SVG Viewer non-fonctionnel

Bonjour,
J'ai installé SVG Viewer sur un ordinateur (XP SP3, IE 7.0) parce que mon entreprise est abonné avec un site qui utilise des graphiques sous format SVG. Suite à une mise à jours (en octobre dernier), voici le problème que nous rencontrons:
Si nous allons pour visualiser un graphique ou schéma (format SVG), une fenêtre s'ouvre et le graphique est visible (en très petit mais visible tout de même). En haut de la fenêtre, il y a les boutons de navigation (Fermer, Imprimer, Zoomer +, Zoomer -, etc.) de SVG mais aucun des boutons ne fonctionne. Les clicks sur ces boutons n'ont aucun effet.
J'ai ré-installé le SVG Viewer mais sans succès. Nous utilisons la dernière version de Flash (10.2) ainsi que la dernière version de Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Si je vais sur le même site à partir de chez moi, tout fonctionne. Donc il s'agit d'un problème localisé dans mon entreprise.
Ma question:
Quelle sont les facteurs qui peuvent empêcher SVG Viewer de fonctionner correctement ? Restrictions dans IE ? Restriction dans Java JRE ? Permission NTFS ? Restriction dans le Firewall ?
En poussant mon diagnostique plus loin, j'ai abaissé les niveaux de sécurité dans IE au minimum mais ça n'a rien changé. Idem dans Java.
Avez-vous des suggestions, idées ou même la solution ?

I am assuming that you created a maintenance view for your table. Under view fields there is a column called 'Maintenance Attribute for view field' (one character field with 'P' in the column. Set that column value to 'H' for the fields that you want to hide.
You then have to go to SE54, give your maintenance view name, in the menu, 'Environment-->Events' create an event 01 with your own code to fill in those hidden fields. Look with key words 'Table Events' in this forum and you will get a lot of examples.

Does safari 6.0.4 need and svg viewer?

I am visiting a website and part of the site provides graphics. The graphics do not show up but the area where they should be tells me I need to download adobe's svg viewer. The website it takes me to is within Adobe but has no downloads for MACs plus it states that Adobe no longer supports SVG viewers. The information I have found is all dated years ago. What kind of questions should I ask the web site developer to find out why their site does not work in Safari?

Quit Safari.
Hold the shift key down and relaunch Safari.
Reset Safari.
Click Safari in the menu bar.
From the drop down select "Reset Safari".
Uncheck the box next to " Remove saved names and passwords".
Click "Reset".

SVG Viewer not working

I installed Oracle 10g (10.1.0.2.0) and the HTML Server and HTML DB from the companion CD.
I then started looking at some of the examples and even create a quick application myself based on a single table. Any time I wanted to look at something that used an SVG Chart, I didn't see it, but rather a message telling me to install SVG Viewer. So I installed it (3.03).
When it still didn't work, I checked my browser version (IE 6.0.2800.1106) and according to that, I believe it should be able to work.
I noticed there was a new version of HTML DB (1.6.0.00.87) so I downloaded that and ran it to upgrade my installation.
Still no go.
One thing to note...if I go to the adobe test page, it works correctly.
Is there a security setting that is preventing this from working in any HTML DB app?

Hey Chad.
Hope you get the problem figured out. We've had some really weird sessions with IE as well. As I recall though, deleting the previous version and reinstalling got it to work for us. Took me some significant time and since getting it to work, I'm a little dismayed by how easy it is to break the plugin. An example of this would be having and & in the name of one of the descriptive fields. This breaks it immediately. Several other problems have surfaced, but i just get weird error messages that give very little direction as to how to fix it.
It's impressive when you have to display the data graphically though. Our admins loved it. (When it works.. :)

SVG Viewer Error

Hi,
I've been getting the folliwing error with SVG viewer:
XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </svg>.
Any idea what this is??

SVG means Scaler Vector Graphics which run to XML standard, this has to be "well formed" and REQUIRES opening and closing tags.
That error is saying that it is finding the opening <svg> tag and cannot find the closing </svg> tag, thus rendering the svg code as not XML compliant and creating the parsing error.
ie.
<svg>
<childtag>
<anotherchildTag>info</anotherchildTag>
..etc
</childtag>
..etc
</svg>(this is missing producing your error)This can happen when you first enter a page with a graph on it that uses page items which haven't been initialised yet.
It doesn't matter if you have entered a default value on the item, when the Graph reads the items value, the default hasn't been set.
I'm guessing here, but I think it produces svg code that is too long and the end tag gets lost. when the parser trys to parse it, the first thing it finds is no closing tag.
To get round it you can use a computation that fires before header to set the default values on your referenced page items.

のページを開いたところ、一度だけ仕様許諾ダイアログが表示され、以後は表示されなくなりました。
ただ、先に SVGがあるページ開いてしまうなどすると、SVGのコンテンツがある度にダイアログが表示されてしまうようです。

is svg viewer essential for editing forms

Is SVG viewer necessary to to enable a devloper to edit the forms,

I work for Ford and need to download SVG viewer 3.0 ....

but on the page that im redirected to, there is no download at all. I cant find one anywhere as the page from Ford suggests in their instructions. I have done this before and have never had this problem. I had a hard drive crash and installed a new one, now i cant view EVTM's that i need.

A separate SVG viewer should no longer be necessary as most web browsers will already support the format. Have you tried opening the document in question in your web browser?

SVG Viewer 3.0 and Oracle XSL Servlet

We have a small application that creates SVG graphs through the XSL Servlet. After upgrading the SVG Viewer to 3.0, the graphs stop working. I have searched metalink for any compatibility issues, but haven't found anything. Anyone else run into this issue?

Having a bit trouble with Adobe SVG viewer on speed and some rendering of legend titles in line chart, I would like to try out other SVG viewers.
How to do that?
I have downloaded and installed for instance AfterCAD, deinstalled Adobe, removed the call to the plugins.js which checks for SVG Viewer presence, but nothing happens when I try to render the charts?
Any ideas? Can it be done? Or is Adobe 'hardcoded' in Apex?

Never got it to work with 3.0 ( i imply windows, maybe on linux it works as advertised).
With Beta 6.0 it works at least ( i personally prefer the native SVG support however).
There is a little outdated ( but i think still valid ) discussion on this thema.

SVG Viewer for Firefox

Hello.
I'm using the virtual machine developers OTN Days, specifically, the problem is I have to use the performance of the enterprise manager option, ... nothing appears (Baseline NameSYSTEM_MOVING_WINDOW). I read that the fault may be because SVG Viewer for Firefox. But ... do not know how to fix it. Has this happened to someone? You know how I can fix?

It's best not to install plugins which are no longer supported. They can be a threat to your employer's network security.

thanks for your idea but the environment I'm working in is designed to support IE and is optimized for the use of the Adobe feature. By using the IE the SVG graphics can be saved as *.svg in a dedicated folder but not so by using Firefox. The graphic window area shows no content. The file can not be downloaded.
An additional issue is - may be - that I'm working on my home device with LINUX instead of Windows (where everything works).

How to view non-printing marks

In FrameMaker 10 , can you view non-printig marks? In MS Word, you can show all paragraph marks and it will show the little dots between words, for exapmle. Does FrameMaker have this? (all I found was View Text Symbols, but that does not show the spacing marks).

With TextSymbols ON you will see tabs, NL and ¶ as well as others - but there is no way to make spaces more visible than they are ...
Since all other "white space characters" than blank are made visible by a special font, you are certain that blanks are just that.

currently i am with SAP Netweaver EP7.0 WebApplication Server, I want to design the user interface by using visual composer.
when I open the visual composer browser, i got an error like
(Design board not shown, install the adobe SVG viewer).
could anybody help me to rectify this, where can i get the Adobe SVG viewer and how can i install.

you have to install on client side .
Before you log on to and work with VC story board, you should check that your VC client machine meets the following software requirements.
1. IE 6.0 SP1 or higher
2. Microsoft XML Parser 4.0
3.Adobe SVG viewer 3.0 or higher
4. adobe flash pug-in

I have a pice of sortware that requires the discontinued Adobe SVG viewer (Jan 1, 2009) My software is no longer supported.. There's viewer that no longer works because I don't have your discontinued software. Is there any way that I can get a copy? Thanks, Steve Koonter

What I would like to do is to make a region that contains a Adobe SVG Viewer not to display if it has not been installed on the browser currently in use. What would this Display Condition statement look like?
