SWCV Mising

Hi Guys,
Am trying to use the below SWCV and namespace for define scenario
SAP APPL 6.04
GoodsMovementERPCreateRequestConfirmation_In_V1
http://sap.com/xi/APPL/Global2
But if check in  the SLD for the specified SWCV only above one is omited though it should come CR content it finds missing , where can i find or i need to manually create it
now SLD shows as below
SAP APPL 5.00
SAP APPL 6.00
SAP APPL 6.02
SAP APPL 6.03 (next as 7 no 6.04 -- which needed as above import and configuration)
SAP APPL 7.00
Kindly Suggest.
Regards
Savy

Hi
If you want to import SAP APPL 6.04 in IR ,following are the steps.
1) Download Cim & CR Contents from Service marketplace
Upgrade your CIM model & CR contents....path .. SLD ...administration..Details...Data.
2) Download XI Content for SAP APPL 6.04  from Service market place.....path...support pacakages..downloads....sap contents...xi contents.
it will be a .zip format....unzip it to .tpz file...Now put this file in import folder and import in IR from tools...import repository objects.
SAP APPL will contain the imported structure for idocsw & Rfcs.

  • Error in Updating SWCV SLD Info

    Hi
When i try to use the 'Update SLD Information' under tools in the enterprise repository i get the following error -
GUID of software component version in SLD has changed To import the software component version with the new GUID, create a new software component version
Why does this occur and what can be done about it?
    Thanks
    Riaz

    Hi,
    1. In your SLD of dev, do you have the same GUID for this SWCV ?
if yes,  you should do a clear cache of your IS (PI web page -> administration -> cache -> etc..) + SXI_CACHE.
    2. if no, eventually, think to this non-normal action.... but...
Do you have this SWCV in another PI environment (exm PI qua) with your GUID (this one of ESR)?
If yes, check if you have this SWCV (same GUID) in the SLD of this other environment (exm XI QUA).
if yes, maybe a solution to avoid your conflict in ESR dev / SLD dev is to do an export of this SWCV from SLD qua to SLD dev... but... that's clearly not the normal way... with perhaps other impacts (I don't know your landscape, your SWCV dependency, your development phase vs production and/or maintenance)... so that's just an idea which could be thank. • Namespace not defined in the SWCV error

    Hi Experts ,
    I am new to PI.
I am executing one IDOC to IDOC scenario for MATMAS05.
I have done all the source side, integartion server and destination side server configuration.
    Source:SAP R/3 server
    Int server:PI
    Destination : SAP ECC 5.0
I have imported the MATMAS05 IDOC.
Created one name space under my predefined SWCV.
Then i copied that IDOC to both the source and destination in message mapping. And map all the red mark required filed of the target with source.
While activating the message mapping I am getting one error.
Namespace http://piidcoctoidoc is not defined in the software component version MANISHASC2 , 1.1 of manisha.co
    and
      Mapping not sufficiently defined
Can anybody help me how to resolve this?
    Thanks
    Manisha

    hi Manisha
while activating the objects which you have created , you must be  getting this error\
so while activeting the object select your Software component also and activate both then you will not be getting the error
becuase every time you generate a namespace in any software component then you need to activate the software compnent along with the object
if you left SWC and activating only the object then you must be getting this error.
for activating any objevt your software component must be activated first
what you must be doing ,,,,,, you are activating only the object  and not your software component
so activete both first your software component and then your object

  • SWCV import error in PI 7.1

    Hi Experts,
I have created Product and Software Component in SLD. In PI 7.0 usually we import the SWCV from Tools -> Transfer from System Landscape Directory -> Import Software Component Versions. But I couldn't find the above option in PI 7.1. So, I was trying to import the SWCV from Local Software Component Versions under Design Objects tab. Could able to use Local Software Component Version and Import from SLD options, but couldn't save the SWCV in Enterprise Services Builder. Getting the below error Runtime error.

Is there any other way to import the SWCV in PI 7.1? Please share your suggestions.
    Regards
    Sara

    Hi Sara,
In PI7.1 you just Click on the Crate button, top left of your Screen, just after the menu bar, and say Create SCWV, it would give you an Import Option then.
    Hope this is Helpful.

  • How to make use of standard content in our SWCV ?

    Hi all ,
I want to use the Interface , mapping etc., which are available in SAP Basis namespace . But i have added as  dependency to my Software component version in SLD.
    My question is
    1. How can i use that added SAP Baisi objects to  my namespace ?
    2. How it will be useful for us ?
    Please calrify
    Regards.,

Edited by: shiva s on Feb 11, 2010 10:55 AM

    Hi,
    >>>How can i use that added SAP Baisi objects to my namespace ?
you can create a message mapping in your own namespace with the use of message interfaces from this
    sap basis SWCV
    >>>2. How it will be useful for us ?
you can use predefined messages and create your own mappings for example
let's say you have an SRM proxy (outbound from ERP) but you want to send it to your legacy system
you import SRM content and the proxy will go via your configuration and your new mapping

  • How to Change SWCV in Integration Directory for adapters

Because of new SWCV, I have to point all interfaces to new version of SWCV. How can I assign Service Without Party / Business System Service to point to interfaces that require new SWCV?
I deleted and recreated Sender Agreement, Receiver Agreement, Interface Determination, Receiver Determination for new SWCV in Integration Directory but I could not assign or create Business System to interfaces for new SWCV. It is still pointing to old version of SWCV.
Can someone give steps on how I can change the SWCV in the Integration Directory?
    Thanks

    hi,
    >>>>How can I assign Service Without Party / Business System Service to point to interfaces that require new SWCV?
    you can only assing once
later on you just ADD them to the scenarios
by using <b>Add to scenario</b> function

  • GUID of SWCV is not matching with SWCV in ESR(IR).

    Hi Experts,
I have developed two interface under same existing SWCV of existing interface.
These two interfcae are under separate Namsapace declared into SWCV of existing Interface.
Now we need to export the ID and IR objects to deploy the Interfaces in Client enviornment.
I am facing one problem now. Earlier Client was on 7.0 now they have upgraded to 7.1.
We have done the .tpz deployment into their server. but now the GUID of SWCV is changed by imported .tpz file.
During import at client side conflict occurs. we settled the conflict.
SWCV of SLD 's GUID is not mached wih IR SWCV's GUID - this message is coming when we check with tool->check SLD value.
    Please give suggestion.

    Hi Vijaya,
In client's Server one of the Interface is already in use and In Production System it is working.
We have developed additional two Interface under same SWCV under respective namesapaces.
Th .tpz we have to deployed is the delta developemnt only. but now when we have deployed this .tpz in their enviornment, the Conflict occcurs , we have settled this conflict and additional Interface's IR objects are imported.
Now we are able to see all objects under respective namesapace.
Problem is now of SWCV's GUID is overwitten by import. it showing our sever 's SWCV's GUID.
So Client SLD is not Matched with SWCV of IR.
    Please suggest in this context.

  • Unable to find SWCV in BW system for inbound proxy

    Hello Friends,
There is one interface running in our system. It is FILE to PROXY. Every day MDM sends some vendor details in files form. PI polls the file and map to structure for BW. (BW is SAP System).
In Operation Mapping, Sender Side : Our own interface and structure is used. On the Receiver side, 'GenericVendorIN' interface from SAP SWCV 'BI CONT' is used.
Messages are processed successfully for this interface in PI (PI 7.1) and failed in BW side due to application error. Not all messages, few messages.
When we try to troubleshoot the business logic (ABAP) written for this inbound interface in BW system, this SWCV BI CONT is not displayed in SPROXY transaction. But, we see successful messages and failure messages in BW system. (Txn: SXMB_MONI). ESR is connecting fine. Our SWCV is adisplayed correctly.
Friends, could you please clarify why SAP Standard SWCV BI CONT is not displayed in SPROXY transaction? For any errors, how do we troubleshoot then on the inbound side i.e in BW system.
    Thanking you.
    Kind regards,
    Jegathees P.

    hi,
In BW, check in tx SXMB_ADM, option Integration Engine configuration, if you have in category RUNTIME, parameter IS_URL something like that "dest://<NameOfYourRfcDestination>".
and in SM59 (of BW), check that you have the same RFC destination (type H).
or maybe you use a Java proxy, instead of an abap proxy.
    regards.

    PI E-filing GB SWCV Issue
I am currently experiencing an issue with E-filing in PI.
We are getting various error messages from the message mappings...
e.g.Target message Message Type: HR_GB_EFI_DPSrequestToken_Response does not exist in software component version ID: 4b9f4c422e6011dab9e1f8170a114c15 Check whether software component version ID: 4b9f4c422e6011dab9e1f8170a114c15 is in the Enterprise Services Repository. Import this or a newer version if necessary.
We are on Support package 19 for E-filing and 65 for SAP HR 6.00.
Can anyone shed any light on what the problem might be?
Also what is guid 4b9f4c422e6011dab9e1f8170a114c15 refering to because SAP HR 6.0's guid is 9dc41520ad7211d8bae0d61d0a114c15.

The GUIDs are uniquely defined for each version of the swc. So, you are using a wrong swcv in you repository, while the mappings are referring to another swcv.
As per the error above, the problem is with the HR SWCV that you are using as it is complaning that the target message is not available in the SWCV. If you keenly observe, the above GUIDs are different.

    Hi Chandrasekhar,
Have you configure SLD properly. to check this give the tcode 'sldcheck'. if it is not giving any error, u have to create 'lcr' rolesin j2ee UME and those roles to be maped to the users using j2ee visuval administrator. for more information check SLD configuration guide .

  • Async to sync to async across different SWCV using BPM

I have inherited some scenarios and incomplete config...  the more i dig the more i find....
i think I have a SAP proxy -> web (sync) -> mail adapter scenario.
i have created the SWCV for the web, the Proxy is using SAP Standard ERECRUIT objects (aysnc) and i guess i need to use a BPM to link the async -> sync -> async.
however, i cannot use the object from the ERECRUIT object in my BPM...  :o(  i have tried... it is not allowing me...
the service interface is not abstract... i cannot create an abstract version of the SI in my namespace and use it...  as it can only access the DT and External Definitions within the SWCV...
would it be best to map the SAP structure to a custom copy of the SAP Structure within my namespace then proceed with the BPM?
what would be best practice for this???  has anyone else come across a similar scenario?  is BPM the answer???
i have been looking at this blog and it looks the way to go...
    /people/sriram.vasudevan3/blog/2005/01/11/demonstrating-use-of-synchronous-asynchronous-bridge-to-integrate-synchronous-and-asynchronous-systems-using-ccbpm-in-sap-xi
i am using rules to determine where the message should be routed too in the receiver, but i get the feeling this will have be implemented for all messages once i get the first working...  the process will probably be the same, jsut the final Web destination will be different....

for the BPM, you can only access service interface in the same SWCV as of the BPM.

  • Integration Process Referencing Message Interfaces In A Different SWCV

    Hello Experts!
I am creating an Integration Process IP within SWCV A, using an Interface Mapping Object within SWCV A, Abstract Message Interface MI_A1 from SWCV B and Abstract Message Interface MI_A2 from SWCV B.
Because we have the dependencies set up in the SLD wherein SWCV A is a dependent SWCV of SWCV B, these basis objects can be referenced by the IP during the create process.
However, when I try to execute a "check" or activate the IP, I get the following error:
Expression must return the interface type MI_A1
Expression must return the interface type MI_A2
If I copy the MI objects into SWCV A, the IP is activated successfully.
    The question is:
Why is it that while I'm creating the IP I am able to reference these basis objects, but the "check" or "activate" does not allow it? What is this error telling me?
Want more points? Appreciate any insight.

Thanks for pointing me to the right direction, Aamir.
It turned out that the problem was caused by one of the Message Interfaces used by the Interface Mapping. It had errors to where it was pointing to an inactive IDoc object. The bad MI caused the IM to be bad, that eventually caused the problem while creating the Integration Process.
    Thanks again!
    H.

  • After Transporting the request RFC Destination is empty in SWCV and BEA

    Hi All,
we are using SAP NW Mobile 7.1 SP08
After transporting the SWCV & Backend adapter, in the transported system the RFC Destination is empty
Please help me to fix this issue.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Joseph Beevin.

    Hi,
When an SWCV is trnasported to a another system, the backend destination will be empty in the target system.,We need to configure the bakcned destination in the target sytem through the DOE Adimin.
    DOE_ADmin Portal -->Configuration --->Backend Configuration.
In the backend configuration, select the SWCV for which the destination needs to be configured.Select the parameter "RFC  DESTINATION FOR BACKEND"
When the SWCV is selected all the active Data Objects will be listed in the table below
Insert the above parameter to the parameter list(the table below)
Give the name of the availlable backemnd destination name in the "text value" column of the table for each data object and save it.
Now the backend destination is configured correctly in the target system. Please try this..
