Synced mp3 not working on ipad

Question

I'm trying to sync my music on iPad Air for a longer time, but it doesn't work preperly. I removed all my music from iPad already 3 times and synced again, but nothing. Whenever I check "Convert higher bit rate songs to 192 kbps AAC, there is always some difficulty. I'm getting tired of Apple, they should already fix it. The most of my songs are 320 kbps and if I don't convert them to 192 kbps or less, they won't fit in. Anyone have the same problem? I have iPod nano and I'm converting all songs there to 128 kbps and it's working normaly, why am I struggling with my iPad then?
