Sync more than one iphone in the same PC

I have sync 3 iphones in my PC with 3 different Apple ID. Now when i try to sync mine, at the begining i can pass my photos to my pc although i can do this, the name of my phone is not present but i see the other phone names. I have make sign in/out of course with the others devices. So correct phone and photos but wrong name...any ideas.

No at that place my name is OK. At the box that appears every time i connect my device to my PC asking me if i want to sync my photos.

Can I sync more than one iPhone to the same computer?
I have one MacBook pro, already have my iPhone synced to it. I want to sync my wife's to it as well so she can share my iTunes library.
    Is this possible?

Create a new user login (with a password) for your stuff.
This way, your data won't get mixed up.

Am I able to sync to iphones to the same computer, but have both phones and information on both stay separate? I do not have a computer at this time and want to sync my phone on my brother's computer for backup purposes. Is this possible?

  • More than one iphone on the same itunes

New to this so bare with me for the more than likely stupid questions.
Can two iphones be synced to the same itunes with no problem?
To do so two different apple id's are needed right?
What are the pros and cons of doing so other than just having one iphone connected?
-Only reason I ask is because the sales person told me to be careful when doing so because otherwise the 2nd phone connected to my itunes will be able to see the pictures I take and my messages? How does that work?
Again bare with me, I'm new to the iphone. (Finally had it with android crashing all the time.)

You do not want to sync two different iPhones to the same iTunes.  The one exception is when you have an old iPhone and you want to sell it and place your existing content on a new iPhone.
Each person should use their own iTunes with their own Apple ID.  That will prevent ownership issues with purchased items like songs and apps, as well as photos that you mentioned.

  • Can you backup more than one iphone to the same icloud account?

My wife and I both have iphones and for simplicity's sake have always used the same itunes account and now with IO5 find that our itunes and icloud accounts are the same.  Before enabling backup for our iphones we wondered if you can backup two different iphones to the same icloud account?  Or will only one of us be able to backup to icloud and the other have to backup locally on our PC?

You can back both up with the same Apple ID (iCloud account). They will be kept as separate and unique backups.

  • Can you have more than one iphone on the same itunes account

My friends wife has just brought an iphone 5 and given his old one to her husband. They both use the same itunes account because they only have one computer. The husband has gone onto the new phone with his sim card started deleting stuff and it is deleting it from the iphone 5. They are on the same icloud account im guessing. Can they have the same itunes login in so they can have the music on both phones but a different icloud login to stop deleting stuff from each others phones?

iCloud, iTunes & Apps Stores can be assigned different AppleID's from the Settings app. I have my phone and my wife's set up this way for the very reasons you are describing. Works well.

  • TS4123 This is not correct solution. I have fresh copy of Windows 7 64 bit and I have the same problem.  Autorun only shows the Bonjour service.  It started when try to sync more than one iphone.

This is not correct solution. I have fresh/new copy of Windows 7 64 bit and I have the same problem.
Autorun only shows the Apple Bonjour service.  It started when try to sync more than one iphone over WiFi. I have two iphones and an iPad. I turned off syncing over WiFi and still has high CPU utilization. One of the CPU's is pegged at 100%.  It is the AppleMobileDeviceService.exe process.

For the record, I then followed the suggestion of MarcDCMB in https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4291206 of just manually restarting the Apple Mobile Device service in Windows services.msc once each time after starting iTunes and the service no longer hogs CPU after that service restart.  Not too painful as a work-around, and apparently an effective one, but clearly not a solution to the problem.  Again, as above, all the other solutions didn't work for me and I have no conflicting software as far as I can tell. So you'd have to say this Apple's problem.
Also FTR, I am still on the 5.2.0.6 version of the Apple Mobile Device Support MSI and I don't know if that is relevant to this work-around working but my sense is that it is NOT relevant.  I'll report back on this thread if I re-upgrade and the problem returns in spite of the service-restart approach.

  • Is there a way to put an item under more than one calendar at the same time?

I use the calendar to keep track of not only my schedule, but my entire family's. For years I had a calendar labeled 'kids.' Now as they're getting older it would be easier to have an individual calendar for each child. Easier for me to track where they are and they could have they're own calendar on their iphone or iphone touch since we all share one cloud account. However, frequently more than one is at the same activity. The calendar program will only allow me to select one calendar to place an event under; as soon as I select another, it deselects the first. Is there a way to place an event under more than one calendar?
(Since I'm still the one driving that needs to know date, time, place, etc type details I don't want them adding it to their own schedule - maybe -  on their devides and synching through cloud)

You can create many calendars. Here's the tip:
Example: you have 1 son and 1 daughter.
    In iCloud ( https://www.icloud.com )
Create 1 calendar called Son ( Choose a color to tell them apart )
Create 1 calendar called Daughter ( Ditto )
    Create 1 calendar called Kids
Since you are the creator, you get to see all calendars combined.
Send invitations to each of them
Son gets Son and Kids calendars
Daughter gets Daughter and Kids calendars
So if there an event for Son, just put in that calendar
If it's for both then enter it in the Kids calendar
    Likewise for daughter.

  • More than one library (on the same computer) open?

In the new iTunes 9 it is possible to access several libraries on my home network from the open iTunes window, which is really cool. I wondered if this means it may now be possible to have access to several libraries on the same computer (or connected drives) at the same time. I use 3 different libraries on my work PC and my mac at home and the process of shutting down iTunes, holding down shift/option, reopening itunes, selecting library is rather cumbersome. Having each of the libraries accessible the same way they are for other libraries on the network would be really useful.
    Is it possible?

I know it's Valentine's Day, but before you get your wife fixed up the first thing you need to do is recover the deleted albums for your own library.  See if the files are elsewhere on your hard drive, or in the Recycle Bin.  When you find them, get them back into your own library.  Now you are ready to help your wife.
As noted above, you can have two libraries in one Windows user account via the Shift-Start approach, but if you both use your libraries regularly, that becomes annoying quickly.  It is better to set her up with her own Windows user account. She can have her own iTunes library there.
Get a copy of your entire iTunes folder to start her off.  She can delete stuff she doesn't want without messing you up.
