phone also vibrates. This is very annoying, but I have no idea what triggered this repeating message. Yesterday I turned the phone back to factory settings, with no positive effect.
I hope that somebody knows what the problem is.

My girlfriend has got the same problem (since two days) with her Z10. She rebooted her phone several times, removed some apps, removed some email accounts without success.
After this I installed the BB10 OS totally new using the Blackberry tools (blackberry Link e.d.). After rebooting and installing some applications the problem again showed itself (the **bleep**).
What is the problem and what is the cure?

Thanks for the response. There is no cloud icon next to them. All of the songs play on the phone still and no song was purchased through iTunes. I added them manually and tried to remove them manually. According to my iTunes they've been removed but they are still on my phone and working.

Phone not recognized by itunes

I just plugged in my iPhone 4 and it is no longer recognized by iTunes. It also says that the camera is not recognized,. I have reset the phone, redownloaded and installed iTunes. Nothing is working.

If you uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, did you follow the steps in this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 exactly. Check and make sure. If you did, then try this support document to get the phone into the Recovery mode. It may take more than one try. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

Error 1604
This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode,put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.
Error 1600, 1601, 1602
Follow the steps listed above for Error 1604. This error may also be resolved by disabling, deactivating, or uninstalling third-party security, antivirus, and firewall software. See steps in this article for details on troubleshooting security software.
