I currently have two phone plans and two phones. One is on my mother's account and the other is a new phone I just started on my Fiance's account. They are completely separate from each other. My mother has a plan she own's and my fiance has a plan she owns.
My question is; is it possible to swap numbers between the 2 phones? I want the number from my old phone that is on my mother's plan to be on my new phone that I just got. My mother plans on letting the other phone run out of contract and cancelling the line. I know I can swap the sim cards, but that would put my new phone on the wrong plan.

Why didn't you perform an Assumption of Liability (AOL) to transfer your original line from your mother's account to your fiancé's account?

You cannot tranfser items from one iTunes account to another. Purchased items remain part of the iTunes account is was purchased with.

Last week I purchased an iPhone 3g. Now I find out the 3gs is available. My dad saw my 3g and is going to purchase one when he switches from Verizon in August.
I want the 3gs.
He wants the 3g.
Here is what we want to do. He wants to purchase the 3gs and swap it with my 3g. Is this possible? If so, what do I need to do? These are two different accounts - its not a family plan.

Thanks, I did just that. They said since I'm a premier customer that I had a 30 day buyers remorse policy and they allowed me to upgrade for the difference I paid for the 3G (16GB) and the 3G S (32 GB)!

I also wish to switch phone numbers between phones. I just got off the phone with AT&T customer support. You can handle this over the phone. Need to have the two phones in hand at the time. I got through to customer support today with less than one minute on hold. I was quite surprised. AT&T must have really staffed up for the release.

Yes you can swap the numbers once you get it. You can do it online, via #228 or a call to Customer Service.

It would be much cheaper to run your own internal extension wiring between the two rooms, and then swap them over yourself, provided you have the modern NTE with the removable faceplate on both lines.

I have an HTC One and my dad has an iPhone 5. I want to switch phones with him but the iPhone 5 has a nano sim and the HTC One has a micro sim. Is their a way i can just switch phone numbers on the sim card? for example I have my phone number on my can I transfer it to my dads? and vise versa.

Contact your carrier to have them give you appropriate sized sim cards with the correwct numbers and services.
Alternatively, you can cut the larger sim card down to the correct size, and place the smaller sim card in an adapter to make it larger.

I have Verizon and T-Mobile phones. My wife uses the T-mobile phone and I the Verzion phone. I was given a GSM iPhone 5 that I want to use on the T-mobile account, so I want to move the Verzion phone number to the T-Mobile phone and the T-Mobile number to the Verzion phone. I do not want to have to inform all our friends about the number swap. I also would like to maintain phones on different networks for reliability and connectivity assurance.
I called the Verizon wireless number and the person couldn't help me. The best I can figure out is to give up on Verizon and move the Verizon phone number to a new T-mobile account.

They are both 4g phones correct? All verizon phones come unlocked. If the verizon phone works with tmobile all you do is take the sim card out and stick it in the phone. however when you do this it is going to erase everything on the phone so make sure you back it up before swaping sim. As far as using the tmobile phone with verizon you would need to ask tmobile if the phone is unlocked

You can do this, and there is no charge to swap devices. Since both lines are active, you should go to a store and have the rep there do the swap. Keep in mind that the iPhone has a different voicemail system so neither one of you will have access to any existing voicemail messages on your current number once the swap is complete.

Swapping hard drives between two different HP mini towers DC7600 TO DC7900

I would like to know if it will be possible to take out and re-install the Hard drive from my HP DC7600 tower running XP Pro over to my HP DC 7900 tower and remove the hard drive running windows 7 with out having to reinstall my Win XP OS . Is it possible ? What problems may i encounter ?? Are the Motherboard drivers similar so as not to have replace them ? i am hoping that this can be a plug and play operation - thanks GGW

I understand that you are looking to swap the hard drive from a HP Compaq dc7600 Convertible Minitower PC to a HP Compaq dc7900 Business PC. As both of these computer as commercial units, I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums, since these are commercial products. You can do this at Business PCs - Compaq, Elite, Pro.

I have the Family Plan with four phones. We'd like to swap phone numbers between two of the phones, one is plain cell phone (no data plan) the other is a smart phone (with data plan). Since we'd have to switch the types of plans with the phone numbers, is there a fee to do this? Are there other options? Thanks!

If you currently have a Smartphone with unlimited data and you'll be activating this device on another line that currently does not have the unlimited data plan you will have to select a current data plan on that line. Hello, I really need some help.
I have looked all over the web for ways to transfer apps between two different game center accounts and different devices. Several weeks ago I started playing Campus Life on my relative's Ipad 2, therefore spending many long hours to get to this point in the game.
The problem is I just got an Iphone 5 and I really would like to transfer the data onto it, so that I would not need to start all over again.
My grandma has an account (Game Center) onto which the data has been saved and I would like to have it stored onto mine. On some forum someone said to sign into the account which has the data on both devices and to then open up the game on the new device. It worked. Then I signed out and logged in with my own account- the game started from scratch. I panicked. I went back on the other account, and the data reappeared. I have been going back and forth, the game changing as many times. I thought it would ask to back up my grandma's data on mine but I was wrong. I can not seem to save the game onto my new account, and I have even tried to back it up to Itunes and then copy it onto my phone after having signed into my own account. And I don't know how to properly use Icloud. I am a mess. I am completely lost and have found no help on the web. (All people seem to have to deal with is sharing Apple IDs with different Game Center Accounts for the kids and transferring apps from one of their devices to another.)
I am so worried I am going to mess up and will lose the whole thing completely.
I have just started another game with my own account but since I am using my grandma's, the data is erased. It's one or the other but I definitely prefer saving Campus Life. I do not like the idea of having to only pick one.
I do not know any technical terms, so if you understand or even have the slightest clue about what I am talking about, I applaud you.
This seems like mission impossible, so if anyone can help in any way, I would be really grateful.

Swap between two different item categories in sales orders for sub-contracting

Dear gurus,
my requirement is to have the ability to swap between two different item categories for sales orders for sub-contracting.
This should be controlled by a combination of the material and a value maintained the Usage field in the Customer Material Info Record (for example by entering a ‘V’). A combination of Sales Doc Type, Item Cat Group and Usage should result in the creation of a purchase requisition.
In the event that a process order is required instead of a purchase requisition (i.e. the product is to be manufactured in-house instead of sub-contracted) the user must have the ability to change the Item Category within the sales order to produce a process order.
The user would just change the item category within the sales order, and the system would automatically remove the purchase requisition assigned to the SO, and create a process order and assign it to the SO.
Can you suggest any possible solution?

In my system, I checked. First created sales order with third party line item and then changed item category to normal item category.
Till Purchase order not created, I can change Item category of my sales order line item.
In this case SAP inform by log and once save delete purchase requisition of that line item .
For this you need to assign another item category as an manual item category in SPRO Item category assignment.
After this user can manually change item category to other one manually, if PO do not exist.
