Back up all data to at least two different storage devices, if you haven't already done so. One backup is not enough to be safe. The backups can be made with Time Machine or with Disk Utility. Preferably both.
Erase and install OS X. This operation will destroy all data on the startup volume, so you had be better be sure of the backups. If you upgraded from an older version of OS X, you'll need the Apple ID and password that you used, so make a note of those before you begin.
When you restart, you'll be prompted to go through the initial setup process in Setup Assistant. That’s when you transfer the data from a backup.
Select only users and Computer & Network Settings in the Setup Assistant dialog—not Applications or Other files and folders. Don't transfer the Guest account, if it was enabled.
After that, check the App Store for software updates.
If the problem is resolved after the clean installation, reinstall third-party software selectively. I can only suggest general guidelines. Self-contained applications that install into the Applications folder by drag-and-drop or download from the App Store are usually safe. Anything that comes packaged as an installer or that prompts for an administrator password is suspect, and you must test thoroughly after reinstalling each such item to make sure you haven't restored the problem.
I strongly recommend that you never reinstall commercial "security" products or "utilities," nor any software that changes the user interface or the behavior of built-in applications such as Safari. If you do that, the problem is likely to recur.
Any system modifications that you do choose to install must be kept up to date. None is required for normal operation.
Before installing any software, ask yourself the question: "Am I sure I know how to uninstall this without having to wipe the volume again?" If the answer is "no," stop.
Never install any third-party software unless you know how to uninstall it.

Cleaning up some FIXMEs assigned to me in the code:
In UIMC, we now call invalidateParentSizeAndDL() on setting explicitMaxWidth. We already do this for explicitMaxHeight. I also changed a FIXME around invalidateLayering() in to a TODO.
In GroupBase, I removed a FIXME around the focusPane as we are using the overlay API now.
In DataGroup, I changed a FIXME to a TODO with some clarifying comments.
In SkinnableContainer, I removed a FIXME and just commented on why it was needed. I also removed another FIXME and some code now that it seems like we don?\226?\128?\153t need to do the array conversion with IDefferedInstance since the compiler handles it for us now.
In SkinnableDataContainer, I changed a FIXME around event delegation to a TODO.
In DropDownController, when you drag around the volume bar, the popup stays open even if the mouse isn?\226?\128?\153t over the open button or the dropdown. However, when the mouse is released, we should immediately close the drop down, rather than wait for another mouseMove to occur. This involved some refactoring of some code in to a private helper method. The "@private" protected methods in DropDownController should probably be made mx_internal. I will do that in a subsequent checkin.

I am not sure what's happening with IE9 (no live site) but I had real problems viewing your code in Live View - until I removed the HTML comment marked below. Basically your site was viewable in Design View but as soon a I hit Live view, it disappeared - much like IE9. See if removing the comment solves your issue.

Destroy() in Servlet - cleaning up some Database info before Tomcat shutdow

Problem:
     This is a client server application that uses Tomcat as the server.
The application is made of applets and servlets.
when the client applciation is running, the user deliberately closes the server,
as a result all the client application doesn't get any data from the server.
Here, we need to do some cleaning process before the Tomcat completely shutdown.
The cleaning process involves interaction with database, getting the data from it, using that data to clean-up some other data.
We added this functionality to the destroy() method of Servlet.
When the server is shutdown deliberately when the clients are running, this destroy method give chance for each client to clean-up some resources in use.
However when we add that functionality to this destroy() function,
it throws SQL exception, unknown resource.
The DBconnection is throwing error here.
I have put like this

then also its throw exception
refused to open dbconnection
at this time only it happens like this...
Please help me...
any inputs?

I am trying to have some LabVIEW code called in a New thread exit when the testStand sequence terminates

I have a Sequence that launches a sequence in a New Thread that happens to launch some LabVIEW code. The problem is when the LabVIEW code finishes, it will not close even when the TestStand sequence terminates. Is there a way to tell this LabVIEW code to Exit, I've tried the Quit LabVIEW function, but that causes a C++ RunTime Error. The LabVIEW code does end though, and it is set in the VI properties to:
Checked - Show Front Panel When Called
Checked - Close Afterwardds if originally closed
The sequence call that the LabVIEW code is launched from has the following options:
- New Thread
Unchecked - Automatically wait for the thread to complete at the end of the current sequence
Unchecked - Initially Suspended
Unchecked - Use single threaded apartment
Any clues on this would be appreciated.

Everything should close correctly if you check the checkbox "Automatically wait for the thread to complete at the end of the current sequence" in the thread settings.
With it unchecked, I am seeing the behavior you are.

How to display some html code in the front panel

Hello.
I am trying to properly display a few lines of html code in some kind of indicator on my front panel.
I was trying to use an ActiveX container with MS IE in it, but all the methods I find are to make it navigate to a given URL. I did not find any method or property by which I could give it some html code and it would display it.
Anybody know of a way to do this? It does not have to be using ActiveX or MS IE.

Here is a simple way using the activeX that I have embedded in some programs in the past. You will have to call the file path to show the file.

I have reset both my torch and playbook back to original only thing that I kept was my contact. And still problems I am a few min away from leave my loved blackberry and going android !! Or heaven help us Phone

2) Play book has 2 calendar icons with two different settings on them ??? I have one that is currently working with my yahoo email and calendar account.

Did you try to eboot the your PC or laptop where your device is connected ?
I experienced this with my windows laptop, after a failed to do an update, I restart the laptop and my Torch, then retried, and it's worked

we are using SAP gui 710,
some users facing display problem when they run some t code like CS11/MB51 etc.
the data grid show some rows in disordered manner, however if we download this into excel
its shows perfect data.
if user scroll the report as they appear than also many rows goes disturb.
i can't understand why this happen.
this is occurring on many front end system or on many tcods.
plz help me to resolve this.

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse but not displaying when the pages are Exporting to HTML

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse and when I published the remote site on business catalyst the (Add This widget) HTML code shows up but when I exported the site to HTML pages and view the index page in the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) the (Add this widget) HTML code wouldn't display on any of the pages. I've used this code before on other Muse sites not sure what could have happened. Thnx!!!

Auto closing of dispute cases--only for some company codes

Hi
We have activated dispute management for several company codes in our system. The auto closing of dispute cases also has been activated in status management. Cases are automatically closed by the system (through a batch job) when the last disputed object is cleared.
Now there is a requirement to deactivate auto closing only for some company codes. They want to close cases manually in these company codes.
Is this possible and if so how?

You cannot deselect at a company code level.
Can we go through you proposed process.
So you have a dispute for $100.
The customer pays it and the dispute closes.
Then the customer calls up and says they have an issue with the invoice they paid previously.
I have seen this happen before but there was a little twist
1 - The customer raised a debit note against the client for the issue that they had. The original invoice is cleared but a debit note is created and then disputed and processed. So you can close the original dispute and create a new dispute against the debit note
2 - The customer paid the wrong invoice. The dispute was closed. However to rectify the miss allocation the clearing document will be reversed meaning the dispute is "re-opened" and can be processed.
I am unaware of any other requirement for a customer to "re-dispute" a paid item in SAP.

Kindly write some sample code for the below Logic.
For a set of Deliveries entered on the selection screen get the relevant data from LIKP & LIPS.
for all the deliveries selected get the sales order data from VBAK & VBAP based on the VGBEL & VGPOS in LIPS.
The Output internal table should contain only deliveries which are created with reference to a sales order.

   from likp as a join lips as b on Avbeln = bvbeln
   where a~vbeln in s_vbeln..
if not itab[] is initial.
   select avbeln bposnr b~matnr ... into table itab1 from vbak as a join vbap as b
   on avbeln = bvbeln
   for all entries in itab where avbeln = itab-vgbel and bposnr = itab-vgpos.
endif.
loop at itab.
read table itab1 with key vbeln = itab-vgbel posnr = itab-vgpos.
if sy-subrc <> 0.
      delete itab index sy-tabix.
   endif.
endloop.
Now ITAB will have only deliveries created against Sales orders.

dbms_sql.parse
dbms_sql.define_column
Can someone explain me what theses packages do?
