Synchronisation ipad with itunes lasts very long time
It takes very long time (> 1 hour) to "finish synch" my Ipod with itunes.
Can somebody help?
I am having the exact same problem. I am using Pages '09 on my Mac. When I emailed myself a Pages file and attempted to open it on my iPad 2 (running iOS 5 beta), it switched over to the Pages app and then the white bar stopped at around what looked to be 3-4% complete.
I tried uploading to Dropbox first, then importing to Pages from there, but I get the exact same result. Please help.

There are several items that could cause these slow down problems. Without knowing more about the way your environment is setup, I could cause more problems, by giving out performance tips. You would need to be more specific in your post.

Ipad2: with iOS7 it's quite impossible to type with virtual keyboard (very long time before screening letters).
I have found a workaround in this bug report.
Make a script in /usr/lib/systemd/system-sleep/keyboard.sh

Do not forget to make it executable:

IPad battery taking a very long time (2 days) to charge
The battery on my iPad 3 has started taking a very long time to charge. If I leave it plugged in overnight (about 8-10 hours) it will gain about 20-30%. It takes about 2 full days to charge fully. I am using the supplied 12W adapter plugged into the wall and I've tried charging it while the iPad is turned off in case something was running and draining the battery but it didn't make much difference.
I assume the battery has just got to a point where it's getting old (although it still lasts a reasonable amount of time once it is charged) but is there anything I can do (short of getting the battery replaced) to help improve the charging time.I am having the exact same problem. i have an old ipod touch that i have not used in a very long time, and im having trouble gettign it to turn on. ive had it on a charger for over an hour now and still nothing hs changed. i just updated my itunes to the current version they haev so i know its not an itunes problem its rather a problem with the old ipod touch itself. im leaving for deployment soon and im trying to get this fixed without having to send it in. If anyone has any ideas on how to get this thing turned on it would be greatly appreciated.
Well, two thoughts.
The battery has completely discharged and will take overnight to recharge, so don't expect much in an hour.
The battery has deep discharged and is now dead. It will never recharge and should be replaced.

After upgrading to iOS 5, my iPhone 4 takes a very long time to open digitally signed emails. I've tried with the SMIME settings enabled, but that doesn't help either. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
I suspect you may have a corrupt photo or image that is causing the sync to fail or quit. You might want to try removing all of your photos by deselecting them in iTunes then sync - and try adding them by each sub-folders until you are able to nail down which sub-folder of photos, that causes the sync to stop or gives you errors.

I just got an iPhone 5 32GB and i have backed up my old 3GS 32GB via itunes (20GB of data on there) and it is taking a very long time to restore to my iPhone5. Its taken more than 20 hours and didnt complete.
The text "Time remaining ... hours" flickers.
I set it to start restoring from the 3GS backup yesterday at 1pm and the time remaining kept on increasing. I left it overnight and at 9am this morning the progress bar hadnt moved and it said 12 hours remaining.
I don't know why its taking so long. I unplugged it and it just set up as new phone. So i did a factory reset and tried again at 4pm and it is now 12am and it says 4 hours remaining and my computer occasionally flickers. (Its not a bad computer, 2 months old, i7, 6GB RAM, Heaps of HDD space). It also messes with google chrome and i cannot browse the web at all while it is trying to restore my iphone.
I have tried restarting my laptop and should i reinstall itunes? I simply dont see why it should take longer than 20 hours to copy over 20GB of data!
Can anyone help me?

Web pages taking a very long time to load; nothing wrong with my internet connection.
I've contacted my ISP and they've told me there is nothing wrong on their end and that my modem is running perfectly. I've done a speed test and my upload is 33mbps+ and download is 5.5mbps+.
The problem is, it takes webpages a very long time to load. Sometimes longer than others, but sometimes it's so long I give up. There doesn't seem to be a difference between when I type in a URL or an IP address directly into the address bar.

Since updating to ios7 my ipad freezes, randomly zooms in and out, black pages that take forever to load and battery charge doesn't last very long. It's very frustrating, is there anything I can do it seems to have a mind of its own

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Does anyone know what's up with the iPhone 4s' battery life? Some days it last a long time and other days it drains extremely fast.
Not to point out the obvious, but battery life depends very much on what is running and how much the device is being used.
If the battery lasts longer on a day you make no phone calls, but lasts less the day you make 5 hour long calls, this is to be expected.
If however the iPhone has the same level of use on both days, with different power consumption, this would infer a background process (or App) is trying to do something (connecting to server or creating a back up etc).
I switched off all thrid party apps from being included in my iCloud backup, which saves a huge amount of space on the cloud and allows the back up to take barely a couple of minutes.
Battery life seems ok so far on my 64GB 4S (Bluetooth on, Wi-Fi on, Location Services on, Push notifications on, Screen set to just under half brightness with Auto Adjust on) -
