I had notes on my ipad that are gone and I can't find on my mac where they are stored - Need help

Try this...
Tap Settings > iCloud
Switch Notes off then back on.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync the data.

Events in Calendar not scheduled to repeat are gone!

Today I opened up my Palm Desktop calendar on my PC and recent events that I scheduled but were not scheduled to repeat are gone! I made sure that “category” was set to “All” and it was. I did find that events about 2 months ago that were not scheduled to repeat are there but nothing after then up until now or one time events in the future. I installed the Palm desktop 4.1.4 software on my computer when I started using my Lifedrive a few years ago. However, my Lifedrive broke a year ago but I still use the Palm Calendar on my PC to set my schedule. In other words I do not synch anything with the Palm software. I always “save all” before closing out of the Palm software. I have read very similar problems online by others in similar posts but every suggested remedy advises to try something involving synching to the device the Palm software is used with. I know that there should be archived data on my PC that may still contain the data that somehow disappeared. I am not sure though exactly what file/files to open or look at.
Did the recent date change to Feb 1, 2009 mess something up? Like I said, from the online searches I have done I have seen several posts stating things similar to “My present/future one-time events are gone but ones from months ago are still there”. This leads me to believe it is nothing I did because I honestly can’t think of anything that caused this.

If the Data is intact on the device then change the Hotsync conduit to Handheld overwrites desktop then sync. Otherwise you will need to bowse to the file location on the PC. C:/Program Files/Palm or Palmone. Make sure the Palm Desktop is closed. There you should see a Folder with a name based on your hotsync username. Inside that folder you should see a Datebook folder. In side the Datebook folder you should see a Datebook.dat file (DAT file) and a Datebook.bak file. Right click and rename the DAT file to Datebook.old and the .bak file to Datebook.dat. Then open the Palm Desktop and see if the data has been restored. If it has then change the Hotsync conduits to desktop overwrites handheld and sync.

After you restore from backup, you MUST sync to restore your iTunes content. No iTunes content is included in the iPhone backup. Your apps should be in your iTunes library, just sync them back to your phone. If for some reason your apps are not in your library, you can re-download them for free:

Synch not consistent with ipad and Exchange 2010

I am a member of the Apple Consultants Network. I got a call from a Cleveland based organization about synching issues.
This is not my expertise but I wonder if something simple is being overlooked.
This is what I know...

Our Executive Director has an iPad 3 (iOS 6.1.2/3) and an Android Razr Max (4.1.2) that are experiencing the following issues (for quite some time):
Some calendar items not syncing properly on both Outlook and iPad. An external organizer will delete an appointment but the appointment does not update. If appointment is deleted in Outlook the iPad does not reflect the change or vice-versa. Not all her Contacts are displayed. Some Delete items are not syncing properly
Our Exchange server is 2010 with service Pack 3. We have an UC SAN SSL that we installed that containsmpo.noaca.org<http://mpo.noaca.org> (MX) and owa.noaca.org<http://owa.noaca.org> (EAS/autodiscover).
I am npt the person to try to fix this other than to suggest something already not done and someone they would like to hire to fix the situation.

You can subscribe an edge server in a site to multiple HUB servers if it is(Exchange 2007/2010) and CAS & Mailbox Combined together if it is Exchange 2013 servers.
You can subscribe a 2007/2010 edge to 2013 Exchange CAS & HUB combined servers. This can be done vice versa as well.
You can import the Edge Subscription file and run EdgeSync on a standalone Exchange 2013 Mailbox server, or on a server where the Mailbox server and the Client Access server are installed on the same computer.
Note : You can't import the Edge Subscription file or run EdgeSync only on a standalone Exchange 2013 Client Access server.
Your configuration seems to be fine
For the telnet error things you can check
Disable windows firewall on 2013MX1 if it is enabled.
Also disable any antispam if you have enabled on 2013mx1 and see the results.
Also check if port 25 inbound/outbound is open to 2013MX1 on server EDGETMG01 on TMG as well as windows firewall if you have it enabled

My pictures in IPad are gone

After I have upgrade my IOS in my IPAD (1) ,even I made backup in my computer, my pictures are gone. How can I retrieve them ?

When and how did this happen? What were you doing, when you first noticed, that your photos are missing? Were you installing or upgrading software? Running maintainance scripts, cleaner applications? Importing new photos? Or did iPhoto crash all of a sudden? Has the size of your photo library changed? Is iPhoto the only program that is having trouble?
Does your iPhoto Library still contain your photos? Quit iPhoto, select the iPhoto Libary in the Finder (by default it is in your "Pictures" folder), ctrl-click the library and select "Show package contents" from the pop-up menu. In the Finder window that opens, look for folders named "Masters","Previews, "Originals", "Modified". Do you see any image files inside the subfolders of these folders?
If your photos are still inside your photo library, then try to repair rebuild the library. Check, if you have a backup of your iphoto library, before you rebuild; if not, make first a backup.
Then launch the library first aid panel by firmly pressing and holding the ⌥⌘-keys, while double clicking the iPhoto icon . Hold the keys down, until you see the panel. Then select "Rebuild database" from the panel.

TS4083 Notes on my iPad are not showing on my Mac

Notes written in the NOTES app on my iPad are not transferring to my Mac via iCloud, All other info ie; Calendar, Mail, Photos, even my iA Writer, do so without any problem. I have checked that Notes is using the same address, settings in iCloud are allowing the apps to communicate and software on al devices is up to date. Just cant see what is NOT happening. Please help if you can.

On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud. Deselect Notes then reselect it.

My patterns in Pattern Fill just disappeared. Not all, but alot are gone. Is there a limit? Can I get them back?

I have no idea why they disappeared. I didn't have a crash. The latest patterns from the last 2-3 months are gone now. I use this alot. How can I prevent? Might they be on my backup time machine?

If you have deleted notes from the iCloud account, you can't recover them, unless you also had them on your computer and maintained a back up.

Tbird was synching Notes from my Ipad but has stopped. Any one know how to restart this?

The notes showed up as a mail folder. I loved this and inadvertently dumped some of my notes yesterday while getting a new Iphone. Old Notes are still in thunderbird, fortunately, but i have lost the recent ones and would really like to have them.

These notes (and i really have no idea what you talking about. I have Zero apple experience so lead me along where I need it) appeared as a mail folder. Is this a mail folder in an IMAP mail account, such as Yahoo messenger messages show as a folder in Yahoo mail? If that is the case, it will have nothing to do with your iphone as such and everything to do with your IMAP server and the subscription and synchronisation settings.
What mail provider? Was it a mail folder in an IMAP account?

"There is an option on the iPhone under Mail, Contacts, Calendar that says Sync... it's towards the bottom and I believe it is set by default to sync only events going back 2 weeks... this being due to space requirements you don't want really want years upon years of events taking up music space especially on a smaller iPhone. You do have the option of changing it to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or all events based on your needs."
I set it to sync all events and my events came back on my iphone. Still waiting to see if they come back on my ipad. Fingers crossed. Hope it works for you.
(P.S. It's still a little weird that this happened suddenly. My events have always been there on the iphone for me to see and suddenly the settings have changed to only show me events in the past month? Confusing...)

Check the iPhoto trash - if they are there select them and right click and restore to library
If they are not there then they are gone
You really should take the time to learn how to use iPhoto - photos exist only in one place - in your events - albums, keepsakes, etc are just pointers to the actual photos in the event - deleting from an album does just that - deletes from the album - deleting from an event removes the photo and therefore all albums, keepsakes, etc
watch the videos as a starter - iPhoto help menu ==> iPhoto help and watch the video
also more details (for a previous version so some menu items are in different places but the concept is the same) - and it would be a worthwhile investment of time to take the iphoto tutorials - http://www.apple.com/findouthow/photos/ - they are very helpful and will save you a lot of time and frustration.

Have you failed to use the device as designed?
If using the iPhone as designed, contacts are synced with a supported application on the computer or a cloud service. Pictures taken with the device would be copied off to the computer on a regular basis.
If you have been using the device as designed, simply sync the content back.
If you have not been using the device as designed, you can try restoring from the most recent backup. However, if that does not restore them, they are gone.
