SXMB_MONI not Responding - Time Out

Hi All,
I am unable to see the processed XML messaged using the tcode SXMB_MONI.
When I enter the selection criteria of the messages and execute it the GUI doesn't respond for sometime and finally throws a time out exception.
Can somebody help me to solve this issue?
Any configurations do we need to do when the tcode deosn't respond?
Helpful Answers will be rewarded points.
Thanks & Regards,
Zabiulla

  • SSH Not Connecting - Times Out

Hi everyone. I'm back on Arch after a few year hiatus.
I'm trying to SSH into my ARM based Arch linux install.
SSHing from the local network works fine. No problems.
When I try to SSH from outside the network, it doesn't connect and times out.
    I've created port.conf under /etc/systemd/system/sshd.socket.d/ which reads
    [Socket]
    # Disable default port
    ListenStream=
    # Set new port
    ListenStream=2222
I have systemd.socket service running as confirmed by systemctl
I have port forwarded port 2222 TCP\UDP on my modem to the computer's IP on the network.
    Running
    sudo tcpdump -lnn -i eth0 port 2222
reads a lot of information. Specifically, I've tracked down the IP address that I'm trying to connect from and it reads:
    21:53:37.234872 IP 172.56.16.239.25065 > 192.168.1.195.2222: Flags [S], seq 1661893998, win 65535, options [mss 1400,nop,wscale 4,nop,nop,TS val 25806051 ecr 0,sackOK,eol], length 0
Would anybody have an idea what the problem could be here?

ok, that is the SYN-ACK, next must be the ACK from source 172.56.16.239
if your your outside IP-address has always 172.56.16.239, you can use
    tcpdump -i eth0 host 172.56.16.239
to have the full traffic for this IP-address
    The curious thing is that it responds from a different IP; 192.168.1.195. Is that normal? The server is actually on 192.168.1.193. That's the address I'm using to ssh;
    ssh -p **** *@192.168.1.193
To avoid confusion, I just changed the ssh port to 2876 which is why it's responding with that port instead of the original 2222 that I put in when I started this thread.
No that is NOT normal, there must be an address translation somewhere; maybe the routing device between your client (172.56.16.239) and your server; this could be the problem; that the address translation is not statefull; intended to mean your client gets answers (SYN-ACK) with server ip  192.168.1.195 as source, which it just drops. Then you would see in the server-tcpdump, only repeated SYN->SYN-ACKs
Could you also tcpdump on your client side ?
EDIT: Is there a reason for using sshd.socket and not sshd.service ? I've no experiences with this socket ... - maybe I'm wrong with my suggestions

  • Saprouter - Host did not respond times

    Hello,
We have configured the saprouter with a VPN, the test connection in SM59 is OK.
When I try to start  "R/3 Support" in SAP Support Portal, the SAP Service Connector gives me the message: "The service connection has been opened successfully." but SAPRouter status does not get "connect", it keeps on "Host did not respond x times".
How can I find the problem? If the SAP Connector shows me "The service connection has been opened successfully."?
    Regards

    Hi Richard
    1.  Is it new SAProuter installed or already working one?
    2. In which OS? could you refer the SAP links

  • Header UI 2007 not working + Time-out CRM 2007

    Hello,
We are currently installing CRM 2007 as a standalone. However we encounter 2 problems:
    1. De header menu (personalize etc) is not working. Clicking on those links has no effect at all
    2. When starting a functionality (e.g. account management -> accounts) we get a time-out after 60 seconds. Probably because SAP is compiling the screen for the first time. How can we adjust the time-out settings?
    Thanks!

    Sander,
The timeouts are controlled by profile parameter settings for the ICM.  You can use the parameters listed below to control these settings.
    icm/keep_alive_timeout - seconds
    icm/conn_timeout - msec
    icm/max_timeout_net - msec
    icm/min_timeout_mpi - msec
    rdisp/plugin_auto_logout - seconds
I would strongly recommend however that you SGEN your entire system before using the new CRM webclient.  You still can time out even with the parameters above set to generous values.
    Take care,
    Stephen

  • BI Administration cockpit page not found time out

    Hi Experts,
We are on BI 7  SP6 and have an issue with the BI Admin cockpit in our QA system.
When we activated the BI Technical content in development, loaded data, the BI admin cockpit ran just fine.
When we transport the technical content objects to QA, and load data, all the queries work
The BI Admin cockpit however, doesnt. The portal page just times out when we click on any query in the cockpit.
How can we go about finding what we are missing?
    All thoughts appreciated.

    Hi
There could be some portal relevant transports for admin cockpit. Please check whether they went fine.
    Try to restart portal once.
Please check with your portal expert on the sizing of the portal.
Check whether you are able to execute other bex queries and WAD in the portal.
    Thanks,

  • Dvd player not responding, spits out dvd

My dvd player does not read dvds. It just spits out the dvd. This has only begun after I installed Lion.

The thing may need cleaning, go to your local office supply store and get a CD/DVD cleaning kit.

  • Outgoing mail does not send, times out

I have two macs, one wireless and the other connected by ethernet to the internet both through a DSL modem. There are two users, each has an account on each mac. Each user has a yahoo plus mail account. I have been using Tiger and OS X mail without trouble since last year. Mail is setup to work with the Yahoo server as a POP server. The arrangement is nice since all mail stays on the server and is accessible from any internet site anywhere. In addition, there is the tight integration with OSX from Mail.
Recently one user could not send from the wireless mac. The other user could. Reading mail was OK. Performance on the ethernet mac was OK. Creating a new user and directing that user to the POP account allowed sending.
I tried alot of things as sugggested in some of the other topics here, including the drastic move of deleting the mail folder in the affected user's library and setting up a new account.
It turned out the problem was fixed by re specifying the outgoing mail server in the mail preferences. The server was incorrectly specified as smpt.mail.yahoo.com. The correct specification is smtp....
I had presumed I had made the dyslexic typo error when re establishing the account info on the affected mac.
However, about a week later, the other user account on the other mac behaved the same way. In fact, the outgoing server specification had the same error of smpt...
Once changing back to smtp... all was well, even with reboots and the other users logged off. The fix was simply to add the correct outgoing server URL, select it as the one to use and delete the incorrect one.
Explanation? I can think of two possiblities:
1)the error was always present in these two Mail account specifications on just those macs and the service that interprets the URL allowed it, but changed recently so it would not accomodate the error.
2)something changed the URL, but I can't think of how I could possibly have done it in the second instance. Is there anyway some kind of virus would cause this trouble?
So, I offer this tale in case someone else is experiencing the same difficulty. Judging from some of the other threads in the forum this may be a help.

It could not have been caused by a virus, since there are no viruses for Mac OS X. I would guess it was a typo when you first setup the account, and when you set it up again, a user may have gone to Preferences and selected the Outgoing mail server drop down menu and inadvertently selected the typo'd server entry.

  • Laserjet CM1415fnw software will not install, times out

I have used this printer successfully for several years.  Recently it has stopped wanting to print some pdf files.  Others it printed just fine.   Even the files that wouldn't end up printing showed fine on the screen, and looked like it was printing, but the paper printed out "PCL XL Error, Subystem: TEXT , Error:  Insufficient Memory, FIle Name:  cheettext.c, Line Number: 1438, rather than the real file.
After looking at some forums, I decided the solution was to reinstall the software.
So, the drivers were uninstalled, and new software/drivers downloaded.  But at the 99% mark, I get the Error message that it hasn't installed.  I have checked the event log, but there is no error number anywhere.  I've got a "Fault Bucket" number, (334838151 type 5) but no Error number.
I've double checked that I am installing the proper drivers, I have Windows 7 64-bit os.  I've tried installing directly from the internet.  I've tried saving it all to my computer and installing from there.  I've tried selectively installing just some of the drivers, not including the fax stuff, since I never fax.  Nothing works.
Any other suggestions?  I am very frustrated, since of course, I have a whole stack of "must print"s before the weekend!
Thanks to anyone for helpful advice.

    Hello csn_charlotte,
    Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand when you install the Laserjet CM1415fnw software, but it fails at 99%. I will do my best to assist you! I can relate to how frustrating this must be. I would recommend following this entire HP document on Windows 7: The Progress Bar on the Software Installation Stops or Stalls.
Please post your results, as I will be looking forward to hearing from you.

  • How do I download firefox 4. Ever since I was updated to 5 I get 10-15 seconds of 'firefox not responding' time every time I go to a new page.

From looking on your support pages it appears other people have had the same problems. I tried doing some of the solutions but no help (including re-installing FF).

Dear yoeleven, I disabled automatic updates for add-ons, but I was getting a firefox cannot connect to certain URLs. Something popped into place, but I want to direct you to FileHippo.com , where at the top of the page the new Firefox 5 is listed. Click that to the download page, the next one, and you will find all the earlier versions of FFox. I like that site. I use the free RevoUninstaller first, because it will clean all the pipes for any program. The I run a sweep with CCleaner, it's registry cleaner as well, then Defraggler. Then you have a clean house for FF4. Hope that helps, or that you can get good advice on getting v5 to behave for you. all best, ratguard.

  • Connection time out error when calling a webservice on ICF

    Hi
We have a webservice exposed on ECC 5.0 on the ICF. However, when we invoke the webservice - after 10 seconds , we get a error message
Error reading server response: The operation has timed-out
    I checked ICMAN parameters
icm/conn_timeout - and set its new value to 50000 ms ( 50 secs ) - the connection still timed out when the webservice tooks more than 10 seconds to process.
icm/keep_alive_timeout - I don't see an option to change the new value for this parameter
What am i missing here - how can I set the connection not to time out uptil say 45 seconds - what parameter do I change here ?

    I partly agree with Kaustubh,
if you test the service from within SICF the parameter SAPLOCALHOSTFULL (FQHN = Fully-Qualified Host Name) is taken to build the test URL. If this host name is not correct resp. cannot be resolved by the server, you will run into an error.
icm/host_name_full is only taken if SAPLOCALHOSTFULL is not maintained.
So first of all you shold check this parameter befor increasing timeout parameters at random.
If the parameter does not solve the problem, you should have a look into the ICM trace file (dev_icm) and search for "ERROR".
    Regards,
    Stefan

  • Transaction management in time out

    Hi,
I have one question regarding the transaction handling if the program time out.
If I call one function module and there is several SQL statements in it, each SQL statement takes long time, after some of them executed, the program is time out, will the executed SQL statement will be commited or rollback? I think it's should be rollback, isn't it?
    Best Regards,
    Robin

you do not normally have time-out's with an updare-process. you would get exclusive lockwaits and several other problems, but not a time-out ...
anyway if you get one, your work should be rolled back. of course this depends a bit on how it's developed. there are notes where such updates are divided on several logical processes and caused inconsistencies -> see [1053723|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1kZSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1053723&nlang=DE&smpsrv=https%3a%2f%2fwebsmp110%2esap-ag%2ede]. so you would have to be more specific about your problem.

  • Can't access Web Site, super slowly and time out!

    Hi all,
    I am using Server 2012 R2 with Hyper-V, HP DL360 G6 Server
The Master OS have a NIC1 to VLAN1 Switch (Also in the Cisco SG300 Switch)
Plus other NIC2 connect to Cisco SG300 28 Switch (Running in L3 Mode), this Cisco then connect  to a SonicWALL NSA 2400.
I build some VLAN31 on SonicWALL NSA 2400, and add this to the Cisco SG300 as Truck Port connect Both...
Other Port on the SG300 are untouch, so mean default running mode is Truck mode, and one of it port connect to the NIC2 to the Server ...
Ok, if Hyper-V VM, not enable VLAN in the Hyper-V Management in 2012 R2, it can take the DHCP from the SonicWALL NSA 2400 no problems, can see other LAN (VLAN1) machine well both direction, and go to Internet too.
But, if I setting the VLAN31 on Hyper Manager to some VM, it can take the DHCP and take the IP from SonicWALL for this VALN31, include DNS, GW etc...
But ... it just can ping internet, for example, ping www.yahoo.com it ok, but open IE, enter www.yahoo.com will super super slowly and time out, if running CentOS 6.5 Linux, enter yum update, it total not work, time out, 0.2kb/s etc. But it can ping to www.yahoo.com
    no problems...
And If Windows run routert www.yahoo.com, over 10s to see next hub ...
I am double checked SonicWALL NSA2400 Firewall Policy is allow all VLAN and LAN to WAN, and VLAN TO VLAN too..
What is wrong on the Hyper-V VLAN? Do I am setting wrong of my switch port mode (Access/Trunking)?
I am now out of direction what is go on to troubleshooting this.
    Thank you.

  • Time out Through MAXTRANTIME in tuxedo 8.1

Request all to share inputs on MAXTRANTIME parameter introduced in Tuxedo 8.1. I am using Tuxedo 8.1 and tried to use MAXTRANTIME but effect/behavior is not clear to me from Tuxedo 8.1 documentation.
We use global transaction ( time out used in tpbegin is 0 - i.e. no time outs) and MAXTRANTIME is not taking in to effect and Transaction are not getting time out. I can not verify that as i am not clear of effect/behavior.
    Thanks,
    Ajeet

    Ajeet,
There are currently no known issues with the MAXTRANTIME feature.
Verify that you have executed tmloadcf after updating the UBBCONFIG file and
run tmunloadcf to make sure that the TUXCONFIG file updated is the one being
    used by your application.
The tmadmin subcommand "verbose" followed by "printtrans" can be used to
show the time remaining until timeout for all currently active transactions.
Remember that transaction timeout can occur up to SCANUNIT seconds after the
specified time due to the timing of the BBL scan.
Timeout will be detected when the next ATMI call is made on behalf of the
transaction, but timeout does not send a signal or other notification to
processes involved in the transaction. A server which is executing
long-running database operations or other long-running application code will
continue to operate on a transaction until an ATMI call is made which
    detects the transaction timeout.
If none of the above suggestions solves the problem, then you'll need to
open a case with customer support.

  • 10 min ftp time out!! help!!

This is a fairly old story, it begins around 2004 – 05 ish…
For over two years, two different linksys wrt54g routers (v5 & v6), and 3 different cable providers I have continually had the same problem; ftp sessions beyond my local network constantly time out during file transfers at exactly 9 minutes and 59 seconds. This timeout occurs every single time no matter what. I have tried multitudes of different ftp softwares, several different computers as well as four different operating systems. (win 98, XP, mac OS, & vista) I also run a ftp server to share files among my friends both on and off my local network. People who connect to me do not have this time out problem as long as my server runs on port 21 and only 21 (any other port and my friends have the 9:59 time out too). For clarity’s sake let me repeat; ftp problem only occurs from sessions where one of my computers is a client and not a host. Also please note the time out will happen on any port. Because of said fact, this leads me to only one possible conclusion all wrt54g’s have lousy ftp support...!
I hope that there is something I have missed; should I toss in the towel and buy a third, new router of a different manufacturer this time or is there still hope? Please note: aside from the constant ftp time out issue, the wrt54g works pretty well and has always been reliable for every other task. (ftp, usenet, pop3 e-mail, p2p, http, etc…)
    Some info about my network:
I am using a linksys WRT54G v5 wireless router with firmware version 1.00.9
My ISP is a 10/100 cable.
I have all router firewall stuff turned off and have DMZ bound to the computer that hosts ftp server. Now I know this makes my network a bit hacker friendly, but these are the only settings that allow people to ftp from me with out time out.
Well that’s about it, if you have read this far then, please, have a great day!

Ok I have connected a windows XP and then a windows Vista machine diretly to my cable modem and I must report no ftp problem at all. I was able to download a huge file on my first try (XP) with no disconnects, entire transfer took 3 hours.
Please note: I have installed the latest firmware on my wrt54g, (1.02.2) and once sucessfully "flashed" I reverted my router back to factory defaults and then re-put my orgional settings in and still must report nojoy.
This is nothing new, I have been trying to resolve this issue for about 1-1/2 to 2 years now. The only reason that I have not switched to a different router is because I like the wrt54gv5 easy setup and good stable performance(port time-out problem aside).
In conclusion let me just state, I don't think there is anything "wrong" with my wrt54gv5. I believe the routers are programmed to drop ports after 10 mins as a safty precaution, I just want to bring light to this issue, and to plead my case to linksys that they make future wrt54g firmware that will allow one to change the interval or disable port time out feaure all together. I don't ftp much anymore as a result of this router's performance, however wrt54gv5 works really great for all other applications that I use it for.
    Have a great day!
