[svn:fx-trunk] 6196: ASDoc bug fixes for l10n

Revision: 6196
Author:   [email protected]
Date:     2009-04-22 10:59:05 -0700 (Wed, 22 Apr 2009)
Log Message:

This bug figures out also when creating a custom spark ComboBox, then trying to programatically update the userProposedSelectedIndex property. The proposed selected index is selected, but does not apply the same skin as when mouse is on rollover or item is selected due to up and down keys.
The issue seems like updating the status of the item renderer to rollover or selected to get the same skin applied.
Please could you attach DropDow nList.as that you edited ?
Thank you so much.

So do you know how I can get JavaStudio to add
library classes and JAR''s into the packaged dist
file?I was wrong in my previous post. Sorry.
It's impossible to specify additional classpath with '-jar' option.
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/tooldocs/windows/java.html#options
    -jar
When you use this option, the JAR file is the source of all user classes, and other user class path settings are ignored.
So the only solution is to add libs into jar file and declare them in manifest.
One possible way of how to do it in JSE8 is:
    1. Put all necessary lib jars to some place under src folder.
    2. Add those jars into Compile-time libraries list (Project properties -> Libraries) for correct compilation
    3. Switch to 'Files' JSE8 tab, open manifest.mf file (it's in projects root) and add your lib jars to it.
    Syntax is:
    Class-Path: relative URLs
    That's it.

    Various bug fixes.
    Button.as
-Added some ASDocs for a previous fix where we made the icons property protected instead of private.
    Skins.properties, components.properties, sparkEffects.properties
-Removed ?\226?\128?\156Fx?\226?\128?\157 prefix and cleaned up whitespace
    SwatchPanel.as, defaults.css
-ColorPicker was drawing incorrectly with sparkskins because two halo specific styles were missing in the spark theme. Thus, I included highlightColor and shadowColor?\194?\160into the spark theme and added them to defaults.css.
    TitleWindowSkin.mxml, wireframe/TitleWindowSkin.mxml
-The label skin part came too close to the close button so I added padding
    DataGrid.as
    -Added exclude metadata for columnWidth
-Column widths are now rounded down to avoid sub-pixel values in the initial rendering

    Form Bug Fixes
SDK-26517 - Form should take into account includeInLayout property when calculating baselineElementPosition
Added logic into Group to find the first element that has includeInLayout == true.
SDK-26509 - Spark Form shows dual error strings in non-stacked layout
Removed error string from FormSkin. Created a StackedFormSKin skin which includes the error string.
SDK-26499 - Spark Form skin should use errorStringDisplay skin part instead of errorStringText
    Changed name to errorTextDisplay
SDK-26498 - Spark Form needs more padding around error strings
Added padding to the entire Form
SDK-26503 - Difficult to create custom Spark FormItem skin due to embedded required/error icon assets

    Log Message:
    DropDownList bug fixes
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-22536 - Spark DropDownList highlight not working as expected when navigating using keyboard with useVirtualLayout=true
In the keyDownHandler function, the DropDownList was trying to set the selected state on the new itemRenderer. However, in a virtual layout, the renderer might not exist until later.
The fix is to update the renderer in the updateRenderer function. This function calls isItemIndexSelected in order to choose which item to select. I have overridden the behavior to select the proposedSelectedIndex instead of the selectedIndex.
I have also renamed proposedSelectedIndex to userProposedSelectedIndex to avoid a naming conflict in ListBase.
http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-22406 - Spark DropDownList popup behaves unexpectedly when component is initially disabled
I removed the call in the partAdded function that was setting the openButton to disabled. Spark components handle disabling by blocking user interaction.
