Switched wireless modem and carriers and now I'm locked out - where do I enter admin info?

I switched wireless carriers tonight and now I'm unable to setup new wireless modem because it says that it has been locked by the administrator. I never setup any kind of administartor anything. How do I proceed?

I see that you are locked by the administrator with your HP Officejet 8610. I am happy to help you with this issue!

Another suggestion, is to try converting from a USB connection to a wireless connection. To do so, please see this website, Convert from a USB connected printer to wireless.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I finally upgraded my phone and now I am locked out because my password wont work what do i do?!?!?

SO its finals time and while i was studying I decided i was going to update my phone to IOS 7 i went down to the study room and i came back and tried to unlock my phone and now I am locked out because my password wont work and its the same password I have had for a long time! Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.
