Switch contacts between two devices

I have Curve 8520 and I want to switch my contacts to Bold 9000. My computer is not detecting my BBs and the devices do not have the feature to transfer contacts via bluetooth. Also I was unable to install Google Sync.
Please help.

From that information, there is a lot of guesswork to be done...so please start with ensuring that you have the BB Desktop Software installed to your PC:

With that, you should be able to backup just the Contacts from the 8520 and the restore them to the 9000...be sure that you understand that, in this process, any Contact items presently resident on the 9000 will be deleted and REPLACED with the Contact database on the 8520.

Also, check that you are using only root USB ports...no hubs (sometimes the front-side ports are hubs...use a rear USB port). And make sure to try disabling USB power management in your system configuration (Device Manager).
Also check on conflicting software...it has been reported that the software package NTI Shadow&Ninja can cause a conflict; removing them and reinstalling the BB desktop software allows it to install correctly.
Apologies in advance if this is redundant -- there's no way to be sure if you've already seen and tried these. Also apologies if any are not presently available...RIM takes them up and down at will as they revise things.

Restore from old iPhone backup can past all data including messages to your new iPhone. Or you can resfer to this iPhone 4/4S SMS to iPhone 5 transfer tutorial. It shows you how to transfer messages only.

iTunes content can be commingled in the iTunes library on a computer and synced to iOS devices. The computer must be authorized to use the content from the respective Apple IDs in the iTunes Store menu.

Hi everyone,
Me and my wife both have iphone. We usually used just one iCloud account, so we had shared calendar, contacts etc. etc. which is very useful for us.
Since Siri has arrived it begun to create troubles with the contacts, because the contact marked as "me" is the same for both iphones, so on my iphone siri calls me with the name of my wife...
Now with the new "family" function with iOS 8 i can finally separate the iCloud accounts on our iphones, and still have the same apps, calendar etc. on both of them.
My problem is with the contacts, we would like to keep the same contacts on both iphones and synched, but i can't do that with the "family" function.
Anyone can suggest me a way to sync contacts between two account iCloud selecting which information to share?

Yes, you can backup the Q10 using Link, and restore that backup to the Q5... AS LONG AS both devices have the same BBID. Just backup your Q10 > Backup > Custom backup > Settings. and on the Q5, restore only the Settings.

How do you disable the feature to 'keep iMessage conversations running between two devices'?

I have 2 apple devices- an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2. When I set my iPad up and set iMessage up set it offered me the option to keep iMessage conversations running between the two devices, and i pressed yes. I now cannot stand this feature because every time I recieve an iMessage, I get two alerts, one on each device. How do you disable it?

You can disable the Substitutions feature completely, or add words you frequently use to the substitutions list. See this information from the Pages User Guide:

In the Substitutions window, select the Text Replacement checkbox, then click Text Preferences.

Type the word you want to replace it with (such as “the”) in the With column.
Close the window when you’re done editing substitutions.

Using iCloud, yes. If the two iPads use the same iCloud account.
Turn on"Use iCloud" (press the "+" in "My Songs" view.
Tap the "Edit" button, when your songs begin to wiggle, select one, then press the cloud icon in the toolbar and select "Upload song to iCloud". It will appear on your other IOS devices.

IBooks -- sync current read location between two devices??

I have a book installed on both my iPhone and iPad. I might be reading on one or the other depending on circumstances. Is there any way sync where I am in the book between these devices?
For example I might be reading from the iPad on the plane but want to use the iPhone while waiting for dinner in a restaurant. It would be nice to sync the iPad and the iPhone once I land so when I do open the iPhone book later that night, I don't have to hunt down where I was.

I have a company iPhone with all of my music bought through iTunes. I just bought an iPod touch and need to know if I can share my music and apps between both devices. Go to Settings>Messages>Send and receive and make sure you emaill address and phone number do not appear. Delete them if necessary. You can then add her own email address so you can message her.
- The iPod will only use a phone number for Messages if the Account used to set up the iPod includes an iPhone and the iPod has iOS 6. You can't add non-iPhone number to Messages on an iPod.

I'm still confused as to which field the script goes in and how to enter it in relationship to any existing script.
Instead of me trying to explain verbally, I'll show you what I have.

Unable to Share contacts between two specific users in Outlook 2013/Exchange

My brother is trying to share his contacts with his associate, and she is trying to share them back. He managed to right-click on his contacts folder and send out the invitation. She successfully accepted the invitation, and she also accepted his request
for her to share her contacts with him. When the email arrived, we clicked on OPEN, but we received an error stating that the shared folder could not be opened.
We tried with another employee, and we could share my brother's contacts with him, and he could share his contacts with my brother. Likewise, he was able to share his contacts with the associate, and the associate could share her contacts back with the employee.
I am not sure what to do now.
We made sure that the associate either manually entered the address for my brother, or she clicked on TO and found the address in the global address list. She did NOT begin to type and then accept the suggested address (we are aware that this will cause
sharing to fail).
What else can we try? Are there any procedures to determine what the current problem is?

Please make sure the Contact folder permissions are set correctly between these two users. Then we can use the following steps to open the shared contact:
1. Open Outlook and switch to People/Contact Navigation Pane.
2. Click Open Shared Contact in Ribbon.
3. Type the user name who have shared Contact folder to this user or directly click Name button to select the user.
4. Click OK to open the shared folder.
Then the shared contact folder can be listed under your Contact folder list.
