Sync calendars iPhone to iPhone with other persons

It seems to be tricky to sync calendars between my wife's phone and mine. How does it work? So far no suggestions have helped. We both have 4S and MAC desktops. Could somebody help me out in simple terms step by step. Thanks.

Disable automatic syncing when the iPhone is connected with iTunes on each computer.
The only item you will have selected for syncing with iTunes on your computer at work will be Calendars, which is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. Nothing else will be selected under the various tabs for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes on your computer at work. You will get a warning message that your iPhone is associated with another iTunes library on a different computer which you can ignore when syncing calendars/calendar events only with iTunes on your computer at work.

The issue is that I miss the info icon in my iTune, thtas why I can't manage syncing my agenda (local) with my MacBook.
I conect my Iphone (by cable) to my MacBook so as I did every time, but since the new OSX and iTune 11.1.3 I misse the info Icon and my agenda in Iphone doens't syncing with my agenda in my MacBook.

Similar problem.
No problem with the imac G5 but tower Power PC allows only the initial sync (ie after erasing all contacts and events in my phone and reseting device in bluetooth syst pref and in isync).
For the following syncings I always get the same message.
[K800i] Connection to the phone failed.
Please make sure that your phone is turned on. If this error occurs again, please restart your phone.
Restarting my phone does not help.
Anyone an idea?

Syncing my iPhone with Calendars & Contacts

When I sync my iPhone with my computer I get 1 or 2 things. Either it duplicates most of the contacts on my iphone, and calendar. Or, it says that if I sync I will lose a high percentage of my contacts on my computer.
What's up with that? Anyone know a fix?

I wish I could figure it out. Not only did it duplicate today but this evening right before my eyes, just after I synced my calendar, I saw all of my appointments in one calendar setting disappear! They were there and they vanished while I was looking at them! ...from the computer calendar AND the iPhone calendar! I can't trust this feature anymore. I think I'll have to call for tech support.... bummer, It's probably just a little setting click or something easy....

After I sync my iPhone with MobileMe & my Mac I have 2 identical sets of calendars on my iPhone.
They are named "me.com" and "On my iPhone".
All calendar items are shown twice on the phone.

Deleted the contacts from where? The device? the computer? both?
Use the backup of the computer to put them back if they have been deleted off the computer. Once that is done, they can be synced to the iPhone.

These have been screen shot to me later including time and I have just not got them. I had 4 weeks worth of messages go missing from my phone..I know that he synced my phone because his work laptops I'd came up in my settings. Also if the above can be done can he change the settings on my actual phone and access my location without placing tracking software on my phone. Can someone please help here as I can't restore a backup to my phone for obvious reasons and refuse to change my number because of this loser.

How to sync the iTunes songs library with other two computers thru iPhone?

I have three Apple computers, the main being iMac 24", on which I usually purchase music from iTunes and import from my CDs. Thus, it has the biggest collection of songs, roughly about 1200. I also sync my iPhone 3GS 32 GB with this comp, and songs fill in slightly more than 6 GB on iPhone. But then when I sync my iPhone with the MacBook Air or my old PowerBook G4, about 2 GB of songs disappear, reducing the songs library to what is on the computers, while I'd like to transfer all songs (newly purchased and imported) from the iPhone to those comps, too, which are BTW, respectively authorized.
Seems to be a simple issue, and I read all Help content, and tried all iTunes Menu functions, but can't solve it! Any help from real Apple experts?

Mike whether I create a folder within the Pictures Folder that iTunes uses to sync photographs or just copy them into the main folder the result is the same, I end up with Photo Library plus another album containing an identical set of pictures as contained in Photo Library.

Create a album: When viewing albums, tap Edit, then tap Add. Select photos to add to the new album, then tap Done. Note: Albums created on iPhone aren’t synced back to your computer.
Rename an album Tap Edit, then select an album.

Yes I can Add a new Album, but cannot delete an album already created. The delete sign does not appear.
In iTunes the only folder that I can see listed is the man one into which iTunes stores pictures, which I have named iPhone Photos.
When I look on my PC this iPhone Photos folder contains another folder named iPod Photo Cache and a multitude of folders created by iTunes, the named F00, F01,F02 etc etc. and a Photo Database file.
Now whether I create a seperate folder within iPhone Photos to store my favourite photos in, or just copy them all into the iPhone Photos folder without being encased within another folder, or create a folder inside the iPod Photo Cache folder the result is the same ...
I end up with Photo Library plus another album containing an identical set of pictures as contained in Photo Library.
I am going around in ever decreasing circles here and getting nowhere fast!!
