1- laptop
2- desktop (home)
Frequently : I sync iphone with my laptop
My problem : When I want to sync with desktop, Itunes want to erase data & restore with itunes (desktop),
How do I make this 2 location itunes with a single data.

You can't, as this has never been a feature of any iPhone. By design, iPhone syncs or manually manages iTunes content with ONE computer at a time. Any attempt to sync or manually manage iTunes content with a second computer will result in ALL iTunes content being first erased from your phone, to be replaced with the content from the second computer. Pick one computer & stick with that computer.

This is correct. As has been the case from the very first iphone, it will sync with one and only one computer at a time. Syncing to another computer will erase the current content form the iphone and replace with content from the new computer.
The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a storage/backup device. It simply mirrors the selected content of your computer.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

You can only sync to one computer at a time.
Before attempting to sync-are you logged in as the same user as the old iTunes, can you select transfer purchases when right click on iPhone icon?

You should just be able to plug it in to your Mac once you setup your iPhone, iOS 5 has allowed phones to be setup without the need of a computer. You just sign in with your Apple ID and presto. No. If you don't want the photos on your phone any longer, be sure to import them to your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 first. Once imported to your computer you can delete them if you want.

Are the other iPods models, same version as yours. The 2 New FM Tx may need a new iPod software, which you can update via iTunes.

Hi Steve, Thanks for that. When I conect the phone it comes up with iphoto and starts to sync and then when that is finnished the itunes window shows my phone syncing at the top of the screen. The only button that says iphone which is on top right only asks if I want to eject and then disapears when sync finnishes. I can not see any other way of showing a side bar view and i can not access any way of controling the sycn service. It seems to be syncing calander but not my contacts. Have I missed something?
