Swapping Primary and alternative apple id

I have registered one of my email id as my primary apple id and another one email id as my alternative email id. Now depending upon the primary one, all the contacts and messaged and calender got synced. but i want to use all the information from my alternative email id for the sync purpose. how to do that?

Once you have created an iCloud account and chosen an @icloud.com address to go with it you can't change the address (short of creating an entirely new account). The 'alternative' IDs are variants of the same address - @mac.com, @me.com, @icloud.com, depending on how long you've had the ID.
However, all is not lost. You can add up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account. (In fact it's a good idea to give out alias addresses, rather than the main address, because if they attract spam you can easily change them.) (New aliases can only be @icloud.com ones; @me.com addresses cannot now be created.)
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account or move it to another account.

Deleting websheet Primary and Alternative reports

hi,
I saved the primary report and it actually created another primary report, i am actually up to having 3 primary reports. for example when I want to add a new section to a page that includes a chart, it ask what data grid and report to base it off of, when i select the report it list 3 "primary Reports". all 3 are slightly different. how do I delete 2 of them? the checkbox for deleting them does not appear when I go admin -->manage services -->interactive report settings --> saved reports --> web application reports . it is intended behavior to be able to have multiple primary reports .
next, i created an alternative report, deleted by using the steps above....but the report still shows as am option on the data grid page, the select list for reports still includes the alternative report even though I deleted. this is a real problem as the alternative report is wrong and end users keep using it.

OK I think I figured it out. Clearing out the user preference (in the post-login block in the authentication scheme) seems to make it pick the Primary report (APXWS_DEFAULT) every time a new session is created.
Not sure I understand the syntax behind the various values I see in the preference so I didn't mess with setting the value but clearing it out seems to work fine.

Swapping primary and sub email accounts

Hi Moderators,
I have BT phone/broadband etc account on which I have a primary email account, as well as an email sub-account.
I would like to swap these around so that sub-account becomes the primary account, and the primary account becomes the sub-account.
I need this to be done without any risk of losing the email addresses.
From family members I know that email sub-accounts can be moved between different BT accounts without losing the email address, so I hope that the same applies when modifiying a single BT account.
Please can you let me know the process and next steps etc.

Separating Primary and Secondary Apple IDs

I have an MSN account as my primary Apple ID. I also have a Me account as the secondary ID. How can I separate the two and only use the Me account as the primary? Many thanks in advance!

OK, I misunderstood you, I thought you had two accounts.
You can use either your ID (msn) or your alternate address (me) to log into iCloud.
You can't delete your ID, you can only change it, I'm not sure you can change your ID to your alternate address, but you could try.
I believe if you delete your alternate address you won't be able to create a new account using that address.

I found an article on how to change your Apple ID to another email account.

You would have to verify a few conditions first :
Ensure that the email address you enter:
Is one that you regularly use since this will be the primary email for your account
Is a valid email address
Is not already associated with another Apple ID you have
Is not an address that ends in @mac.com. @me.com, or @icloud.com
If you meet all those conditions (you might have to dissociate the recovery email from your current Apple ID) and your current Apple ID does not end with @mac.com. @me.com, or @icloud.com, you would follow these steps from the article:
Follow these steps to change the primary email address for your Apple ID:
Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com), click "Manage your Apple ID," and sign in.
With the Name, ID, and Email Address drawer selected, click Edit next to Apple ID and Primary Email Address.
Enter your new email address.

I don't believe Apple lets you delete old accounts. They also will not let you merge them.

Of course it changed. A phone's IMEI number is unique to each phone. The IMEI number for a phone does not transfer to another phone.
Since your iPhone was exchanged under warranty without having the box and bill for the original purchase, you don't need it now either. The exchange under warranty remains under the warranty for the original purchase.

Apple TV -- going back and forth between primary and secondary library

If have a good deal of music and pictures in the primary library of Apple TV, is there any reason why can't for a while switch to streaming additional pictures and photos from iTunes? Does the process involved in doing this act to delete materials in primary library? Understand that can't do both at once.

A primary library will both sync and stream (with the exception of photos which have to be streamed). Anything in your primary library which you have not opted to sync will automatically stream, unless you have instructed it not to do so. Any content which is currently synced, which is subsequently unchecked for syncing will then be streamed.

If you sent an iPhone 5 in for service/replacement, that is what you will get back from Apple. Replacement iPhones are not upgrades but identical in specifications to what you sent in.
