i have a new compuer and i want to take all my stuff off my phone and put it on to my nre computer but as my old one broke and i did not have it back up i do know how to get it off my phone with out loseing anything i have tryed lots of things can anyone help plz

Sync is one way, computer to phone.
The only exception is iTunes purchases.
With the device connected, do not sync, select File > Transfer purchases.

I assume you mean your itunes library ( music.etc) as your account is only a username and password.

It will ask you if you want to set it up as a new iPhone or backup from an old iPhone. If you backup from the old iPhone you **might** loose the apps/data that you have downloaded from the point on that you got the new iPhone. You can always redownload the apps from the store.
