Switch off outbound international call barring, don't know the password

I am across in France and found out that international call were being barred. Tried to switch it off on my phone, Galaxy s5, but asking
For a password and I have no idea what it would be. Can't even call 150 as it is taken as an international call. Please help. Thanks

My problem is that now that I'm putting my music back on to the new hard drive, I can't play some of the songs because I don't know the password for the OLD AOL accounts. I've tried every variation of password I can think of that I would have used, but still come up with nothing. I tried calling the AOL support number and the guy said he had no idea what I was talking about and hung up on me. To make things even more confusing, iTunes seems to have created an identical account to the one I use now but as an AOL account and I have absolutely no idea what the password is. This means that half of my music/TV shows/movies are not able to be watched/listened to. Does anybody have any idea what I can do to recover my password? Or am I totally screwed?? Please help!

    Did you get the Mac OS X install disks from the pawnshop, perchance? If not, you'll need to call Apple tech support and order a set, or if the MBP is an older one that didn't come with Snow Leopard, a retail copy of the Snow Leopard installer. Then you can boot from that installer disk, erase the drive (highly recommended), install SL and upgrade to Leopard. Or you can buy the Lion installer on a USB flash drive, boot from that, and again erase the drive and install.

    You need your password to delete it and I need the email address to reset the password.  I feel like I'm going in circles!!!  Please help!!!

Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    You didn't say what you've tried, but f the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID.     I recentley recovered a backup from itunes to my iphone 5s. However It was a back up from some one elses phone with a different apple id that I have no idea what the password is.     Contact Apple here for help with your ID. If you aren't getting the emails. If there is a phone number available for your country, try calling that number and ask for account security.

    No, not unless you have a more current iCloud ID that was created by revising this old ID.  If you do, you can go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone, then delete the account.  When you're done, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
    If that isn't the case, and you don't know the password for the old ID, you'll have to reset it yourself (see http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617) or contact the Apple account security team for assistance resetting it: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.

    Have you set the general preferences in iPhoto to email using iPhoto? Then change it to email using "Mail". This way iPhoto will use your regular Mail account.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Your Apple ID and iCloud email address don't need to be the same, you can't change an iCloud email address.
    Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.

    I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
    The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account.  I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there.  On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back.  Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email.  The device is currently useless.
    The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
    Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?
