Sync pictures to iphone???

When I sync my picture folders to iphone, they come out distorted.....Do I need to resize the pictures or something???

Only if a backup of the iPhone with all that data on it exists. If one does, restore the iPhone using that backup.

im pretty sure iphoto is for importing. icloud is for photo stream.

IPhoto sync's only some pictures from iPhone

I'm using iPhoto 9.6 and a iPhone 6 with 8.1.
I have about 600 pictures on my iPhone and 0 in my iPhoto library. When I connect the iPhone to the MAC, iPhoto only allows me to import 95 of the pictures.
How can I import all 600 pictures from the iPhone to iPhoto?

Have the missing photos been taken on the iPhone or have they been synced to the iPhone? If they have been synced to to iPhone using iTunes, you cannot download them using USB. Mail them to your Mac or share them to a Photo Stream. You can only download photos using a USB connection that are in the Camera Roll.

I have on my windows PC Albums containing Pictures. I sync them to iPhone & iPad through iTunes. Whenever I add fresh Pictures to albums and sync them. First all are deleted and then synced fresh. Can I sync only added Pictures to albums only?

Can't sync edited pictures to iPhone.

I can't sync pictures from iPhoto that have been edited w/ iPhone 3G. Anyone else have this problem? They won't sync to my iPod Nano 2G either.

I did that when I initially loaded the CD. When I checked just now the files showed that they were "music" so I changed the setting to audiobook, clicked ok. Went back to check and it is showing as "music". I had this problem long ago and thought apple fixed it. Is this a software problem?

Sync or copy pictures from Iphone to PC

Hi,
I copied pictures from PC to iphone 3g. PC was running Vista Enterprise when they were copied.
For some compatiblity reasons, not related to the Iphone3g,I had to downgrade to Win XP Professional.
I am now able to sync pictures taken with iphone camera, but not the pictures I copied. Copied picturesare in Photos folder in the iphone 3g.
Is there a way to make the iphone3g show in XP as a drive?

Is there a way to sync apps and pictures between iphone and ipad.

I am going back to work in a few weeks and I am looking for a way to sync the iPad/iPhone so that I have quick saccess to see my son and keep track of his baby app that I use. Plus I want to be able to have easy access to any photos takne with the ipad so I can see them immediatly with the iphone. (if any of that made sense)

i don't know if it's the computer or the phone, but when i sync my iphone to my computer it says " the iphone cannot be synced, an unknown error occured (-69)

One thing that might help out.
On your desktop create a new folder.
Call it iphone or something.
Open itunes and connect the iphone.
When the iphone shows up in itunes, go to the photos tab.
Set the iphone to sync photos from a specific folder and choose the new empty folder you created.
Now apply the changes.
This will erase any photos synced with the iphone and clear out anything that might be corrupting the photos.
Now add a couple of photos to the new folder and sync the iphone again.

I'm making photo's of cars for a company and we got a server running locally. I make photo's with my iPhone and i used to use dropbox for auto syncing pictures with the dropbox cloud and access from my pc.
Since dropbox is too slow and we got a server running with big amounts of storage i want my iPhone to sync with my server instead of my dropbox. i already got a shared folder and a network drive for this.

How to get pictures from iphone 4s to iphoto?

I am unable to get the pictures from my new iPhone 4s transfered to iPhoto on my iMac (version 10.5.8).
It does sync via iCloud to my iPad, but it will not transfer pictures to iPhoto when connecting the phone to my iMac. The phone doesn't appear on iPhoto... I don't have iCloud on my older iMac. It is not very impressive if you must have iCloud to be able to get pictures from iPhone 4s to iPhoto!
Any ideas?

As I understand, you would like to know how to create photo albums on your iPhone? This is possible only by first moving your photos onto your Mac or PC.
On the Mac use iPhoto to sort your pictures into albums then sync them back onto the phone via iTunes.
On the PC sort your photos using folders or software like Adobe Photoshop Elements then sync them back onto the phone via iTunes.

Aperture 3.5 issue syncing to iPad & iPhone vs. Apple TV

Hi. Longtime user of Aperture, since v 1.5, and iOS, since the very first iPhone. I'm currently on the latest versions of all software, for Aperture, Mavericks, iOS and AppleTV.
I have several hundred projects and several hundred smart albums in my Aperture library, and I've always enjoyed being abe to display my photography by syncing to my iPhone, my iPad and AppleTV. I have never found the iPhone and iPad syncing to work to my satisfaction, but ultimately I've been able to get it to pretty much work. I'm now struggling with an issue that I cannot resolve.
Everything syncs fine with Apple TV.
However, when syncing via iTunes to both my iPhone 5 and my iPad 2, I get all sorts of issues - in that many pictures simply don't sync. For instance, I have a smart album called "Favorites - People" - but only 125 of 162 pictures in the Aperture smart album appears in the iPad album. For my "Favorites - Great Outdoors" smart album, only 42 of 53 appear in the iPad. I'm having these kinds of problems in many, many of my smart albums.
I've done the following to try to resolve the problem:
-rebuild Aperture library
-repair Aperture library
-update all Previews
-delete iPod Photo Cache
-completely restore iPad and iPhone to factory settings and start again.
No luck. Any suggestions?

Don't have any solutions to offer, but I sympathize, because I have had that occur in the past. A few images simply refused to sync from Smart Albums, for reasons which completely eluded me. Very frustrating!
The problem seemed to have resolved itself, but I always suspected the problem was mainly with the system-wide media browser (whatever it's called).

When I try to sync pictures.....

So, I'm following all the steps to sync pictures to my iPhone. I click photos tab in iTunes on my device, select the folder I want the pictures to come from. But when I click apply, a dialog box appears asking "do you really want to remove 32 apps from your iPhone?". Huh? Why would one action have anything to do with the other? Why would adding pictures have any impact on what apps are on my phone?

If all of the iTunes content on your phone is in your iTunes library, and you are signed into the same iTunes account both on your computer & on your phone(Settings>Store) and this is the identical computer you've synced with before, it should not happen. However, if it does, just sync the content back to your phone.
Are you positive the hard drive on this computer has not been replaced? Reformatted? These things will trigger that message as well.
