SUS Scheduling agreement - MM SUS Scenario

Hi,
In MM SUS scenario, we create Scheduling agreement and the delivery schedule will be released and schedule will be sent to SUS which is a standard functionality.
But our requirement is to send the Scheduling agreement as whole..like we sned PO from MM to SUS. Does it work if I create a custom idoc message type similar to PO (orders) with proper segments relevant to Scheduling agreement and corresponding mapping with XML in SUS ?
Has anybody worked on this kind of development? if yes please share some inputs.
Appreciate any help
Regards
Kiran

Hi Abhishek,
we don't want to change the idoc type: we would like to know if is correct to configure idoc DESADV for ASN created on SUS from a scheduling agreement release...because the idoc DESADV is not registered on ECC6 because of the error mentioned in my first post.
Anyway, the note you suggested is referred to software components that differ from ours.
Thanks for suggestion.

  • Scheduling agreement in subcontracing scenario

    Dear All,
    In our client they are using the scheduling agreement for subcontracting scenario in legagy system.
    How can we map this in SAP?
    I created scheduling agreement for subcontracting vendor but could not see the BOM for line item.And when i am doing MB1B by 541 movement type system is giving the error massage that the `purchase order dont have any item`.
    Please give me the inputs.

    Hi
    For Subcontrcting through MRP
    Other than the normal, in material master MRP 2 view u need to maintain the special procurement. And maintain BOM (CS01), Create scheduling agreement and manitain delvery lines in ME38, and do the transfer posting in MB1B (541 Movement type) and do the GR at MIGO (101 Movement type).
    Please check it once.

  • Scheduling agreement and SUS

    Hi
    Can anybody let me know,
    What are the steps involve in creation of scheduling agreement and distributing the scheduline lines to SUS.
    Regards
    Ashish

    In R/3 go to transaction -->
    ME31L ---> Create Scheduling Agreement
    ME38   ---> Maintain Delivery Schedule
    ME84  ---> Create SA Releases
    Once this is done --> and all the configurations are in place , system will SEND
    SAR to SUS.

  • Schedule lines tranfer from R/3 to SUS in a MM-SUS scenario

    Hi SRM gurus,
    We are working on the MM-SUS scenario where the scheduling agreement is created in the backend R/3 system. Delivery schedule lines are generated in the backend and transfered to the SUS thru. ME9E transaction for sending the delivery schedule to the SUS.
    We have a confirmation control key which guides us in SUS to create an ASN in the backend.
    Though there is a confirmation control key exist in the SA for that particular line item, when the ASN is sent from SUS to XI to R/3. There is an idoc error in the R/3 which says that there is no confirmation control key though it is there for the line item which is transfered to SUS.
    Now Pls. answer my questions :
    1) Will ME9E transfer the total lines in the SA or the schedule lines with the delivery schedules only ?
    2) Is it possible to resend the same schedule line ( with the updated delivery schedule) to the SUS as per the standard scenario?
    3) In the SUS how do we findout the materials corresponding to that particular delivery schedule line. Because in SUS the reference is only the scheduling agreement number as we could not see any scheduline line item.
    Pls. suggest.
    We are working on SRM(SUS) 5.0 with ECC6.0 as the backend.
    Best regards,
    Sridhar.

    i have seen the code --> where the FM is called for creation of SAR in SRM.
    that is FM
    BBP_SAPXML1_SUSPO_CREATE_IN --> in this --> search for this
    Call API
          IF ls_header-description EQ 'DELINS'.
            CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_API_SUSPO_CRT'
            EXPORTING
              is_header   = ls_header
              it_item     = lt_item
              it_attach   = lt_attach
              it_partner  = lt_partner
              it_longtext = lt_longtext
              it_tax      = lt_tax
              it_limit    = lt_limit
              it_sdln     = lt_sdln
            IMPORTING
              es_header   = ls_header_e
    this one creates ---> the SAR in SRM.
    and also i have seen further --> there is no place where any BADI is also called.
    i am afraid it is not possible to control what you want using BADI.
    only --> difference between --> New document and the old document is
    the Indicator --> C for create
    U for update.
    And Also if you can see the XML message for the updated document --> you can see all the lines in the XML message.
    Not the added lines...

  • MM-SUS for the extended classic scenario

    Hi,
    I have done SUS-MM for the classic scenario.
    Did anyone implement SUS-MM  for the extended classic scenario ?
    Did you face any problem or will it be same as 'classic' scenario ?
    Please help
    Thanks
    Pranav

    There shouldn't be any problem especially when the scenarios are concerned. Since the PO's moves from MM-SUS.

  • Scheduling agreement from ECC 6.0 to SRM EBP 5.0

    Hi experts
    is there a way to send from ECC 6.0 to SRM EBP 5.0 all the kinds of scheduling agreements?
    thanks
    regards
    andrea

    Hi Andrea,
    It is not possible to send Scheduling agreements from ECC to EBP.Same is the case with contracts.
    You can only upload backend contracts to SRM. Using GOA you can create either a contract or a Scheduling agreement in R/3.
    As informed by Usman, when you integrate R/3 (MM) with SUS it is possible to send S.As to vendors via SUS.
    Hope this makes you more clear.Clarifications are welcome.
    Award points for helpful answers.

  • Unable to do goods receipt in Scheduling agreement

    Hi ,
    We have a scheduling agreement and a valid schedule line whose delivery date has passed already.
    When we try to do a GR  , the system does not allow us to do a GR.
    I have been told to check that "confirmation control key 0004 has been set up for schedule agreement but there is no vendor confirmation (shipping notification) for the delivery schedule on 22.12.2009.
    Could you please create shipping notification firstly, and retest your scenario?"
    Can somebody please tell me where to see if the confirmation control key has been assigned to the scheduling agreement.
    Thanks

    Hi ,
    tHANKS. The problem has been resolved. Did a shiping notification.

  • Closing of scheduling agreement with open quantity

    In our scenario
    When ever we receive the sales order,
    we will convert it into scheduling agreement (VA31),
    then converting them into planned orders through (MD02) & (MD16),
    these are converted to PRu2019s and the procurement process continues and the material is taken into production through quality and after the processing of these materials  to end products(FG).
    These are taken into finished goods and we will create sales order (VA01) with reference to the scheduling agreement.
    And with reference to the VA01 we make out bound delivery (VL01N) and
    with reference to sch. Agreement we make billing document VF01  and create excise invoice for factory sale and send the goods to the customer
    Now the problem is
    When we receive sale order of 30,000 units and we will make sch. Agreement for 30,000 units.
    But after planning, procurement and production we receive the FG of 29,500 only(as per yield 98%)  into UR in stores.
    Now we will supply the FG to customer through billing.
    And now we will go to MD04 and check for the requirements the sale order sch. Agreement is still open and when we want to close that sch. Agreement to remove it from the requirements.
    But the system is not allowing us to delete the sch. Agreement and giving a message no.V1748, which you cannot mark, deletion flag of xxxxx sch. Agreement.
    We can only close it when we go back to initial sale order and change the quantity to 29,500 and coming back to sch agreement and changing the quantity to 29,500 and then only it is allowing us to mark delete.
    Initially it is allowed but now it not allowing me to close without the reverse setting.
    Kindly help me in this issue
    mln raju

    hi
    In Scheduling Agreemnt you can maintain the Reason for rejection for closing the SA maintain it item level also by mentioning the reason for rejection and the quantities will not reflect in MD04
