Synchronize put modified dates to present, not their real dates!

My laptop on which I was using DW was recently stolen. Now I'm trying to synchronize the website with my desktop local files since I also have Dreamweaver on the desktop.
I synced yesterday and wound up with all the synced files on the remote website having yesterday's date!! Not their original "modified date" which is what should have happened. Even though I synced both Local and Remote, nothing was changed on the Local desktop. I received no downloaded files with a newer date from the website which is what should have happened. I did NOT modify all the files with the 5/9/09 dates (see attachment), but that's what the Sync put on them.
I'd like to know 1. if there's anyway to retrieve the original dates on the website files; 2. what may have happened so it doesn't happen again. Thanks for any help...and yes, I know I should have backed up the laptop, but didn't from which I could have gotten the newer files. Duh.
BTW, I've tried twice now to add a screenshot attachment and the post then will not upload. Moderator, is this normal?

3. Press the "Export Data" icon.
4. Integrator Page Appear with my Custom Integrator Name as "Appointment Letter - Contact Site".
5. Select the "Word 2003" from the View List. and Reporting is Checked.
6. Review the Folowing Enteries as:
Integrator Appointment Letter - Contact Site
Viewer Word 2003
Reporting Yes
Layout App. Letter Contract Site

7. Press "Create Document" Button.
8. It will open the Excel 2003 and then Word 2003. But no data down download from the Form.
9. It open the Mail Merge Letter but no Data is Display.

Date picker is not available in date/time field

Hi there,
I'm wondering while using a date/time field. Since I made some changes on this field the date picker (Arrow down right next to the field to show up a calendar) is no longer available. Has anybody got a clou what the problem might be or how I can bring the date picker back to this field.

I'm just wondering about the following settings/patterns:
As you can see this field is from the type "Date/Time Field". So far so good, but when I'm opening the dialog "Patterns", this dialog is just for a "Date Field" and not for a "Date/Time Field". No trouble so far, but the confusion thing is that the date picker is available in this field. Has anybody a clou how this is working? Or can anybody help me to convert a "Date/Time Field" to a normal "Date Field" which provides this date picker?

But we are not using OLE DB provider for now, we’ve searched some threads that named queries can be replaced for secondary ds, but since we have a lot of tables, it’s hard to implement using named queries.

Here are the restrictions:
The primary data source should be SQL Server and support OpenRowset to the secondary data source.
Or you design the cube in such a way that rocessing for each object only needs to access data from a single data source

List of data targets is not visible during data upload

Hi all,
I am trying to load user defined transactional data into an info object, i will do all necessary customization steps such as creating application component,assiging data sources,creating info packages and then creating update rules in info cubes, moreover i wrote a routine which calculates sales reveune based on cost and quantity sold.
My problem is that when i created infopackage , it does not list any data targets, Plz any one can give tips in this regard.

Am a little confused here... you say you want to load Transaction data and load it into the InfoObject?? what was that??
You can load the Transaction data only into your data targets such as InfoCube and DataStore Objects... If you are loading the data into your InfoObjects, then that would mean that you are loading the Master data for which obviously you won't have your data targets listed in your InfoPackage... Only in case of loading the transaction data would you have your Data Targets listed in your InfoPackage...

Date function problems with dates from core not recognized as dates

Our core provides dates in two formats: YYYYDDD and MMDDYY (YYYYDDD for today [2/21/12] would be 2012052). We have determined that Crystal Reports is not viewing them as dates, but rather numbers. If querying on just a specific date, no problem. But if I want to use a date function like DayOfWeek, then things don't work.
I need a report to always provide yesterday's data - except on Monday, where it needs to look back at Friday.
I tried a criteria of:
if DayOfWeek(CurrentDate) = 1 then {DDMAST.DATOP7} = CurrentDate - 2 else
if DayOfWeek(CurrentDate) = 2 then {DDMAST.DATOP7} = CurrentDate - 3 else
{DDMAST.DATOP7} = CurrentDate -1
{DDMAST.DATOP7} is the date field from our core.
I tried this but got an error message of "A Number is Required Here" and it highlights the CurrentDate - 2.
Since we believe that Crystal Report is not viewing our dates as dates - but viewing them as numbers, what do I need to do to correct this? Someone suggested I'd need to extract each date portion (month, date, and year) and create variables to "build" a date that Crystal Reports would understand. Any suggestions?

You're correct. There appears to be two branches in this thread.
To address your issue, Crystal only recognizes actual date types, ie. Months, Days and Years. Your serial date isn't a recognized date type so we have to:
1) Determine which format your date field is
2) Convert your number to a date using the appropriate formatting.
I am assuming your dates will either be 6 (MMddyy) or 7 (yyyyddd) characters long. If there are other patterns you'll need to determine that.
The problem I found is what does your date for today (March 6, 2012) look like in MMddyy format?
Any month before October would never have a leading 0 if your date is stored as a number. So you should take that into account as well using my logic.
I added that into the logic by checking for a length of 5.

myDate := ToText (Full, 0, "", "");
Select Length (myDate)
    Case 5: Date (2000 + ToNumber (myDate [4 to 5]), ToNumber (myDate [1]), ToNumber (myDate [2 to 3]))

    Default: Date (0, 0, 0);
If you edit the first line and change it to:
NumberVar Full := 2012066;
You will also get today's date.

Timeline Start and Finish Dates - how to not display finish dates for tasks not added to timeline

I have a project, Project 1, with start date 1 Jan 2014 and finish date 31 Dec 2014. When I switch to timeline view, the timeline spans this period. I now want to create a second view for a sub project within Project 1, called Project 1A. It
starts 1 June 2014 and finishes 31 August. I only want to see Project 1A's tasks and time span on this second custom timeline view. I create the new view, add the tasks from Project 1A to the timeline, and save the view as CustomView1A. My problem: CustomView1A
shows the tasks for Project 1A, but also shows the dead space between 1 Jan 2014 and 1 June 2014, as well as the dead space between 31 August and 31 December.
I dont want to see the dead space. I want CustomView 1A's timeline to start and finish on Project 1A's start and finish dates.
How do I adjust CustomView 1A's timeline borders on the left and right to exclude the dead space?

I checked in CO41 and it allows me to convert planned order to production order and not have any provision to re-scheduling the planned order . Any function to reschedule planned order to future dates ( whose start dates and finish dates are in past ) ?

Query Governor - Summary Data - Only when not out of date?

In Oracle Discoverer Desktop edition the user can choose how Summary Data are used:
1. Always, when available
2. Only when summary data are not out of date (stale)
3. Never
What exactly is the meaning of "Only when summary data are not out of date"?
In previous versions of Discoverer you had the opportunity to specify how old (in days) summary tables were acceptable to you.
(By the way: In the Danish translation of Discoverer the word "not" has been omitted, so you have the opportunity to use summary data only when they are out of date :-)

Actually it doesn't matter if you have Applecare or not because Apple simply isn't recognizing this as an issue even though multitudes of people have experienced it. If they don't see it as a problem, then they obviously don't have a solution, and so taking your laptop in through apple care is totally useless.
I've talked to 3 customer support representatives over the phone and they all said they were 'unaware of the issue' and would not even attempt to help. It's very disappointing.

you need to check "system data types" directory and it contents. Its default location in SQL Developer is sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper\extensions\oracle.datamodeler\types
Check "Preferences>Data Modeler>Default system data types directory" setting. If it's empty then copy defaultdomains.xml from previous installation to directory above.
If it's not empty then you need to copy types.xml and defaultRDBMSSites.xml from default location to directory set as "Default system data types directory".

We load data from a source system EBP (similar to R3) to our BW system. The four ODSs (targets) we are using are:
0BBP_SC (Shopping Cart - Individual Documents)
0BBP_SCA (Approval Process for Shopping Cart - Single Documents)
0BBP_INV (Invoice - Single Documents)
0BBP_CON (Goods/Services Confirmation - Single Documents)
And the four Datasources related to the above respectively are:
0BBP_TD_SC_1
0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1
0BBP_TD_INV_1
0BBP_TD_CONF_1
In the four InfoPackages related to the above, we use company code 0COMP_CODE (which corresponds to EBP field CO_CODE (Company Code in FI System) as data selection and the range, e.g., from X100 to X200, but somehow other company code ranges of data get in, e.g., Q001, Q100, 1000, and etc. What would cause the problem?

[Solved]Web Service Data Control operation not visible in Data Controls

I've created Web Service Data Control (named MyDataControl ) in my DataModel project for my web application (ADF BC 10.1.3.3). I've finished the wizard successfully (added initiate operation to the right side in step 2: Data Control Operations) but when the wizard finishes the initiate operation is not visible in the Data Controls (MyDataControl is visible without the operation). I'm using CVS so I think maybe some files were write protected while creating the control.

Found out the reason. The problem was in ...MyApp\.adf\META-INF\connections.xml file which had write protection.

Found out the reason. The problem was in ...MyApp\.adf\META-INF\connections.xml file which had write protection.

Srollpane scrolls when loaded data from XML, not when loaded data from ASP

I load into scrollpane a swf, which has a dynamicly loaded
data. If I use the XML file, it works (the scrollbar is visible),
but if I use a asp file, which creates xml, it doesn't work (the
scrollbar is not visible). Any ideas?

let say I have a A.swf and a B.swf. In A.swf I have a
scrollpane in to wich the B.swf is loaded. Below is the code in
B.swf. If I load the data from a asp file, the scrollbar in the
scrollpane is not visible, but if I use the xml file, the scrollbar
is visible.
What I've meant is that I think that Flash gets the same form
of data, no matter if I use the asp or xml, because the asp creates
the same xml form as I use in the xml file. I hope this makes any
sense.

Lync Edge 2013 NOT Replicating config data with CMS / NOT up to date

I have recently installed my Lync 2013 Edge pool (1 edge server).
all services are UP and public & internal certificates deployed successfully.
BUT i keep seeing an X sign in the Replication Status field in the "Lync Control Panel->Topology" page.
even running the "Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus" gives:

there is a file called "data.zip" placed on the FileStore destined to my edge replica   \\filestorefqdn\lync2010files\1-CentralMgmt-1\CMSFileStore\xds-master\replicas\internalEDGEFQDN.domain.com\to-replica
I dont know what might be causing the replciation to NOT get initiated. the edge server needs to be replicated so to be functional.

Please also run the Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplication cmdlet and allow time for the replication to complete before running the Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus again.
Would you tell us more details about certificate you used for Lync edge internal and external interface, and front end server? If you assigned a wildcard certificate to front end server, this may cause the replication issue between front end and edge.
Please check event viewer if there is any relevant error message. In addition, you can refer to the blog you pasted how to check the CMS replication traffic.

How to create a UDF on BP Master Data that will not save any data?

I need to create several UDFs on the BP Mater Data screen that will be configured to automatically show a balance of 0-30Days, 31-60Days, 61-90Days etc.
I am currently able to do this although I cannot seem to find a way to only show the current data without saving it.
Eg. I have a UDF with an SQL statement that shows the current BPu2019s 0-30Day Balance, but the BP Master Data screen always changes to u2018Updateu2019 every time the UDF balance is updated.
I am looking for a way to show this information on the BP Master Data screen similarly to the default BP Account Balance without saving the data.
I am working with SAP B1 8.81 PL09 and B1UP 4.3.0.0. Thank you.

Thanks Gordon, I appreciate your assistance. I can get all the fields to display as I want them, but my issue is having to save the BP Master Data form every time I wish to move away from it.
Is there anywhere in SAPB1 that stores a running total of account balance for 30Days, 60Days, etc..? (just to be sure)
I might also try to create a new tab on the BP Master Data form that shows an SQL Aging Report and see if I can pick up the info from that embedded report.
Any other ideas would be also appreciated.
