Suspend/Re-instate: Siebel account not displayed

Hi all,
When you click on a user and then either the 'Suspend' or 'Reactivate' buttons on the Accounts page, all of the user's currently assigned accounts should be displayed i.e. Lighthouse, LDAP, etc.
One of the resources I am provisioning to is Siebel. If I try to suspend or reactivate a user with a Siebel account, the Siebel account is not displayed as one of those currently assigned to the user on the 'Suspend' or 'Reactivate User' page. However if I click on the Ok button, the account is suspended or reactivated - the functionality is working.
I have tried printing out the currentResourceAccounts field and the Siebel account does not appear there. However if you click on 'Edit User' , the Siebel account is displayed.
Any ideas as to why we are not seeing the Siebel account as a Current Resource Account on the Suspend or Reactivate User page?

The trial account is for Oracle CRM on Demand, not Oracle Siebel CRM. please check if you can post your problem here:

Does the same thing happen when you access your account from the same

.mac mail account not displaying correctly

My .mail account has worked for two years but now, when I sign in and the mail inbox is displayed, it does not load fully, text is not displayed correctly and I cant read or reply to mail as the mouse click has no effect... I've emptied the cache and run disk utility. Any pointers for a novice mac user?? Thanks. M.

When this was happening last week they also suggested
you totaly quit Safari after empting your cache. Try
that.
I've tried shutting it down (safari as well as the computer) but its still loading the same... any more hints? Thanks, M.

Customer Party Account Not displayed

Dear All,
After Saving the billing document, If I see the accounting document, The customer party account is not displayed. Instead I see a G/L account in place of my customer account. Calculations are correct but cant see the customer account. Need all ur help.
I have checked the acc det but there doesnt seem to be any problem. Still any kind of input and suggestions are really appreceated.
Note :- Reconcill acc maintianed in cust master and net value and taxes are calculated correctly in billing

Let me explain in detail :-
After saving the billing document, the accounting document is generated. My Customer subledger account itslef is not displayed in it. Which means my customer is not debited the amount. i.e. when i see FBL5N there is no record of my transaction.
Some information :- When i manually change the billing type to f2, while creating the billing document. Then its working fine. I can see my customer subledger account. I have also assigned the same pricing procedure to other document and tested, there also it seems to work fine. I have checked the G/L assignments (VKOA) nearly a 100 times. I dont think theres any problem there.
Unable to check the error. Need help. Any kind of input is really appreciated. Any function modules to check with abaper inorder to know the reason for the cause ??

Writr off accounts not display in print document (ISU BILLING)

Hi all,
I got the problem with write off when a customer is changed to an indigent customer all their debt has to be written off which results their account to R: 0. The invoice does not pick up all write offs with regards to write off reason 11-Indigent accounts which cause a lot of invoicing errors.
Please give me advice

Lost Opportunity for Account not displayed

Hi all,
In the view Accounts, we can see the assigned Opportunities for the Account (in the view Opportunities). So all opportunities for the Account are displayed here.
The problem is, when the opportunity status is set to closed or lost, the opportunity dissapear from this view. So we are not able to see the lost opportunities for the Account anymore in this view.
But on another system, we are able to see also the lost opportunities for the Account in this view, so it should be some customizing setting I think.
Please, can anyone help me, how to configure displaying also of the lost and closed opportunities for the Account ?

I guess that this is standard behaviour and on the other system you probably don't use the same status shema. The behaviour must be related with sytem status I1028 (lost). So if you want to show also lost opportunities you must either uses some other system status or doa modification of code for displaying opportunities.

FF67 - Bank account not displayed

Hello experts,
I created a new bank account in the house bank,
but when i execute the t - code ff67
this bank account is not displayed in the list of accounts in that house bank
please give your suggestions for the same,

Go to FF67 and select Settings> Specifications.
Select the check box "Int. Bank Determination" and press enter.
Now try to find your account via F4 in the house bank and account id field in FF67.
If you stll do not get your account. Go to tranwsaction FI12 and check again whether account id is there or not. (Might be your customization is not moved to the other system.)

In OB41 all I have is what that particular posting key does, like debit or credit to customer or G/L. I need to know that where
does the posting key in the accounting doc comes from.
Why is my system fetching posting key "40" (debit in a G/L and that to a revenue G/L) where it has to fetch "01" (Credit for invoicing cust) in my accounting document.

Why do IMAP accounts not display new messages in viewer?

I have been having persistent problems with Mail not displaying new IMAP messages in the viewer. I know the messages are on the server because I can see them on my iPhone. Sometimes they will appear if I quit Mail, then relaunch it. Other times it is necessary to restart to make them appear. I have deleted and recreated the accounts (MobileMe and Gmail), reinstalled the 10.5.7 update and applied the latest Java update.
The Console messages make it seem like in might be a conflict with Safari 4.02. Upon starting Mail I get messages like this:

I've seen similar complaints elsewhere in forums, but have found no solutions. Is there one?

Can you refrain from viewing the messages on the iPhone, and only check via webmail to see if new ones are then failing to be noted?
Btw, in Mail Preferences/Accounts/Advanced is use IDLE selected for either account -- I select it for MobileMe, but not for Gmail? When selected for MobileMe, the mail is "pushed" to eligible devices, and in Mail, results in the new message chime not sounding for that one account.

Off setting account not displaying any values in FBL3N AND FBLL03

We did customization and assigned Customer ,Vendor ,plant fileds as special fields in customization client ,which same are appearing in FBL3N and also FBLL03 but without any value.

In the Standard FBLxN it is not available.
These are the steps required to have it available:-
Contra Account in FBLxN
Transaction FIBF
Menu>Settings>Products> of a customer.
New Entry:-
Product = RFPOS
Activ = Set Flag
Save
Menu>Settings>P/S Function Modules> of a customer
New Entry
Event = 00001650
Product= RFPOS
Module = Line_Items_Get_GKONT

GL Account not displaying in T. Code. S_PL0_86000030

Dear Gurus,
When I display account balance with transaction S_PL0_86000030, for output type, I selected object list (more than one lead column), I cannot see account number. It is displaying only account number(text) profit center (text).
How can we get the GL Account filed in change layout under column set for the output type object list .

When executing this report i am not getting the Charecter Disply option under settings. For others two it is coming.
I have seen the GL account number and Profit Center number in Std report with Std Transaction Code.

Why is exchange 2007 account not displaying all messages in a folder?

Hi,
I've got my emails setup under hosted exchange 2007.
The email account loaded into iphone 3gs AOK, but when I go to folders other than the inbox it doesn't show messages that I know are there. Usually it displays the folder as being empty.
Refreshing it makes it think for a few seconds and then again come back empty.
I couldn't see any settings that were to do with age of message. Have I missed something?

There are settings on the age of messages. Also, by default, folders other than Inbox are not synced unless you open them; then you must wait for them to sync. You can go to Settings for the account and select other folders to sync.

GL Account not display in F4 possible values.

I have defined around 120 GL accounts in FS00, But when at the time of any GL entry in F-02 or FB50 doing F4 for possible values I am not able to see list of GL accounts. Any technical settings needs to be done for this ? or any chart of account settings have to be made. If I put GL account manually in field system accepting it without any error.
But why I am not able to see F4 possible values for respective accounts ? The same problem is with customer & vendor also having.
Experts guidance will be great on this.

Long back we have faced similar problem in one of our project, there might be some GUI problem, Ask your basis person to look into it.
When you search GL Account from F4 option remove company code/chart of accounts in the selection screen on pop up box and select continue. It will work.

New user account not displayed.

When I created a new user (dscl . -create /Users/$newUser home /Users/%newUser & dscl . -passwd /Users%newuser), but the account is not listed under /Users nor is the directory created.
So, what am I missing?

Ah! When you said whenever I log in to this account my dock, desktop, icon & window position, window appearance, revert to the apple default., I read that as you expected the new account to mimic the one which created it.
In that case, yes, something is certainly wrong. An account should remember any changes you'd made to it. At least an Administrator or Standard account should. Which leads me to ask, what kind of account did you create? From the help files:
Managed with Parental Controls: These accounts have limited privileges that are managed using Parental Controls preferences.
Sharing Only: Sharing only users can access shared files in a specified location, but can’t change files on the computer or log in using the login window.
Not sure how limited a Managed account would be, but the Sharing Only account does describe your issue. Any changes you made would not be allowed to be permanent as files can't be changed. Which would also be why FireFox wouldn't run. No setup or initial preference files would be allowed to be written to disk. Same with Acrobat and others.

Lion: user account not displayed on login screen

I´m using Lion and have 4 user accounts (my wife, me, one imported from my old mac, guest). After booting I get only 3 diplayed for login: Me, the old one and guest. I disabled the guest but it stills pop up for login.
I changed the view on the login screen to name and password and typed in the name and password of my wifes user account. I logged in, but in the user acount of the old mac...
Any ideas? Be very thankful for any help!

Log in with an admin account, delete the bad one, saving its data (stored in /Users/Deleted Users/ as a disk image, recreate the account, using the same username/password combo, log into the new one, mount the disk image, and transfer everything from it to the new account.
