Synchronize flv and interactive captivate training modules

Does anyone know how to synchronize flv, captivate, and
setting up the accordian component so that people can jump from
various cue points in the video? The only way that I was able to
get it to work was converting static images from powerpoint
presentation in flash paper. But what I'm needing is the animated
screenshots synchronized with flv video. The type of animation
created by RoboDemo and captivate. Any suggestions or ideas? I've
been looking all over the place all week for a possible solution.

Please help a brotha out...

Hi Michael,
I haven't tried AVI or SWF videos, but I've used several FLV
videos (though I had someone else convert them for me, so I can't
help you there). The main problem I've had have to do with where
the files are stored so that Captivate can correctly access the
files and play them back. Also, if you use a skin in the Flash
video, when you publish the file, make sure that the skin .SWF file
is published. If you are using Captivate 2 and happen to use the
corona skin, you need to change the "C" in CoronaSkin3.swf (for
example) to a lowercase "c", or else the published video won't play
at all (just gray - like I think you're describing). I've got some
2+ minute FLV files that play fine though once we got everything
squared away. Let me know if you have any questions about what I
described above (which doesn't have a whole lot of video cause I'm
a little short of time at the moment).
Good luck,
David

  • Need interactive Captivate files published for use on computers and tablets, including iPad

I need to publish interactive Captivate files for e-learning to work on tablets, including ipad. LMS supports a variety of formats, but I have yet to find the "magic settings" to run on iPad. Has anyone had success in doing this?

Do you know what the .htaccess code was for? I am uploading to an LMS, and get no error message on tablets, no message at all. Just blank. Does this .htaccess code apply to LMS, do you know?

  • *.flv Video in Captivate 6 doesn't play on network share

    Hey there,
i'm using Captivate 6 including a FLV-Video-File. When I start the preview inside Captivate it work well. When I publish to my local drive it also works well.
But on a network share (i must use a network share for e-Learning in my Company) on the slide with the Video i got a blank Window with a small loadingbar on the top-left corner.
What to do? General Flash Security isn't a Option here, because i can't guarantee that every user is skilled enough to change the settings.
    Thanks,
    Chris
/edit: *.flv-Video can still played from the Captivate-Output-Folder on Network Share

    Okay.. First a big thanks!!
I've resolved the path issues and am now experimenting with formats other than SCORM that will hopefully launch off our LMS (SyberWorks).
I think I know what a cross domain issue is... it seems pretty self evident, (ie) .htm/.swf files live on a different server domain than video or audio files.
I think all my files are on the same domain in the zip file. However, are the following paths also an example of a cross domain issue?:
    Z:\orgs\ogslp\courses\2012videotest\videotestinternalsrvr\videotestinternalsrvr.htm
(this is where I upload, or publish Captivate files)
    http://gslcampus/ogslp/courses/2012videotest/videotestinternalsrvr/videotestinternalsrvr.h tm
(this is where clients access the training modules via IE & the Syberworks LMS, intranet)
One more..... when publishing with the Captivate > Internal Server option what path do I input to access the server?
    Z:\orgs\ogslp\courses\2012videotest\videotestinternalsrvr\videotestinternalsrvr.htm
    (backdoor for uploading files)
    or
    http://gslcampus/ogslp/courses/2012videotest/videotestinternalsrvr/videotestinternalsrvr.h tm
(actual internal, intranet url for accessing courses)
PS when I upload files the following appears before the Z:
    Computer > SyberWorks (\\sousa)(Z:)
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks for your time.

  • Inconsistent behaviour playing FLV videos in Captivate 4

    Hi everyone,
this is driving me absolutely batty!
I have created a captivate 4 module which has some short (2-3 minute) flv videos on some of the slides.
In "preview project" it all works fine. When published it worked fine on my computer. I then put it on shared drive on our network and sent an email around the office for people to check it.
Annoyingly some people couldn't view it.
we've got about 10 computers in the office, a bit of a mix of Windows Vista and Windows XP but everyone's got I.E. 7 or I.E. 8
some of the computers play the FLV videos fine.
some of the computer just show a blank slide.
one of the computers gives a security warning.
It's so frustrating, I've tried playing with all the browser security settings and the flash "settings manager" thing but nothing works.
I find it really poor that this is so difficult to get to work on standard installs of Windows and IE. Isn't the sales pitch that "anyone can create eLearning EASILY and quickly!". well, not if the features don't work on every 2nd computer
anyone come across this before? or have any ideas?
    Thanks heaps!
    Gaspar

    Hi there
Captivate relies on the Flash Player/Add In.
Each of the computers may have a different version of the Flash Player installed. Have you double-checked the Flash Player/Add In version? Maybe that's the answer. To upgrade the Flash.

  • Problem with Audio in Buttons and Interactive

    Hi!!
I have problems with the sound into buttons and Forms Interactive. The question is when I add a sound within a button, this it sounds directly when it enters the slides and not when the user presses the button.
    How I solve it?
    Thanks
    NEXTsp

    Hi there
It isn't a problem. The function is working as it should. You simply have a different expectation!
You have to think about it in different ways. When do you want the audio to play? When the button has been clicked, right? When you attach audio to an object such as a Button or an Image, the audio plays when that object appears. The trick here is to make an object appear on the Button click. You then attach the audio to that.
If you have Captivate 3 or older, you can enable the Success caption for the button. Attach the audio to the caption. Button is clicked, caption appears and you hear the audio.
What's that you are asking? Oh, you don't want to actually SEE a Success Caption? No problem. Choose the Transparent caption type and remove any text!
If you have Captivate 4, you can also use the same method to accomplish this. But you can also probably use the new scripting in it to make the audio play on a Button click. I can't tell you how to do that at the moment if that's the approach you want to take. I'll have to leave that to another person here that has played with the scripting to explain how it's done.
Likely it involves opening a panel, inserting or declaring a variable, adding a sound file, associating the variable with the sound file, assigning actions to the button to check the variable and change it if you need to. Stuff like that. Sounds a bit like a Rube Goldberg setup. But really that's what happens with the Success Caption method. It's just that we deal with objects and not the code behind the scenes.
Hopefully this was somewhat helpful... Rick

  • Drag and Drop in Training Simulation

    Hi everyone. Newbie here.
I am creating a software training module. One of my exercises
requires my users to re-order some columns by dragging and
dropping. If I record in training simulation, is there a way to
capture drag and drop? Or do I just need to create a click zone on
the column header and then jump to the next slide where the column
    is in its correct location?

Capture of a drag and drop action should be automatic if all
defaults are left. There is a feature called "full-motion"
recording that is automatically invoked whenever a
left-click-and-hold action is detected by Captivate - during the
    Recording function.
Note the "full-motion" I am referring to is NOT the same as
    using the "Full Motion" recording
mode. If there is confusion about this, let us know and
someone hereabouts will give you a detailed explanation.

  • Interactive Captivate simulations not working correctly in Presenter

    Hi,
I'm looking for a fix for what appears to be a bug with
importing interactive Captivate 2.0.0 (build 1177, originally a
trial verson) files into Presenter 6.0.432 (in PowerPoint 2000 SP-3
9.0.8952 on a Windows XP computer).
The course works fine when I publish the Presenter file to My
Computer, but doesn't work correctly when I publish to Adobe
Connect (hosted version). What happens is that the interactive
Captivate simulations are already done. (It seems like Presenter is
somehow completing the simulations before the end user gets to
    those slides.)
Each course I've created is approximately 40 slides in length
with approximately eight Captivate demonstrations and eight
Captivate simulations spread out through the course. (A few slides
of content with voiceover, then a slide with a Captivate
demonstration, then a slide with a Captivate simulation slide, etc.
    etc.)
Captivate Project Preferences are set to:
    Advanced project compression
    508 compliance
    Compress compiled SWF file
    Publish Adobe Connect Enterprise metadata
    Captivate Publish settings are:
    (unchecked) Export HTML
    Flash Player 7
I tried switching the Flash Version to Flash Player 8, but it
didn't help at all, and instead caused an additional problem which
was that the text entry part of the interactive simulations stopped
    working altogether.
I'm inclined to think this is a problem with the Connect
server (since the course runs fine when published to My Computer,
just not when published to Adobe Connect), but suppose it could be
a Captivate or Presenter issue. In any case, I'm open to whatever
    gets it fixed.
    Thanks,
    Ruth

    Thanks Art,
I tried it, but it didn't help.
Given TechNote #46b77621 (recommending people link to
Captivate files rather than embed them in Presenter), and the
problems I'm having, I'm starting to wonder if this is a known
    problem.
If it is, it's a big one, as a major selling point of
Presenter has been that you can embed Captivate files within the
slides. Linking out to them would be a different experience for the
    end-user (and not as nice).
Another problem is that the TechNote says text entries won't
work in Captivate files embedded in Presenter (I have had some
inconsistent issues with this). Serious feature problem if it's
true. (As I'm sure you know, it's a very common aspect of computer
training courses, which is what many people are using
    Presenter/Captivate for.)
Hopefully this all gets sorted out sooner rather than later.
(Or you never know, perhaps, hopefully, there's just something I'm
    missing. :))
    Thanks,
    Ruth

  • Embedding a simulation into a Captivate Training

I’m a new user hoping that one of you smart folks can
help me. I’m using Captivate 3 and using the Software
Training template that comes with it. As recommended, I am not
including the Playback Control because I want my users to use the
navigation buttons that are in the template. However, when they get
to the software demonstration in one of my lessons, I do want
playback controls to appear so they can play/pause.
I’ve looked at a few solutions including embedding by
simulation as a SWF or linking to a different project, but nothing
is working the way I want. Has anyone done this successfully?

Thanks for the reply. I can't put the demo at the end of the
project because my project is a group of lessons that the user can
move around in. Right now I'm considering two solutions:
    1. Convert the SWF of my demo to an FLV and embed the FLV
    with it's controls
    2. Just launch the demo in a new window. However, I'd like
the window to be sized correctly and not have toolbars.
I haven't been successful with either of these approaches.
Does anyone have advaise either on the conversion or the JS?
    Thanks.

  • Interaction Captivate 6

I am using an interaction in my Captivate 6 module.  The background slides is black.  When the interaction loads, a distracting white background appears.  Can I minimize this distraction in any way?

    Hi Rita,
see this latest post for a solution to the issue, from Lilybiri
    http://forums.adobe.com/message/5218306#5218306
which is to remove the audio from the slide itself.  But under the Action for the slide,
On Enter: choose Play Audio...and then browse to and add the audio file in your projects library.

  • What is the policy for drag-and-drop in training mode?

    Hi,
I've captured an application in training mode. It contains one drag-and-drop action which obviously is done in full motion recording.
Only thing is, this doesnt work when you then do the simulation as a user.
Can drag-and-drop working in this mode? It seems not.
    Can anyone advise?
    Thanks,
    Joan

    Hi there
I'm guessing that you mean to ask if one is able to force a user to perform a drag-and-drop as part of a simulation?
Unless you program it in Flash or some other application it isn't avaiable. Check the link below for more.

  • Difference between class report and interactive report

please give me the differences between  classical report and interactive report

    Hi,read the following :
In ABAP, there are a total of 7 types of reports. They are:
    Classical Reports
    Interactive Reports
    Logical Database Reports
    ABAP query
ALV Reports (ALV stands for ABAP List Viewer)
    Report Writer/Report Painter
Views (There are different types of views also)
    Classical Reports
These are the most simple reports. It is just an output of data using the Write statement inside a loop.
Classical reports are normal reports. These reports are not having any sub reports. IT IS HAVING ONLY ONE SCREEN/LIST FOR OUTPUT
    Interactive Reports
As the name suggests, the user can Interact with the report. We can have a drill down into the report data. For example, Column one of the report displays the material numbers, and the user feels that he needs some more specific data about the vendor for that material, he can HIDE that data under those material numbers.
And when the user clicks the material number, another report (actually sub report/secondary list) which displays the vendor details will be displayed.
We can have a basic list (number starts from 0) and 20 secondary lists (1 to 21).
    Logical Database Reports
Logical database is another tool for ABAP reports. Using LDB we can provide extra features for ABAP reports.
While using LDB there is no need for us to declare Parameters.
Selection-screen as they will be generated automatically.
We have to use the statement NODES in ABAP report.
    ABAP Query Reports
ABAP query is another tool for ABAP. It provides efficency for ABAP reports. These reports are very accurate.
    Transaction Code : SQ01
    Report Writer / Report painter
Super users and end users can use Report Painter/Report Writer tools to write their own reports.
Giving them the ability to report on additional fields at their discretion shifts the report maintenance burden to them, saving SAP support groups time and effort normally spent creating and maintaining the reports.
    ALV reports
Sap provides a set of ALV (ABAP LIST VIEWER) function modules which can be put into use to embellish the output of a report. This set of ALV functions is used to enhance the readability and functionality of any report output. Cases arise in sap when the output of a report contains columns extending more than 255 characters in length.
In such cases, this set of ALV functions can help choose selected columns and arrange the different columns from a report output and also save different variants for report display. This is a very efficient tool for dynamically sorting and arranging the columns from a report output.
The report output can contain up to 90 columns in the display with the wide array of display options.
There is no difference between drill down and interactive report, they are the same.
With drilldown reporting, SAP provides you with an interactive information system to let you evaluate the data collected in your application. This information system is capable of analyzing all the data according to any of the characteristics that describe the data. You can also use any key figures you wish to categorize your data. You can display a number of objects for a given key figure, or a number of key figures for a given object. In addition, the system lets you carry out any number of variance analyses (such as plan/actual comparisons, fiscal year comparisons, comparisons of different objects, and so on).
    *More on Classical Vs Interactive*
    Classical Reports
These are the most simple reports. Programmers learn this one first. It is just an output of data using the Write statement inside a loop.
Classical reports are normal reports. These reports are not having any sub reports. IT IS HAVING ONLY ONE SCREEN/LIST FOR OUTPUT.
    Events In Classical Reports.
INTIALIZATION: This event triggers before selection screen display.
AT-SELECTION-SCREEN: This event triggers after proccesing user input still selection screen is in active mode.
START OF SELECTION: Start of selection screen triggers after proceesing selection screen.
END-OF-SELECTION : It is for Logical Database Reporting.
Events associated with Interactive Reports are:
    1. AT LINE-SELECTION
    2. AT USER-COMMAND
    3. AT PF<key>
    4. TOP-OF-PAGE DURING LINE-SELECTION.
HIDE statement holds the data to be displayed in the secondary list.
sy-lisel : contains data of the selected line.
sy-lsind : contains the level of report (from 0 to 21)
    Interactive Report Events:
AT LINE-SELECTION : This Event triggers when we double click a line on the list, when the event is triggered a new sublist is going to be generated. Under this event what ever the statements that are been return will be displayed on newly generated sublist.
AT PFn: For predefined function keys...
AT USER-COMMAND : It provides user functions keys.
TOP-OF-PAGE DURING LINE-SELECTION :top of page event for secondary list.

  • Publish Captivate 4 module for Sum total

Hello everyone. I have two training modules that are not scored. They are demonstrations, not simulations. I need to publish them so that they can be added to a customers Sum Total LMS.  What settings should I use when publishing to LMS?  And any tips or tricks I should know?  I do not have access to the LMS.   For our training, we host our own internal web pages.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Thanks for the tips.  I read some of the suggested resources, and created a click box on the last slide with click box settings as:
    On Success --> Execute Javascript --> javascript:window.close()
    ... and Reporting settings as:
    Include in Quiz (checked)
    Report answers (unchecked)
    Points = 1
    Add to Total (checked)
The LMS system accurately flags the course complete, but the click action does not close / exit the module.  This is a SCORM 1.2 module.
Any ideas?  Is it possible to test this in HTML outside the LMS system, or am I forced to test this in the LMS system?
    Thanks,
    Henry

  • Sync when compressing HD FLV and F4V in Premiere Pro CS4

Hi.  I'm trying to create PSAs for You Tube that were originally created with a small camera that produced HD Quicktime files.  For YouTube they don't have to be perfect but that is what I'm working with.  My computer only has 4gb of ram so I can't watch the video to test for syncronization since it just gives a slide show while editing.  It never does anything but a slide show with HD video.
When I watch the original unedited Quicktime file the sync was way off.  When I render out the original file in an FLV and F4V format just to test the sync it is PERFECT.  Then I edited the first video taken from that session and used FLV and the sync was PERFECT.  So I'm doing the second video, tested sync on the original footage, and its PERFECT.
So I thought it was okay to keep going.  Everything was perfect after Premiere rendered the raw footage. The first video worked, right? The second video's raw footage sync was fixed, right?
Now that I spent all the time to edit the 2nd video, sync is TERRIBLE.  I have no idea why.  F4V was worse than FLV, but neither was great for video 2.  So I guess I have two questions:
    1) What format can I use to upload to YouTube that won't give me an unusable sync problem
    2) Is there something I can do to see continuous synchronization within Premiere Pro CS4 without updating my hardware?  I am using Vista 64 bit, 4gb ram, dual core intel.  Do I have to make a major hardware upgrade just to get HD video not to be a slide show while running Premiere?
    Thanks!

    Dave,
    Deleted all stuff...
You might try this "TEST" at some point if you're using equipment to record sound as outlined in the following article....at any rate you might find the article interesting anyway for the future...
----------------------sorry I should give credit to who wrote it but you can google the first line and find it maybe -----------
sync demuxed sound   The Problem -
Miniature audio recorders, be they minidisc or solid state, offer a very attractive, cost effective, alternative to the traditional use of radio microphones, for the capture of remote audio sources in video recordings
These machines record the audio in a variety of different formats - MP3, WMA, WAV, ATRAC -- and in a variety of qualities - but they all suffer from the same problem. It can be difficult to synchronise the remotely recorded audio, with the camera recorded audio.
Although the time honoured tradition of an audio 'clapper board' works well enough to align the beginning of the two soundtracks, there is a tendency for the two tracks to appear to 'drift' out of sync over time - and the longer the recording, the worse the problem. In fact they do not actually 'drift', but the gradual loss of sync is a function of the camera and audio recorder sample clocks being slightly different frequencies.
The simple reason for this loss of 'sync' therefore is that the audio is being recorded at different speeds. Although the recorder will specify the sampling frequency, the accuracy is then dependent on the internal crystal oscillator of the recorder - which is, of course, a different oscillator from the one controlling the camera timing. Although these crystals may typically be accurate to within 0.005% or better, even this degree of accuracy can cause the two recorded audio tracks to be out of sync by up to 300mS after 30 minutes. Even after 5 minutes, the 2 tracks can be some 60mS different in length, in a worst case scenario.
60mS difference will cause a distinctly audible 'echo' between the two audio tracks. (Even 20mS is detectable as a separate echo).
This difference is of course totally unacceptable, and corrections need to be applied. It is important to remember that even if your audio recorder crystal is absolutely accurate, and it is the camera clock that is slightly wrong, it is still the remote audio track that will have to be corrected. The 'wrong' camera audio track is the one in sync with the video, and has to be the 'master' track.
    The Solution
It is important to realise that although the sample oscillators may vary with regard to each other, they tend to be remarkably accurate over time, referenced to themselves.
This means that if you know by how much the frequency your audio recorder sample 'clock' differs from the camera 'clock', then a single correction factor will bring both tracks back into sync.
A simple procedure is outlined below, using free programs, to enable you to calculate the correction factor required for your particular recorder.
    Programs required (all free):
    1) AoA audio Extractor --- (not necessary if you can extract the audio track from a video recording in your NLE)
    2) Audacity , a free audio editor
    3) Switch , a free audio file type converter
Step 1: Set up your camera and audio recorder next to each other, and start both running
Step 2: Make a good audio 'clapperboard' point by tapping a pencil firmly onto a hard surface, as close to both camera and recorder mics as possible. This will cause a fast 'edge' to become the reference point, which will be useful later.
Step3: Let both devices run for at least 10 minutes. 20 minutes are better, but not essential.
At the end of the period, (timing not critical), make a second similar 'clapperboard' reference point. Allow a few more seconds recording, and then stop both devices.
Step 4: Download the video from the camera, and the audio from the recorder to your computer.
Step 5: Open the video file in 'AoA audio Extractor', and extract the audio from the video. Convert this audio file (if necessary) to a 48KHz 16 bit LPCM (wav) file, using the 'Switch' program linked to above. This file will be your reference audio file.
Step 6: Open the WAV file saved in the previous step in 'Audacity' - a free audio editor.
It is now necessary to save only the part of the file between the two 'clapperboard' references, which hopefully stand out clearly (if you hit the pencil hard enough in steps 2 and 3!).
This must be done accurately, to within 100th of a second, or better.
Click and drag the file to highlight the beginning section, including the first 'clapperboard' waveform. Use the 'fit selection to window' tool (immediately to the right of the 'zoom' tools) to magnify. Delete as much as possible before the 'clapper' reference. Repeat the operation until you can clearly identify the first distinct waveform of the 'clapper' reference waveform. Click, hold and place the cursor directly over the first full (clipped) waveform, where it crosses the centre line. Delete every thing to the left of that point, by clicking and dragging to highlight, and then deleting with the scissors tool.
Step 7: Repeat the above procedure for the end part of the waveform, again using the start of the second 'clapper' waveform as your reference cutting point. In this case, cut everything to the right of your selected reference point (not the left, as in the first case.)
Step 8: It is necessary to record the exact length of this new cropped waveform. This information is listed at the bottom of the window, but in a rather inappropriate format. Locate the toolbar at the top of the window, click 'Edit'-'select all' and then 'Effects'-'change tempo' . Note the length of the file in seconds in the right hand box (the left hand box is greyed out).
Record this figure. It is the reference file length
Step 9: It is necessary to convert the file recorded on the audio recorder into an identical format to the camera audio track, namely 48 KHz 16 bit PCM. If the track is not already in this format, open it in Switch, a free file transfer program, and select the output encoding as 48 KHz 16 bit, mono or stereo to fit your audio file. This program will then convert whatever format your input file is (MP3, WMA, 44.1 KHz PCM, etc) into the required 48 KHz, 16 bit format required.
Step 10: Repeat the procedures in steps 6 and 7 for this new file. Edit the 'clapper' points with as much accuracy as before, but notice that the 'clapper' waveform will appear different from the first, although hopefully with as clearly defined first ' zero crossing' point.
Step 11: Repeat the procedure in step 8, and you will notice that the overall file length is different.
Overwrite the original file length into the right hand box, and take careful note of the resulting figure in the percent change box. Make sure you record whether it is a plus or minus value - it could be either! This is the most important figure, because it represents the percentage variation between the two units.
Once you have obtained this value, simply apply it to all files recorded with the same recorder and this camera. Providing you can align the start of the file with a single 'clapperboard' mark, there is no need to repeat the rest. Simply change the length of the external audio file by the correct percentage value, to allow the two audio tracks to remain synchronised.
It may seem a long winded process, but it only needs to be done once, and could then save quite a lot of time, against the option of trying to align tracks manually in your NLE, in small sections.
You may of course wish to use an alternative audio editor, and the details of this procedure may then be slightly different, but the principle remains the same.

  • Z97 GAMING 9 AC - PCIE and the wi-fi module no longer detecting

    Hi,
I 'm Overclocking enthusiast and recently decided to take to my hometown in Brazil using a platform products from MSI, to make disclosure of benchmark tests in social networks and in gaming blogs.
So i purchased a new system including the MSI Z97 GAMING 9 AC motherboard and MSI Gaming N770 TF 4GD5/OC GeForce GTX 770 4GB graphics card. After building the system I initially had problems with the graphics card not being detected and the wi-fi module (that hard to fit in the mobo) don't even appear in device manager. I already tried to dismount and remount the module on the motherboard with extreme care, no success. After some research I updated the bios to 1.5 and used the onboard graphics card to install windows 8.1, drivers etc. After windows, drivers etc were installed the graphics card and the wi-fi module still would not detect.
I have tried another graphics card in this system and it does not seem to work either. In bios it just always says that the PCIE slots are 'empty'.
So I have tried the following:
    1. Cleared CMOS.
    2. Updated BIOS.
    3. Updated Chipset, drivers etc.
    4. Tested the Graphics Card in other computers.
    5. Used a different graphics card in this system.
    6. Tried PCIE 2.0, 3.0 and auto.
    7. Completely reformated and started from scratch.
So after many attempts I am disappointed with MSI and need some solution to my problem, since I saw that several customers who have purchased from MSI are the same product with exactly the same problem which possibly conclude that MSI has a duty to resolve these cases.

I have the exact same problem with my gaming 9 AC only the PCIe slot for gfx card worked initially. MSI support sent me a new WiFi adapter, it also didnt work. When I installed it, the PCIe slot would not identify my graphics card anymore. MSI support then advised me to return the board to the reseller, where it is now - they are checking it for defects before they do anything.
Ill keep you updated how they proceed from here. If there are any more problems I will just ask my reseller to downgrade me to a gaming 7, I can add a pcie wifi card on my own, and avoid the hassle.
