Sync multiple Outlook calendars?
Is is possible to create 2 different calendars on my iPod Touch from the 2 different calendars I have in Outlook?
If not, can I make it so that both my Outlook calendars can sync with my one iPod Touch calendar?
On the iTunes menu, when I look at my iPod Touch--> info page, it refers to "Sync calendars with: Outlook" and then offers 2 choices: "All calendars" or "Select calendar". However, the second option is not clickable.
Any help appreciated.
I have exactly the same requirement. If it helps here's my workaround pending a solution:
1. Export the second calendar to Excel
2. Import the Excel file to the first calendar.
This successfully adds the contents of the second calendar to the first. (If you don't want to do this an alternative is to create a third calendar in Outlook to hold the merged contents).

Multiple Outlook Calendars - sync to Torch 9800
Hi there,
I'm posting to see if I can find a way to sync multiple outlook calendars with my blackberry. I work in a medical clinic, and everyone has their own calendars which list patients' appointments (set by the admin on her computer). Everyone else has an iPhone, and I have stubbornly refused to switch (I like my blackberry, and I like the security it gives).
Right now, I have set blackberry desktop software to one-way sync the clinic calendar to mine (only my clinic appointments). If I set more than that, it all merges into one calendar. However, my iPhone-toting-coworkers sync it all, then can select any clinician on their phone, and see that person's calendar. Very handy if you get stuck at the hospital and need to see who has room in their schedule to cover for you.
I'm envious.
Surely, I think to myself, BlackBerry must be capable of this. I mean, it's BlackBerry. Master of all things communication and calendaring! Surely my phone can do that! So if anyone can help me view my colleagues calendars on my BB, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!Hey minumant
You can only sync the top calendar from your E7 whereas the other two could be modified or deleted and the latter can't be modified or deleted.
Feel free to include more topics again in the future.
I hope this answer your question.
Best regards
Carl

Entries made in Sprint BB 8330 will not sync to Outlook Calendar
I just got a Sprint BB 8330 and have set up 2-way sync for Outlook Calendar, Tasks, Memos & Address Book. The 2-way sync works for Tasks, Memos and Address Book except the Outlook Calendar. The Outlook Calendar syncs to the BB but entries made on the BB do not sync back onto the Outlook Calendar. I traded my Sprint Treo which worked perfectly with 2-way syncs on my Dell laptop using XP for this SmartPhone which isn't doing what it is said to do. I have done quit a bit of research on this and found that this problem is happening to a lot of other users. We should file a class action suit against Blackberry since it is a common problem and they seem to being nothing to fix it that I have found but they keep on selling them. Thanks for your help.
Open up your Desktop Manager, then go to Synchronize/Configuration/Configure Sync. In there, you will find that you are only allowing synchronization one way...from your desktop to your BB. You can configure your synchronization from that screen so that it is bi-directional.

Pearl 8110 will not sync with Outlook Calendar
I have a Blackberry Pearl 8110, and I upgraded the Desktop Manager, then it quit syncing with outlook calendar. It does sync with noes, memos, addresses, but no calendar. when the sync is getting to the calendar it says "please wait" then just kicks me out. No error message in the log, nothing. I even retrograded back to 4.7.0.17, but no changed. Here is what else I have:
Blackberry 4.5.0 Core Applications 4.5.0
Blackberry 4.5.0 System Software Properties
Blackberry MDS runtime Properties 4.5.0.20
The calendar is the big thing for me. Any Ideas??
ThanksI just wanted to let you know that I'm having the same problem with my 8120 and it started on the 18th. I spent 3 hours, 39 minutes, and 42 seconds on the phone with BB support yesterday with no luck and we tried every trick they could think of. I'll certainly let you know if I find any information since I too can't live without my calendar.

Sync Multiple Google Calendars Under BIS Calendar Sync?
Hi There.
Anyone know if it is possible to sync all the separate calendars one might have in their Google calendar via the latest BIS update. I've switched on calendar sync but so far I'm only pulling through one calendar from my account where as before (with google sync), I was able to select which calendars I wanted to sync.
Anyone manged this?
Cheers

ITunes v7 no longer syncs with Outlook Calendar
I just updated iTunes from version 6 to version 7. BIG MISTAKE. I can no longer sync my outlook calendar. It does now sync Outlook contacts which did not work with the old version, but now calendar no longer syncs but it did in the old version. My calendar is extremely important and this has really upset me. I am now looking for a way to fix the problem or revert to the older version of iTunes.
I have the same problem. Both my Outlook contacts and calendar would sync with the previous version of iTunes, but after upgrading to v7, the calendars disappeared! I find this very upsetting, as well. There seems to be no support for this on Apple's page. Exporting each appointment individually is not a practical option when your calendar is full. I hope this problem is fixed as soon as possible.

Trying To Sync my Outlook Calendar to my BB Tour
BB Tour (Verizon)

I deleted my Facebook CICAL from service books, so no more FB calendar. I didn’t see an Outlook CICAL in my service book. What does it look like? I went to my Carriers Email setup sight and sent Service books back to my phone and still no Outlook CICAL that I know of. I went to my Calendar Options on my BB and under Calendar there is only a CICAL for my email, FB is gone thank god. Haha! But still no Outlook should there be an outlook CICAL under Calendar in the options? I set up an event in outlook and on my BB so I could see if the sync was done.
What gives?
Did I miss something?
Thanks in advance!
Leethere is no outlook cical
you can keep the facebook cical, wont cause a problem unless it gets stuck as device default
the cical you are going to be wanting to use is any one of your emails... but only 1
first:
open your BB calendar, click menu and options
under the bolded calendars, what to you see? and click on each one and give me the number of entries
example:
device default: 43
email1: 45
email2: 0
facebook: 23
next go to homescreen, options(wrench), advanced options, default services
what is set for CICAL?
in outlook, left side under My Calendars, what are the names of all the calendars and which one(s) are check marked? -
I followed all of these instructions, but still iCloud Calendar will not sync to Outlook Calendar. Calendar entries will sync from Outlook to iCloud, but not vice versa. What do I do now?.
When syncing Contacts or Calendars between an iPhone, iPad, or an iPod touch and Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, or Outlook 2010, changes that you synced to your computer may not appear in Outlook even after the sync has been completed.Try this article to see if it works for you

When syncing multiple Google calendars to iPad, switching event to different Google sub-calendar using iPad creates a duplicate in Google.
Using Google account with the Exchange setup on an iPad mini. iOS up to date. I have a secondary calendar in my Google account for some appointments, and when I create the event on the iPad and it defaults to my main Google calendar, changing the event to the secondary calendar caused the following:
1) at first, the event totally disappeared from my iPad. Scary! Reappeared when I went into Gcal on the web, opened the event to edit, and re-saved. Phew.
2) Failing to re-create error #1, I switched a new event from primary to secondary calendar, and it then appears correct on iPad, but is duplicated on the web. The duplicate remains even after deleting the changed event on iPad, refreshing Gcal, etc.
Just curious if anyone else is having this problem or has discovered a workaround or fix. When you open the Calendar app, tap the button at the top-left corner (Calendars). That should reveal all the calendars you have available, and you can select/ un-select any or all of them.
If you don't see your 2nd GMail calendar listed, go into Settings/ Mail/ (account name) and make sure you've turned the calendar ON for this account. -
Itune sync with outlook calendar
everytime itune sync with outlook calendar,
a calendar folder under Outlook calendar is created.
iphone only sync with the newly created blank folder
therefore, nothing.Answer Jbieber16:
Normally, when I sync my HTC (Pocket PC) with my notebook, I just plug USB cord to HTC (micro USB head) and notebook (regular USB head). Microsoft Mobile Device Center will automatically start and then sync data between HTC and notebook (sync Microsoft Outlook data, musics, photo, and Microsoft Office files in designated folder).
When sync completed, Microsoft Outlook's contacts, calendar, notes, emails as well as musics, photo, and Microsoft Office files in HTC and Notebook will be identical and updated.
Without USB cord, it can be synced via Bluetooth (cordless).
Note: I posted this question because some of my friends using iPhone told me that "data of Microsoft Outlook will partially sync to iPhone via iTune, not all data". So I check before sync Microsoft Outlook data with my new iPad2. -
Synchronizing multiple outlook calendars to Iphone 3G
I need to synchronise multiple outlook calendars to an Iphone 3G. When I look in iTunes I can only choose synchronise all calendars and the option select calendars is not available. It's on a Windows 7 64-bits laptop with Office 2010 installed. It worked on a windows 7 32-bits laptop with Office 2010 (or that's what the person is saying). Has anyone a solution for my problem? Thanks in advance.

Need to sync my outlook calendar to my phone and back to my computer.
I need to be able to put appts in my phone and sync to my outlook on my computer and vise versa. Please help !
Great feedback and suggestion ascii!
And thanks for posting Scooby4u2!
The calendar on your DROID BIONIC can sync with integrated email accounts setup on your device. For example, if you have a Google account setup on your BIONIC, you can enable the calendar sync in the "My Accounts" or "Settings/Accounts" screen. For Outlook calendar syncing, this would depend on what email accounts you have linked to the Outlook program on your computer. You may be able to sync that email accounts calendar events to your device. Another option you have would be to purchase or download one of the 3rd party applications suggested by ascii to sync your Outlook calendar events. Those applications are supported by the developers of those specific applications.

Wireless Sync my Outlook Calendar
I ended up updating my Blackberry Bold last night and it changed a lot of the features on my phone, I honestly love the new look and I am happy I upgraded the device however now I cannot sync my outlook calendar no matter what I try to do and it tells me I need to turn off the wireless sync and gives me directions to do so however none of those options are availible anymore...
Does anyone know how I can sync my Outlook Calendar Wirelessly? Or better yet any info on how I can turn it off so I can sync my calendar the regular way with the usb?Hi StewartJoseph and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
This sounds like you have to change your default Calendar option in your BlackBerry. You can do so, in BlackBerry 6, under Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Default Services. You may have one of your email accounts set to the default, which likely has wireless synchronization enabled. Change the default calendar to another option then try synchronizing with Outlook again.
On your second question, no, the BlackBerry cannot synchronize wirelessly with Microsoft Outlook unless you are configured on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES).
I hope this helps!

Every since i updated my phone two weeks ago. I have not been able to sync my outlook calendar to my phone. I have to manualy input my calendar any ideals on how to fix this.
Well what I did when I upgraded from my Blackberry Storm was I had the Verizon store people transfer my contacts from Storm to X and then I updated all my contacts via the computer on GMail Contacts page. Secondly I downloaded a program called "Google Calendar Sync" which you can find here:
http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=89955
If you only do a one time sync you can delete the program after you transfer everything into Google Calendar then use it from there because Google Calendar and the Calendar on your X auto-syn.c Otherwise leave the program running on your computer and you can have it auto-sync between outlook and Google every two hours or whatever time you choose. -
Why is everything so difficult since 'upgrading' to Maverick. I can't sync my Outlook calendar (default) with iCal or my iPad.
Also, I can't send pictures via Dropbox any more. Two basic necessities that I just can't get to work.Microsoft didn't update Outlook to be Mavericks ready.
I don't really use Dropbox, but if their software doesn't work like it used to, they didn't update it for Mavericks.
