Survey in Web IC

Hi,
I am working on CRM Web IC. We have created a survey page using Survey suite. The requirement is to have this survey page displayed on Web IC, on the follow up activity details viewset, as a separate view. Since the survey page does not get created as a view, I need help on how to go about it. We are on CRM4.0

this is the procedure
In SAP Standard when a customer answers a survey, a new activity with transaction type 0000 will be created that automatically triggers the follow-up processes. In our business scenario were not using transaction type 0000 but Y004 instead.
To make the campaign automation survey scenario running for this transaction type as well you have to change a BAdI.
The following procedure describes where and how to adapt the respective changes.
In a real customer scenario this is a very likely procedure.
Transaction Code SE18
1. SAP Menu Architecture and Technology---->ABAP Workbench -
>Utilities -
>Business Add-Ins
2. Enter the name of the respective BAdI CRM_MKTCA_SVY_PAI in the field Definition Name and choose Display first.
3. Go to tab Interface and double-click on the default implementation class CL_DEF_IM_CRM_MKTCA_SVY_PAI.
4. Again, double-click on method IF_EX_CRM_MKTCA_SVY_PAI~PROCESS_SVY_PAI_FOR_CA and confirm the following dialog box with Yes.
5. In the following you see the example implementation for transaction type 0000.
6. Now switch to change mode and search for 0000 with the Find/Replace button.
7. In the following replace the line
iv_process_type = '0000' with the line
iv_process_type = 'Y004'
8. Save your settings and dont forget to activate your coding again.
now just try to understand it
because as soon as customer repond to the survey you get an in bound activity
this activity generation is crucial part of response analysing because this activity contains the info regarding the customer response
i would also advise you to go through the campaign automation,as it is the standard way to get the customer response.

I sap gui the survey works fine but in pcui I get the message "the survey could not find"

I'll advice u again check the survey which u r using in u r application is active and also check whether u have defined any determination criteria for survey which is to be fulfilled.

Result and answers of survey via web

Hi guys,
Where can I get the result, the answers of the survey i save in the bsp page¿?
Once i fill the web survey i press the button 'send', later it appears a sucessful message, and an url of this type:
http://my.system:port/sap(bD1lcyZjPTMwMA==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server/Result.htm?sap-params=c3Z5X2Nvb....
What is the next step? What i have to do with this? Any table with the answers to get them later¿?

CRM Survey on Web - Submit button not working.

Hi Gurus,
We have created a Survey in CRM_Survey_suite. The Problem is, when we send the survey with one Question (mail goes out with a link, user click on the link and link take them to our QA Server BSP Page), the submit button is working but when we send survey with more then one question the submit button is not working (When we click, nothing happens), however the RESET button is working fine.
Another interesting thing is, surveys with multiple questions are working fine in our Dev environment (The initial setup in dev was done by another consultant who is no longer with us).
I am not an expert in this area and i have checked every single config that i know in DEV and in QA to my knowledge and the config is identical.

Generation of Survey URL does not works on Web Environment

Hi experts!
I'm new on SAP, and I'm having some problems when generating survey URL.
I have created a survey using the transaction crm_survey_suite, and already done the configurations of the bsp code on "Survey Repository".
When I try to test the code, it is working fine, with no bugs.
In the SAP GUI, when I click on "Generate URL", I can generate and test it with no problems... But, when I try to access my Survey on Web Environment and I click on "Generate URL", the button is not available to be clicked.
What should I do to turn this button available on Web Environment?? Should I activate something?
Please someone help me in resolving this, I am stuck on this for the past few days.

How do I clear all my surveys from history?

I do a Helluva lot of survey work online filling out surveys, surfing web ads and the like every single day. They really clutter up History but the only way I can think of to get them off History is by right clicking each one separately and then deleting it! I tried right clicking one and holding down CTRL key so I could multi select and clear the lot of them at once but this will not work! Deleting all History even for 1-4 hours at a time is not an option because I use History to find old websites I have been to or need. Ideally, I'd like to set History so it auto deletes surveys as I finish them and close out of them or simply have History ignore surveys and web ad surf sites completely. You can use the Library to erase certain pages of History. It's all conveniently organization by date and time.
*To access the Library click the clipboard icon and go to Show All Bookmarks -> then click History on the left side pane. Alternatively you can also get here by pressing Ctrl + Shift + B
Firefox is always causing Adobe products crashes as well as causing its own crashes, causing my Windows 7 OS to crash and causing my Taskbar and my Start Bar to vanish w/o warning.
It's not Firefox that causes Flash to crash. Adobe Flash is just a piece of crap and has frequent problems. You can folllow my advice below to disable Protected Mode in Flash. Mozilla is working on an alternative called Shumway to replace Flash. Shumway is on the Nightly build however it isn't ready nor is it enabled by default. It's pretty buggy.

CRM Survey Suite: Replace Text after submitting the survey

Hi Experts,
i have a question concering crm_survey_suite (I use surveys in web scenario). When I submit a survey I get a message like: "Your request is being processed". Actually I'd like to change this text, but I can't find the coding that is responsible for the message. Any ideas where to find it? Points will be rewarded!

Hi,
The message -Your Request is being processed" is a standard SAP message and is not specific to Survey.
As per standard behaviour everytime you save some data on WebIC or request for some data to be displayed on the UI, it displays this message and after the save is complete or the data is fetched , this messages is replaced by other suitable message.
If you try to change this one it will be change at all places.
Would you still like to proceed with this

Crm survey suite extractors into BW

Does anyone know whether there are some Business Content extractors for the survey data in CRM. My CRM colleagues have setup surveys using the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction and it would seem to store at least some of this data in the table CRM_SVY_DB_SVS, but not all. However I cannot find any standard extractors to extract all the survey data.
There are extractors for the web survey stuff but the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction does not appear to be a web survey.
Any help would be much appreciated on this.
We are using CRM 4.0 with BW 3.5

To add attachment in supplier survey scenario

Hi all,
I am now working with adding attachment to standard supplier survey process. Briefly speaking, the role purchaser send mail to supplier's mailbox. The supplier send a response mail with attachments to the SRM server. In SO50, I configure a ZClass to receive the class to fetch the XSTRING of the attachment. Now I need to store these attachments to SAP server and then open them in a list in the survey monitor web dynpro view for each participant.
I searched the documents about DMS and also debugged the attachment functionality of Shopping Cart.
1 I found it seems impossible to simulate the way that SC stores its attachments. Since SC use some class:/SAPSRM/CL_PDO_BO_SC_ADV, which it is impossible to create a similar one in supplier survey.
2 For DMS, I am not sure how it works. Is it to call the method CREATE_WITH_FILES/URL/TABLE of class CL_BDS_DOCUMENT_SETfor storing the documents? Should anything else be done besides that? How can I make the relationship with the DMS documents with my supplier suvey? Should I create a ZTable with fields SURVEY GUID and DMS document GUID for that?

Actually I Have Survey List Web Part On Home Page, When User First Time visited Home Page And give response to survey list so that time i am Showing result.
but Now My Requirement is If User navigate to another page and after some time he came back to home page ,so that time how can i identify that current user already respond survey?
So that time i show him only result instead of question ,options and submit button ect.

For the most part the question utilize different terminology and/or phrasing from the standard but are otherwise understandable. However, below are listed the questions which make little or no sense to me.
