Sync N96 with Windows Live Calender

Hello.
Is it posible to sync your mobile calender with Windows Live Calender like you can do with OVI?
I have searched for it but I havent found anything. So I guess its not possible.

Just to clarify, how did you synchronize your Windows Live Contacts with your BlackBerry?
Windows Live is not a supported organizer to sync with using the Blackberry Desktop Software. This is why its not appearing as an option when you're setting up synchronization. http://bbry.lv/lZWDzG

ICal with Windows Live Calender

Hopefully a simple question, is it possible to sync a WIndows Live Calender to iCal?

If you are using iChat it will not chat with MSN (or similar) buddies without some work

Sync Calendar with Windows Live Mail from Windows 7 Starter

I want to sync my BB with my netbook. I have succeeded syncing with Windows Live Mail Contacts but not with Calendar. The only possibility offered by the desktop software is ASCII. How do I sync with the Calendar?

Iphone 3GS - windows 7 - syncing problems with windows live mail

I brought a new iphone 3gs last week and tried to sync it with my new dell PC running windows 7 (with windows live mail).
It wouldnt sync, so I read the forums and reset the sync history through itunes.
This worked, and synced my iphone to the computer. It appears to have backed up all my contacts on the iphone to somewhere on the PC (cant find where) but it hasnt copied the contacts from windows live mail to the iphone
Have I confused anyone??

have you tried using imap instead?
if you can access your email from the web page then sounds more like a problem with windows live mail and not your BT account

Syncing email with Windows Live

I just got a Q10 a few days ago, replacing a 9860 that reached its end after a swim in the toilet. I have two email accounts set up on my phone, one with Shaw and the other with Windows Live ( @live.ca ). My Shaw account is fine and I have no issues at all. With my Live account though, any emails that I send from my PC will show up as sent on my phone and any new emails that I receive and delete off my phone also get deleted before they reach my PC (provided that my PC email is closed of course). I would like to change this, my 9860 would only show me email traffic received and produced from my phone, nothing from my PC which keeps clutter down considerably, and when I deleted messages it would ask me if I wanted to delete from handset or network. It's important that I get all emails on my PC of course. Any thoughts?

All of those features on your 9860 were provided by BIS...BIS does not exist for BB10. Instead, the on-device email client is a full client. At present, it has no "delete on" settings, nor any ability to do other than fully replicate between the server and the device -- whatever you do on one will fully reflect on the other. That is how it presently functions, and we are all hoping for improved functionality as new OS revisions come out.

How do I Sync Contacts with Windows Live and Exchange on same phone?

Hello,
We use Exchange 2007 at the office for our corporate email. I also use Windows Live for personal email. Everything works great from the iPhone. I'm able to get both Exchange email and Live email via "push" on my iPhone.
My question surrounds how to sync my Windows Live contacts to my iPhone. Can anyone guide me in getting this achieved? Right now, the only contacts getting synched are those in Exchange. Note that we use IMAP and not POP3 for Exchange. Not sure that it makes a difference.

To achieve this, you need to export your Windows Live address list to an XML file.
Go to people.live.com, select Manage followed by Export. In iTunes, you can then select to sync the XML file.

Why doesn't iphone 4.3.5 contacts sync fully with windows live mail?

1) It sounds like you have been using itunes match, which is a different service than icloud. Is this true?
2) Without using icloud to sync data, you must manually connect a device to iTunes.

Contacts Sync with Windows Live Mail 2011

I'm using Windows 7 with the Windows Live Mail 2011 desktop application for email and contacts. Is it possible to sync the contacts in my Windows Live Mail 2011 application with my iPhone (iOS v4) using iTunes?
In Windows Vista, I used Windows Mail which stored contacts data in the Contacts folder within my profile (c:\users\username\contacts). These contacts did sync with my iPhone without any problems. Windows 7 doesn't have an email application built-in so, I'm using Windows Live Mail 2011. Windows Live Mail 2011 doesn't store contacts in the Contacts folder within my profile though. Is there anyway to sync my iPhone with my Windows Live Mail 2011 contacts?

To sync contacts with your computer, choose Sync Contacts on your Windows-based PC, or Sync Contacts with Address Book on your Mac.
You can sync your contacts with:
* Microsoft Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook 2007 (Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7)
* Windows Address Book (Windows XP and Windows Vista)
* Address Book (Mac OS X v10.4.11 or later)
* Microsoft Entourage 2004 or Microsoft Entourage 2008
So it looks like the answer is no, you can't sync your contacts with Windows Live Mail 2011.

N8 Sync with Windows Live!!!

Hi All,
Any idea if N8 can be synced with Windows Live or not yet?? It really s***s that I am not able to sync with Windows live still after such a long time.
Is Nokia going to wake up ever??

One solution is to use Microsoft Outlook.
You can synchronize Windows Live Calendar with Outlook using Outlook Connector. You can get it here:

Ovi Can then sync the Outlook Calendar with your phone. This should serve your purpose.

Syncing with Windows Live instead of Outlook?

I use Windows 7, which uses Windows Live for it's email and calendar & contact programs. I like it better than Outlook. When is Apple going to allow syncing with Windows Live? Right now you have 1 option only. Outlook.

Contacts Sync with Windows Live Mail from Windows 7

I have BB Desktop Manager 5.0.1 and I am un able to syncronize my Contacts with Windows Live Mail from Windows 7. The only options the Desktop Manager offers are: Outlook Express, Importad./Exportad. ASCII adn Yahoo.
What can I do?

Can't figure out syncing contacts with Windows 7 mail

I've only been using Windows 7 for about a month and can't figure out why the contacts from my iPhone won't sync to the Windows Live mail of Windows 7. I want my phone contacts to override my mail contacts, not the other way around.
In the INFO tab of the iPhone sync section I have the box checked to sync contacts. It gives me three choices: Google Contacts, Yahoo Contacts, Windows Contacts. I have Windows Contacts selected.
If anyone can help me sync my phone contacts down to the Windows mail contacts it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for trying to help but unfortunately I'm even more lost. I followed those instructions but to no avail. I can't begin to figure out why a simple thing like syncing my iPhone contacts down to Windows Live mail is such a big ordeal.
There are a ton of my contacts showing up in the contact list of my mail but it's not even close to being the most updated list. I honestly don't know where Windows Live got them from but there's just a whole weird mix of people, many of which aren't even my contacts but just email addresses of strangers that I may have dealt with one time in the past. The whole **** thing is a mess and I don't know where to go from here.
