Sync Log

I've set my Itunes 10.1 to sync one my photo folder
Into this folder there are 158 files .jpg
When i click sync button, itunes work for 1 minute and does'nt show any errors but on my Iphone 4 there are'nt new pic files !
Itunes save a log file to understand what happen ??

Hi,
Based on the provided log, the user should have configured a secondary mailbox in his Exchange Account, this problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
•The secondary mailbox that you are trying to access is added to your Outlook profile so that it appears in the Navigation pane.
•This secondary mailbox contains many folders.
•Your profile is configured in Cached Exchange Mode.
•The default option to Download shared folders is enabled in your profile. (The screen shot for this condition is listed below).
To resolve this problem, use one of the following workarounds.
Method 1: Reduce the number of folders in the Shared mailbox
Method 2: Disable caching of all shared folders
Method 3: Change the configuration of the secondary Exchange mailbox to a second Exchange account in your profile
The easiest method is the second one, we can simply go to File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings -> Double click the account name -> More Settings -> Advanced tab -> Click to clear the "Download shared folders" checkbox
-> OK -> Next -> Finish -> Close -> Restart Outlook.

  • Azure Data Sync Log Take Too Much Time to Load

    Hi,
    I've found that the Azure Sync Log inside the Portal take too much time to load if my sync group was created long time ago. i.e. for those new sync group with only a few logs, it will take around 5 seconds for loading. However, I've many sync group created
    more than 1 year, and it will take me up to 10 minutes for viewing the first page of the logs.
    It seems the Portal will download ALL the logs to my browser even I just want to view the most recent logs (maybe I just want to view the last 10 records, but it will download the whole 5000 pages?)
    It will be great if the Portal only fetch the data of the page I am currently viewing, instead of fetching all the logs.
    Is there any ways to speed up the log loading time?

  • Cannot find Hot Sync Log File

    I recently installed Palm dsktop on my new Vista PC. It synchs very well with my TX via bluetooth, BUT whenever there is a Hot Sync Log Message I get an error message saying that the PC cannot find the Hot Sync Log.  I searched for this file on my PC but it cannot be found anywhere. I am using Mozilla Firefox as my web browser.  Is there a solution to this?

  • Mobile Account Sync Logging?

    Is there a log somewhere that I can check to see what files are synced during a Mobile Account sync session? Something like a sync log file?
    I looked though the WGM'er and didn't find anything.

  • Data Sync logs not showing in Azure Portal

    The Data sync Logs are no longer showing in the Azure Portal.  this started about a month ago.  Please help.   I opened a support ticket with Azure Support and they suggest the Logs Storage may have become full.

    If there is on-premise database in the sync group,  you can use the following methods to check the log.
    • Check the Event Log entries on the box where you installed the SQL Data Sync Agent.
    Event Viewer->Applications and Services Logs->SQL Azure Data Sync Preview or Event Viewer->Applications and Services Logs->Data Sync Service
    • Turning logging in verbose mode. Open LocalAgentHost.exe.config in notepad. This file should be present in your installation directory.

  • MobileMe won't die...traces of it non-stop in Sync log

    Is anyone else seeing this?  Is it a problem that can be stopped?

    I don't know.  I haven't used anything on MobileMe in months.  I did use an iDisk at one time, I used the Gallery, I used all sorts of aspects of MobileMe.  I'm not physically going in and using it in any way right now, but apparently something on my system is still trying to do it anyway.  How would I figure out how to stop it?

  • BPM Sync log

    Hi All,
    I am using XI 3.0 (sp 11), The scenario involves making Sync SOAP call to the client's web service as below,
    Request-
    SAP R/3 (Idoc)-->XI (Idoc mapped to xCBL in SOAP envelope) using BPM sends the information( via the SOAP Receiver Adapter ) making a synchronous call --> to SAP Business Connect (BC) web service address at the client side
    Response -
    SAP BC Sends Technical Acknowledgement (TA) --> XI, using the same synchronous session.
    I can send the request message to the client successfully and it sends the technical ack response back but I can't see the response in XI anywhere. The client suggested to enable the logging to see the response and I enabled couple of runtime logs, particularly loging and tracing, still no luck.
    Any suggestion what logging parameters should I enable to find the ack coming back to the BPM from the web service pls.

    If you want the response to be visible in sxmb_moni, you will have to increase the trace level. An other and better option is to use the BPM monitor.
    1. Make a selection so the BPMs in question is displayed.
    2. In the Workflow log, you can click on the branch the parent level for the send step.
    3. Select the "Available Objects" tab.
    4. Expand the "Process Objects" folder
    You wil find your response object in this list. If you press on the display details button, sxmb_moni will start with only this message selected.

  • Got a new laptop with Windows 7 and installed Sync, logged in, but it won't sync.

    Had this working on 3 different laptops. One was XP. and two Vista. Just replaced the XP machine with a new windows 7 and loaded up Sync. It allows me to log on and everything, but does not work.
    Help

    Did you try a double-click? How about from the start menu? A Reboot?

    I currently have a "small" issue with Sync. Sync works fine (i.e. my device and Outlook synchronise) however the log file doesn't seem to generate or be viewable. (The Sync screen says something like - 7 records updated but if you click view log, the log is empty).
    I've done a search on my PC and there are no .lml files anywhere so I assume this is probably a permissions issue with writing out the log file.
    Does anyone know where the log file should be stored when syncing?

    Just downloaded new version but still have same problem.
    (There goes another 30Mb of mobile data charges ;- )
    I'm fairly sure it's permissions - can anyone tell me where the files are meant to get written to?

  • IPod Sync Log

    My iPod Classic has come up missing. The last I saw it it was connected to my G4. I know it synced because the most recent songs I listened to show up in my recently played playlist. I would like to pinpoint when it was disconnected from the G4. Does anyone know if iTunes creates a log of syncs? I cannot find it nor a tip online.

    You'll need Property List Editor to do this, which is included with Xcode on your Mac OS X disc, or you can get Xcode here: http://developer.apple.com/technology/xcode.html .
    Go to ~/Library/Preferences/ and open com.apple.iPod.plist with Property List Editor. Under Root>Devices, you should see a list of random keys (there might be one, there might be 5, depending on how many iPods you have connected before). Look under each key for a Firmware Version String, which obviously tells you what firmware version the iPod has installed. You use this to identify the iPod so you can see when it was last connected. You could also use the Serial Number property if you have that documented. Once you have found the proper iPod key, you can look at the "Connected" property to see when it was last connected. Of course, it only tells you the day it was connected. It doesn't give you a specific time.
    That's the best advice I can give you for this matter. Hope it helps a little.
