Switch Inspector panel to right side

Is there a way to change the location of the inspector panel to the right side instead of the left in aperture 3. I believe you used to be able to do this in aperture 2. By using the key combination shift-I. It doesn't work any more.

Menu View>Inspector>Swap Position.

Bridge CS4 - lost panels on right side

For some reason I lost the panels on the right side of the window in the essentials view. Even the thumbnails do not completely display on the right hand side. (XP PRO)
I have checked preferences, but do not see an option to change this display.

I lost the Development Panel on right side. Only Histogram shows.

I am using LR5 and it has been working for me pretty well but today I may have accidentally clicked on something that resulted in the loss of those Development panels. Only the Histogram shows. I wish to restore all the missing panels. I was too afraid to check on various things in the Toolbar (such as Settings, View, etc) and at any rate now the Toolbar has also disappeared. In short, I cannot do any post processing of my RAW files.
I am using an Intel Mac OS X 10.7. Any help would be much appreciated.

What specific information would you need? The program was working just fine early yesterday morning and than when I came back in the afternoon to edit some more pictures that is when I wasn't able to see the full image anymore. It is providing me with all of the editing options as if the picture is there but it is just a blank screen with the thumbnail pic showing in the right panel.

Formatting Spry Tabbed Panel so tabs appear on the right side

Hi, I know this is a rookie question, but that is because I'm a rookie. How can I format a Spry Tabbed Panel so the tabs appear on the top-right side rather than the default top-left. I found the solution on the Adobe Labs site, but couldn't get it to work. If anyone can please help me with the code or point me in the right direction if I can change it with css. Thanks.

Using the above, you will have to remember that the first tab will be on the extreme right.

Bridge Panel View Lost in CS6-Right Side

Somehow I have lost the ability to size the right side of my Bridge panel. It is too large and I cannot bring the right side border into view to see my Metadata and Preview Panels.
Also the numbering of the thumbnails is lost "off the screen".

Hidden right side panels don't trigger correctly in Lion

Since upgrading to Lion, the right side panels of my workspace don't trigger correctly while they are hidden (by pressing Tab). In previous OS X cats, pushing the mouse to the far right edge of the screen would trigger the panels to appear (until the mouse moves away from them). The same, of course, was true for the tools panel on the left edge, and it still is. Now, in Lion, the right side panels reappear only if the cursor hovers a few pixels shy of the extreme right edge. Going all the way to the right edge does nothing. I've checked this with three different screen resolutions on my NEC PA271W display. I'll end up submitting this as a bug, but would like to see if anyone else can confirm it first.

Rick, here as well, the enginers or other users might need more pointers to be able to replicate your issues.
Are you running Ps 12.0.4? Is Lion up to date? are you using the application frame? Is Photoshop maximized? is it the case in all screen modes (when you cycle with the F key?)
Did you try to reset Photoshop's workspace, or Preferences?

Right side of the inspector?

Is there a way to choose what to display on the right column? It use to show the Master strip, now it's on one of the sends... Can't figure out if there's any way to change it back or control that...

Sorry... I forgot to say, I'm talking about the Arrange window. The inspector shows two tracks, the one you select in the Arrange (left side) and then there's the one on the right side. I can't figure out how to control/change the right side...

Switching mail box drawer to the right side of Mail window

Is it possible to switch which side the mail box drawer opens. In Panther Mail, this would switch automatically depending on where the Mail viewer window was placed on the computer screen. In Tiger, Mail does not switch and I have been unable to find an option to change the mail box drawer to the right side instead of the left. Anyone out there know the answer to this question? This is my third post on this topic with no response yet.... Thanks

Sorry to hear that this is your third post for this question.
Perhaps because no one wanted to be the bearer of bad news.
The default left side behavior is fixed, and the only choice you have is to display or not display the mailboxes.
Provide OS X Feedback and express your need/desire for that feature.

Issues with color panel and other windows on right side of flash

Ok the issue I'm having with flash is that the windows on the right side of my flash window do not snap up when I collapse a window. I am attaching a screen shot to better explain this issue.
As you can see I have the color panel collapsed up, when I expand this panel and it goes down everything shifts down. however when I collapse it back up a huge gap is left behind in CS5.5 as is displayed in screen shot number 2. In CS4 I never had this problem. I could expand and collapse panels as I saw fit with no problems what so ever. Everytime now that I expand a panel and collapse it, the library or other panels do not move up with the collapsing. This causes a workspace issue. and forces me to drag up the library via the black line that is just above it but below the align panel so that I have better access to my library or properties panel for when I'm working. I find this highly annoying and would like it if there could be a fix produced to make it so this collapsing issue can be fixed and I don't have to waste time dragging up the library/properties panel everytime I need to access stuff in my library when I have a huge list of graphics I'm going through.

Resizing panels on the right side? [Captivate 7]

I'm pretty sure I remember being able to drag the panels to resize them in Captivate 6. For example, if you hover your mouse over the line between the timeline and the project aea, you can drag it to make it smaller or bigger. Similarly, wasn't I able to do this between the project area and the panels on the right side, that contains the properties panel, library, project info, etc? It's letting me minimize or open it, but not resize it in Captivate 7.

Think you are right (didn't even see it before), but the resizing possbility was very limited in 6, to the maximum size of the Properties panel only. When you make panels floating, some can still have their width being increased like the Library (which I often make floating). As I answered in many threads, the only way to increase width of the Properties panel is to drag it to the bottom dock, where the Timeline is sitting.
I have already logged multiple feature requests to allow more customisation for panel size, to turn the Advanced Actions dialog box into a real panel, with full customisation possible etc. You can only add your voice by entering also a feature request.

Adding more than 1 JPanel on right side of JSplitPane then use setVisible?

Hi im creating a option dialog in a program in where when they open it, it displays a JSplitPane with a list on the right side and the option screen on the left.
When someone clicks on one ot the list items the required Panel is displayed on the right.
I have Some Panels and if i do this.
OptionsSplitPane.setRightComponent(First Panel);
OptionsSplitPane.setRightComponent(Second Panel);
FirstPanel.setVisible(true);
SecondPanel.setVisible(false);
it doesnt display either Panel on the right. I assume im overwriting the first panel when i set it again.
How can i do what i want to do?

Hi,
a JSplitPane excepts only 1 component on either side - so, if you want to have more than one component on one side, you should place a JPanel with CardLayout there and place your components inside this panel and switch to the "card" you want to show - see CardLayout.

RIGHT SIDE OF BRIDGE INTERFACE "FADED OUT"

I just upgraded from CS5 to CS6, and I get a "strange" occurrence in which a portion of the right side of the Bridge interface, where 2/3s of the area of the METADATA/KEYWORDS are no longer visible, & the Window or Page "under" it shows through.
EXAMPLE: In Photoshop, the lower, right half of my interface has the History Palette. When I "switch" to Bridge, though the Preview "Window" in the top right remains in tact, the Photoshop History Pallete is "covering" the right 2\3s of the METADATA panel.
It occurs with any "page" below the Bridge interface; for example with the Bridge Forum web page open, the portiion that depicts "Top Participants" etc. covers the Bridge METADATA panel.
I tried taking a screen shot but the problem "went away" in the screen shot interface.

Selecting "NEW SYNCHRONIZED WINDOW" has apparently fixed the problem, but can't help but wonder why it happens at all.

When hover to see location of link, the view of that is now on right side instead of left, would like to have it on left of page, and bigger if possible.

Using FF 4.. For some reason the way that ff shows the resultant url location while hovering, has moved from the lower left of my screen to the lower right.
After updating to FF 4 earlier today..it was showing on the left, now is on the right ..and I would like to move it back to the left, but I don't know how
It's important to me for safe browsing to clearly be shown where a link will bring me. It is no longer bolded as it was in prior versions... Is there a way to make a stand out more as well?

I found that doing a search on the current page (Edit : Find) causes the search bar to appear at the bottom, and the hover link will switch to the right side. Close the search bar and it goes back to the left.

I now have the pallete on the right side of my screen. But, I am unable to change the color of the brush. I move the eye dropper over red and click on it. A panel comes saying 'Pure Red', I click ok but the brush color does not change.
