I have Iphone, an Imac and a PC (xp) at work with open softwears only.
I sync without any pb my Ical (on my Imac) and my iphone's calendar.
I wish to sync my work's calendar too on my iphone. How can i do ?
My work calendar should show only pro entries and I want to avoid Google calendar.

Go to iCal and under preferences click on Accounts.
Add work email and it will pop up
Relabel sub calendars you've created and only sync the ones you want to your phone (in Itunes under info tab)
Can create different sub groups in contacts as well if you have multiple phones and want different contacts on each...again select the subgroups you want to sync on each phone.

Hi, is it possible to sync two different calendars on my iPhone? Currently I`m syncing my work calendar in Microsoft Outook via Exchange over the air. I`d like to see in my iPhone also our family calendar we have in Mobile Me (mostly our kids schedule, you know that :-). Is it possible or it will overwrite my work calendar? Thanks. P.S. If your iPhone is set to Push, it will receive changes from the MobileMe cloud as soon as they occur. If set to Fetch, it will get the changes when that iPhone app (Calendar, for example) is opened.
On your computer, if your MobileMe sync is set to Automatically, then it will sync with the cloud whenever a change is made.
I have my devices set up as Push on the iPhone and syncing automatically on my Mac. If I make a change to a contact or add/delete a calendar entry on my Mac, it immediately syncs it to the MobileMe cloud, and the cloud pushes the change to the iPhone. The same is true in reverse...if I add a calendar entry on my iPhone, within moments it is synced up to the cloud and back down again to my mac.

Hi,
you don't need MobileMe or anything fancy. I personally sync my Outlook calendar and my Outlook address book with three computers (two at the office and one at home)and besides I run Office 2003 on one, Office 2007 on the other and Office 2010 on the third, so it can't get more complicated than that, but it works 100%.
First sync Outlook with iTunes on one computer, having done that when you try to sync it to another machine, iTunes will recognize that it is synced with another computer and ask you if you want to merge the data, say yes, That's all there is to it.
It does not work for music as you rightly say but as far as Calendars and Contacts are concerned it's flawless and transparent.

Hi - thanks lots for your comment. I suppose you have lots of experience with it so I dare to describe my setup and desired results and I'd very much appreciate your advice.
- I could sync data (mail, calendar) from two different Exchange servers.
- One of them imposes an incredibly absurd restriction on my phone - pushing a policy which requires 8 char complex password to be changed every 90 days with screen lock set to max 15 minutes. This basically renders the phone unusable in daily life.
I was now thinking of having one old iPhone syncing against both servers but acting as an intermediate device: It would merge the two calendars and then sync the new content to the other server from where I could fetch it with my "real" phone. So this scenario does not work, all too bad...
Would you have any other suggestions how to achive this ? I don't want to involve 3rd party services, e.g. Google...

The easiest would be by subject, and for that you would need to create folders for each subject and then sync those folders to the phone.
The arrangement of photos on the phone has always been an issue, and I believe they are sorted by date taken when synced back from iTunes.

The calendar is still on my phone (even though the email account is on my phone but doesn't work) Is there a way to copy my calendar to a different email address on my iphone? I have now set the default email account for the calendar to a current email address but I still can't figure out how to merge my iphone calendars, copy the iphone calendar to iCal, or save my iphone calendar to my mac. Also, I read in ITunes to check "sync to ICal" but my ITunes under my iphone and info just says "Sync Calendars" which doesn't transfer it to iCal when I sync my phone.

Apple told developers they were removing that service over two years ago. The developers that depended upon it should have done something about it.
Why did they remove it? My guess is because it was pretty crappy, was difficult to maintain, and wasn't a good solution for multiple devices that could get the info without tethering to a "base" Mac.

This has nothing to do with the Find my iPhone app being installed on the phone, but you do have to have Find my iPhone activated in the iCloud settings on the phone.

How can I sync two calendars with Outlook?

My iPhone is set to Spanish and so it uses a calendar automatically named "Calendario." All my data is on there.
I would like to add the US holidays to my calendar.
When I tried to do this on Outlook, it added the holidays to its own default calendar called "Calendar" (which is otherwise empty). Nothing was added to "Calendario." There was no obvious way to bypass "Calendar" in favor of "Calendario" when adding the holidays.
So I have two calendars, one with all my data, the other with just the holidays. The two sets can merge (overlay) just fine on Outlook, but I can't figure out whether this is possible on the iPhone. It seems I can only set one default calendar on the device. It would be helpful to just be able to delete "Calendar" altogether, but Outlook doesn't let me do this.
Is there a way to merge these two calendars so I can see them together on my iPhone, or to delete "Calendar" and just put all the holidays on "Calendario"? Thanks.

I think (and I'll double check) only the BBLink events will sync on a wired USB sync. I'm fairly certain of that.
You'll need to use your calendar syncing via an EAS email account (outlook.com, for instance, is free) to sync wirelessly. It works great. I use it and was a former tied to the USB sync guy as well... and I thought I was gonna die a painful death without it. I found more freedom this way.

How to Sync two calendars in iCal

OK, here is my problem. I can access two calendars with iCal (one is on Google Calendar and the other one is on a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server) how can I synchronize them the best? I want to keep both in their original place, but I also want things to show up in both.

It seems to me that you have correctly determined that it makes sense to only publish an identical calendar from one of the computers.
After appropriately backing up your calendars, you might want to consider Resetting .Mac Sync. It appears as if both of your computers are using 10.4.6, but just in case..."If you sync between computers with different versions of Mac OS X, try to reset the sync data from the computer with Mac OS X 10.4, if possible."
Make sure that "Synchronize my calendars with other computers using .Mac is checked in the General Preference of the iMac.

That is not possible, iTunes will give you the option to replace calendars on the iPhone with calendars from the PC or merge them.

The best way to do this would be syncing the work calendar to the home computer without using the iPhone.
