Sync contacts from two accounts with Outlook 2013 in my PC

My wife and I both have an account with individual contact lists. I am using the icloud program on my win8 PC to sync the contacts with Outlook 2013. Can I set-up this tool to sync the contacts from both apple accounts ?

The sync process for contacts with a supported address book application on your computer is a bi-directional or true sync process, or should be.
If you use Outlook on your computer for contacts and your iPhone includes contacts before the first sync for this data, you will be provided a merge prompt with the first sync for this data, which you want to select. After the first sync and merge in this situation, the contacts between the two will be kept synchronized with following syncs or should be.

Sync contacts between two account iCloud

Hi everyone,
Me and my wife both have iphone. We usually used just one iCloud account, so we had shared calendar, contacts etc. etc. which is very useful for us.
Since Siri has arrived it begun to create troubles with the contacts, because the contact marked as "me" is the same for both iphones, so on my iphone siri calls me with the name of my wife...
Now with the new "family" function with iOS 8 i can finally separate the iCloud accounts on our iphones, and still have the same apps, calendar etc. on both of them.
My problem is with the contacts, we would like to keep the same contacts on both iphones and synched, but i can't do that with the "family" function.
Anyone can suggest me a way to sync contacts between two account iCloud selecting which information to share?

Actually that does not happen, or at least it didn't happen to me.

I have two email accounts sycned with my iphone and each account has seperate contacts also synced. I am closing one email, but I would like to merge the contacts from this account with the remaing account. Does any one know how this can me done? Thanks

I am currently running two email accounts on my iPhone 4s.
Both accounts have email/contacts/calendar synced to the phone so I can have all contacts on the phone.
I now have to close one of these accounts due to work but I would like to keep all the contacts on the account I am closing, on the iPhone.
Does anyone know how to save these contacts to my phone so I dont lose any?

ITunes8.2 might not sync contacts, calendar and notes with Outlook 2007

My ipod touch has been synching on a Windows XP machine with Outlook 2003 and iTunes 8.2 nicely for a few weeks. Now I need to move to a different computer.
That one had Outlook 2000 this morning. The sync that was intended to move the contacts and calendar information from the ipod touch to this machine failed.
From http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2051 I learned that I can't use Outlook 2000.
So I actually bought Outlook 2007 and used that.
Bummer - no luck!

I did a few experiments.
On another PC syncing works another ipod and the same software Outlook 2007 + ITunes 8.2
On another PC syncing works with my ipod and the same software Outlook 2007 + iTunes 8.2
On my PC using another user's windows account syncing does not work with my iPod and the same software Outlook 2.7 and iTunes 8.2
On my PC syncing does work with Windows Address book
On my PC accessing Outlook via COM via software does work with another application.
So again none of the tipps in

2) Disable third party addins
3) Attempt to sync content in a new Windows user
4) Reinstall the itunes software
helped. The best I can get is a very long sync session that "feels" as
if the synching went on but in the end there is no result at all.
Copying the outlook.pst file from the machine where things worked and trying
to override the ipod's contact content also failed. It looks like there is
some kind of interfacing problem that does not openly lead to an error message
but still makes sure the whole synching procedure fails. Unfortunately I didn't find any clue on how to setup debugging or logging options to better catch what is going on.
At this point I'm out of options and hoping for help via this forum.

I've had this problem for 3 months! Here are things I've tried which didn't work (my Outlook 2003 calendar still won't sync with my iPhone so my iPhone essentially does not have a working calendar)...but they might work for you:
delete everything off the calendar on your iPhone & check the "override your calendar the next time you sync" button & sync
try setting up a new user on your computer and syncing to that (make sure you've unchecked that "override everything on the iPhone at next sync" button) to see if things will move from the iPhone to the computer

You're probably syncing from two sources. Do the contacts show up as duplicated at icloud.com?

Transfer contacts from Google account with "@" to one without

When I set up my mom's Pre, she already had a Google Reader account. That account is "[email protected]". Now, she'd like to use her PC to maintain her contacts. Unfortunately, Google won't let her sign in to Gmail if the username as an "@" sign in it. That precludes us from logging in to the old account to export the names for import into a new account.
I've set up a new Google account, and I've linked it to the phone. I was hoping that would be enough to sync between them. As I'm sure the vets here know, that didn't do it.
Does anyone know an easy way to get the contacts out of the old Google account and into the new one?

Syncing contacts on Lumia 920 with outlook running...

I just purchased the phone and signed in with both my live and outlook accounts and within 5 minutes all my emails, contacts and calendar had been downloaded to phone.
However since then the emails are flowing o/k and if I enter a calendar item in outlook it does sync to phone. However new contacts being entered in outlook are not syncing with the phone and calendar entries made on the phone are not syncing with Outlook.
Suggestions please

Go to contacts on your phone/ipad, click groups, make sure that the only checked contacts are icloud. That shoud do.

Sync games from two accounts

I have 2 accounts (apple ids) an bought different games for both accounts which are also located on different computer.
How do I transfer games from one account to another so i can have both sets of games on the ipod @ once...

You can add iTunes songs to as many iPods as you like and if those iPods are all connecting to the same library then the songs can be used on them all. As you have already pointed out, it's the computer which is authorised to use the songs not the iPod. If the songs play in the library the iPod is connecting to then they will load onto the iPod. iTunes songs can also be copied to and used on up to 5 authorised computers so if he had a computer of his own he could copy his wife's songs to his own computer as long as it was authorised to play songs from his wife's account:

Am running two yahoo mail accounts on my ipad2. Has set up two inboxed and two calendars automatically and without any problem. Nothing originally populated in the contacts book. Have now set this in ipad set up but only given option of syncing 1 accounts contacts. Can you help?

You each need an iCloud account and to sync your iCal calendars with iCloud. Then you can each share a calendar or calendars privately, so only available to the other, who would be able to edit it, or not, depending on your settings. Please see this page:

Syncing contacts from iPhone to Outlook and vice versa

I have the new iPhone and I have set up an account in Outlook and have it sync from my MSN Hotmail account. Everything syncs and looks good with the exception of my contacts. I need to know how to put a contact into my phone and have it sync into my Outlook and vice versa. Currently if I put a contract in my phone it does not go to Outlook and if I put a contact in Outlook it does not go to my iPhone.
Do I have to add a new contact to the MSN hotmail account and then it will sync to my Outlook and then my iPhone? How do I get the contacts to go from my iPhone to my Outlook and then to my Hotmail?
Same issue with Calendars.

The iPhone supports syncing contacts and calendar events with Outlook 2003 or 2007, which is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. Syncing contacts and calendar events direct with Outlook 2003 or 2007 via the iTunes sync process syncs direct with the Outlook address book and calendar - with what is available locally on your computer in the Outlook address book and calendar.

Cannot sync contacts from iPad to pc?

I'm desperately trying to copy my contacts from my iPad to Outlook (2013), since I have lost them all on my pc. But when I connect and go to Info (at least this is what it's called on my Danish version), I can't tick off "Sync Contacts" (nor calendars for that matter). Neither is there a choice on what on my iPad is called Resume.
I hope it makes sense. I really need advice soon - and preferably in a not-too-technical language which this elderly, Danish lady will understand ;-)

You are correct. There is no other way to recover this material, and yes it would have been a good idea to backup the iPhone prior to the restore. Remember that a restore to a previous date deletes everything on the device and puts it back to the state of things on the date you choose. The texts and contacts would be gone. Did you possibly sync the contacts with a supported application on the computer? That is the only other way to recover contacts. They are designed to be synced with a supported application on the computer, or with a cloud service such as iCloud, Google or Yahoo.
