Swap Blackberry out for Droid from 3rd Party Retailer?

Hi-
One of the lines on my family plan currently has a Blackberry on it with the $29.99 personal Blackberry dataplan. Is it possible to swap that Blackberry with an Android phone I buy on Ebay without changing the contract or getting hit with additional fees? The Blackberry I have isn't working, and the contract is up on that line but I don't want to renew for 2-years with a new phone from Verizon quite yet. I'd like to see what's on the LTE horizon, but in the meantime I need to get something to replace the Blackberry. I know I can get another Blackberry from Ebay swapped in without any trouble, but I'm hoping I could do an Android phone instead.

Would it be possible for time machine to back-up files from 3rd party software such as windows platform using parallel?

I'm wondering if it would be possible for time machine to back-up files from 3rd party software such as Windows XP using parallel software especially if it is isolated from mac? Any advise would be greatly aprreciated.

Short answer - yes Time Machine will backup everything within the Mac OS system.
Longer answer - Parallels creates a pvm disk image "Parallels Virtual Machine" which Time Machine backs up.
Due to the changes to the pvm file Time Machine is unable to read the minor changes and will somtimes do a full backup of it each time Time Machine runs and can chew through Back up drive space quite quickly.

Migration of Documents from 3rd party software to SAP DMS

Dear Experts,
We have implemented SAP DMS . Prior to DMS we were using Third party software for creating and storing the documents.
There are abot 3000 documents in the third party software, now the challege is how we must have to migrate the DATA from 3rd party software to SAP DMS with creating Dirs. Are there any upload programmes suffice the requirement or any development needs to be done or any possibilities.
Kindly help me out in the above scenario.

Anyone know how to upload the HTS files from 3rd party provider to GTS??

NAFTA ROO
U.S. HTS
Per provider, SAP has developed a system so that GTS users can automatically reclassify items that are effected by a change and they have asked us to program the HS data needed.
Anyone know how to do that?

1. Below is the HTS files provided by 3rd party company. and I noticed that there is 3 types of files. "DTR" , "Nom" and "Txt". Could you explain what are they? and If I need to upload them seperately?
2. Follow the procedure your provided - "classification > upload manually HTS codes into GTS system" Actually, I didn't find upload mannually HTS codes into GTS IN THE SAP CUSTOM Managment.
I tried "Load Traiff Code Numbers from XML files" and "Load Commodity code from XML file".
1) "Load Traiff Code Numbers from XML files"
2) "Load Commodity code from XML file".
   a) Select all files.
        - fill in "Data Provider",
        - "XML Files"-All files selected.
        - check " Output list", "simulation mode" "Nomenclature Active" and "Activate All Text Types"
        - no "Alternative Numbering Scheme" selected, and other selected.
        Error msg found:

Can we create two POs for the same 3rd party Sales Order?

Issue: Can we create two POs for the same 3rd party Sales Order
In Third party purchase process, first sales order created with a spl. item category and it creates the PR automatically with the Sales order material and Qty and this PR converted PO.
They got a pur.req. for sale order on same item for same delevery date. They did not get any warning msg. saying that a PO was prviously placed against this sale order.
How it is possible that we were able to place another PO? concern is that second PO was palced against SO which was already used & completed. they were able to place 2 POs for the same customer same delevery date. How it is possible?
If anyone face the same issue, please let me know if you have any answer to this questions.

It is hard for me to give you a definitive answer since you have created a customized solution.

Normally, the system will not do this. A third party PR or PO will be 'account assigned' to the Sales order. SAP standard 3rd party will not create additional purchase reqs unless there has been manual intervention. Try searching for changes in the Sales order and changes in the original purchase order. They may give you a clue.
I believe the normal Item category for third party SO is TAS (I am working from memory here, I am not in front of a system). I don't know what ZTAG does. I confess I am not an SD expert. You might also want to post your question in an SD forum.
You mention two custom applications, ZMMPLAN and ZSTPMP. These somehow have functionality that is used to help you convert your PRs to POs. If I were in your position, I believe I would also look at these applications for clues to how they might be contributing to your problem. And please don't send me details about these apps. I will not comment on custom code in this forum.

Duplicate transactions in GL Journals when imported from 3rd party

Hi All,
Normally everyday we receive data from 3rd party system will imported to GL via GL interface tables. A scheduled program 'Journal import' is being scheduled every night which was in error status since last 4 days.
So we have deleted certain transactions from the GL interface tables using delete command and imported the good ones into GL. Now when we see the amount is doubled.
Any ideas. Have we done anything wrong?

Which process chain type used when scheduling from 3rd party

Do we use Local Process Chain or Meta Chain type used when triggering PC from 3rd Party scheduling tools like Redwood..

Hi Venkat,
Select "Start Using Meta Chain or API" for the start process when running a process chain from a third party scheduling software or when calling a process chain from within another process chain.
I also believe some third party scheduling software will also work if you set the start process to "Direct Scheduling" and set the start time to immediate but I would recommend just making it a Meta Chain for tracking purposes.

You can import the wage types from 3rd party systems into SAP. Then you can run the payroll in SAP system.

3. Choose Execute.
The system message contains the number of created IDocs.
4. In the menu, choose File   Import wage types   Create IDocs.
You access the Inbound Processing of IDocs Ready for Transfer screen.
5. Enter MANAGEREXTPAYROLL_INSERTOUT as the Message type and, if required, enter the
Creation date and the Creation time.
6. Choose Execute.
Result
The wage types created in the third-party system are available for further processing in the
interface tables of the SAP System.
You can then start payroll in the SAP System and perform the subsequent payroll activities:
Create a remuneration statement
Run posting to Accounting

Hi Makson,
OAM's Identity Server binds to OID as a single user* (typically an OID admin, even orcladmin) and applies only those acl's that have been defined within OAM. So when you login to OAM as end-user X, the Identity Server (eg orcladmin) checks to see what rights within OAM have been defined for User X - but in this scenario any rights defined within OID are not applied to user X. By default, OAM end-users have no access to information in ldap (although the OAM Admins have full access by default).

I have researched this matter as much as I can but am still having problems.
Anyone familiar with sending emails from 3rd party email addresses via Windows Mail (Vista Home premium)?
I use Windows Mail for my sins and am fairly familar with it.
I have verified my email addresses with yahoo and activated the verification emails sent.
I still cannot send emails via the server mail.btinternet.com.
Anyone familiar with sending emails from 3rd party email addresses?
This ia the error message:

Hi. Welcome to the forums.
As mentioned, unset SSL when using port 25. You could try using port 587 (again without SSL set).

Any links i open from 3rd party applications do not open in firefox.

To be more precise, when i click a link, Firefox does open however it does not visit the URL. It simply opens a new session. I have started Firefox in safe mode and the problem occurs, i have reset firefox to default preferences and the problem still persists. I can see no problems in the setting of Firefox itself and have already tried all the fixes available.
I am using Firefox 29.0.1 on Fedora 20 64x

How to trace Logs for WebService connectivity - 3rd Party to ECC

Basically it's a simple scenario, the 3rd party will send a soap request with the information in it and wiill be sent to ECC and be written on a table.
I'm wondering on how to trace logs on the soap request sent from 3rd party to an ECC environment. I used Altova XMLSpy and soapUI and to create a soap request from wsdl created in SOAMANAGER. Both of the software returns a response. Do these both of these software really sends data (soap request) going to the binded address or it's just i simulation that wsdl created is valid.

Hello,
These third party tools send web service requests to SAP system. You can trace Service invocation and download the request and response payloads using SOAMANAGER. In Logs and Trace tab, edit the Trace configuration with suitable trace level and expiration time.

The reason is due to the schedule line category (t.code VOV6) type CS. In the configuration, Req/assembly is switched off, so requirements will not be passed to MD04. The process itself is clear, the third party goods will not influence the plant stock, hence no need to pass the requirement.
To fulfill your requirement, you may turn on the field Req/assembly and test.

Raising a notification from 3rd party software

We have a client looking at raising notifications within the asset management system of SAP via a sql/.net software application. The 3rd party software has a defect register which could be used to open the SAP notification. We would like to populate the fields automatically when the notification is opened.
Is there a current feature within SAP to raise single or multiple notifications via a 3rd party application?

Things are where they were.
Any Function Module(BAPI here) is the ABAP part. So the solution involves 3 parties. The BAPI suggested helps in creating a Notification by receiving parameters as Inputs. Where these parameters come from? These come from 3rd party software (you called so) through interface (XI here)
Flow is like this.
Interface (XI) - Receives parameters from your Browser (assumed you called it 3rd party) and translates into SAP field names and values.
ABAP - Receives these inputs, feeds to the BAPI the output of which is a Notification.
Note:
BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE is a Notification creation tool (Function module) in ABAP. This receives SAP field values as inputs and generates a Notification. It has got a wide range of applications in regular SAP developments.
