How it is possible to synchronize several calendars

Depends on what you are syncing calendars with.
I sync my personal calendars and events over the air with an Apple iCloud account, and I also sync my business calendar events over the air with an Exchange account.
I can add a new calendar with iCal on my Mac which will become available with my iCloud online calendars and in turn become available on my iPhone and iPad. I can also create a new calendar direct on my iPhone with my personal iCloud account and with my business Exchange account.

IPhone 3G won't synchronize my calendar with outlook 2010

I’ve got an iPhone 3G and I want to synchronize my calendar with outlook 2010. It won’t work because it puts my appointments from outlook to my iPhone but it won’t synchronize from my iPhone 3G to outlook.

If you want to link to separated location which are too far from each other to connect via Ethernet or FC you can't. What you can do is build another FCS with a completely independent DB and link both with XML and scripting (or if you have a very good DB knowledge). Other than that you can put the FCS DB in one location and make the clients on the other connect to the first one. But if the issue is to ingest media from both locations to the same DB then you better have a nice and big Ethernet connection between both locations.

Changes coming on October 19, 2007 will affect the synchronization of calendars via .Mac and computers using Mac OS 10.3.x through 10.4.x according to this announcement from Apple:
"Due to improvements being made to .Mac Sync on October 19, 2007, please note the following changes.
Mac OS X version 10.4 Tiger users:
To ensure uninterrupted service, you must be using Mac OS X version 10.4.10. To check which version you’re running, select About This Mac in the Apple menu. If you are not running version 10.4.10, click the Software Update button and install the update to 10.4.10.
Mac OS X version 10.3 Panther users:
To accommodate new enhancements, .Mac Sync will no longer support syncing of calendars between a Panther-based Mac and a Mac running Tiger or Leopard. Syncing calendars between Mac computers running Panther is unaffected.
These changes will help enable .Mac Sync to do more than ever."

It should, but apparently will not in your specific case.
To address this issue, you should reset the framework by launching iSync, opening the Preferences… dialog, pressing the Reset Sync History… button at the bottom of the dialog and follow the instructions which appear.
This will 'zero' your truth database and force an initial slow synchronization of all of the applications, devices and servers in your pool, eliminating this error message and pulling all records to—and pushing them from—all of your synchronization clients.

How to export several calendars simultaneously? And I don't mean by grouping them into one group calendar.
I need it for operating iCalendar, and I do not have patience to do basically the same action seven times in a row. A group calendar is not a relevant solution either because I want to distinguish the individual calendars by their different colors.
Can you do it directly from the iCal Sources folder (the calendars carry crazy names)?
Can you do it by invoking the Terminal?

How to hide several calendars in notification area?

Hello,
My problem is that I have several calendars that I do not want to see appear on the notification area on my devices (iPhone / iPad).
I deselected them on iCloud.com... and also on my iMac and even on the calendar on the devices... So when I get in the calendar app, I do not see them.
But as the notification area shows up by sliding my finger, I see all calendars listed... why? Is it a bug or did I miss something?

If this helps on iphone and ipad - select to hide all calendar. Your ticks and info will go but its NOT deleted and just tick the box (event) that u want to bring up. its just a shame it does not work for laptops or imas. Hope this helps. Include items in several calendars-?

Is it possible to add items to more than one calendar? Once I create an item for my calendar I would like to be able to have that item appear in more than one calendar. Reasons: creating/printing iPhoto Calendars that use iCal and also publishing calendars in .Mac.
In iPhoto you can choose iCal calendars to be included but many times items from various iCal calendars needs to be in the iPhoto calendar. The only way to do that now is by creating a new iCal calendar with those items or manually adding them. It's takes a lot more time!
Maybe there's a shortcut to include items in several calendars. Any ideas?

This may not be the right way to do it but I have a solution that works for me. I've had a little trouble trying to describe it; but the essential aspect is that the 2 calendars are actually calendar groups which have sub-calendars which are unique to them and there is one calendar which is 'shared' between them. To publish them I drag the shared calendar to the calendar group that I want to publish, click the button and when it's finished I drag it to the other one and then publish that. This enables both calendars to appear with the shared info without the need for double entries.

Slow apps due to several calendar applications

Morning.
I use several applications they are using calendar data: iCal, MenuCalendarClock, iBiz, MailTags, iSync (Nokia E65), several subscribed calendars, several published calendars (on .mac and on private servers).
Some of them are very slow at startup (MenuCalendarClock, iBiz).
Would it be a good idea to rebuild the calendar database? How could I do that? What whould you suggest?

Netflix, and other similar services, adapt to the connection whereas iTunes content is at a fixed rate. It will need to load a portion before playback begins.
Some common things to check
What is your current connection, use speedtest.net
Make sure DNS is set to automatic (settinga - general - network)
If on wifi try ethernet
Go to istumbler (Mac) or netstumbler (PC) to get a report of the network, look for signal strength and noise.

Wireless Synchronization of Calendar, tasks and memos

I'm a first-time user of a new Blackberry Curve 8310. I've installed the software and completed a wired-synchronization to my computer. Now, I want to set the device so that it synchronizes wirelessly.
I've followed the instructions that say Calendar>Menu>Options> but there is not a "Wireless Synchronization" field to select.
Can this be done on this device? If yes....what am I missing?

In the DeskTop software program I use (4.5) in the upper right hand corner of the main screen is options, it contains connection options. Other than USB it does offer Bluetooth. I don't have any other options. If you look in the Blackberry Device manager it lists Com ports, USB and Bluetooth. Again, that's the only options I see.
What type of Calendar/contacts program are you using? Google offers a sync option.

How to synchronize several operators based on the same table

One of our tables is used in several different mappings.
When we make changes to the table, we have to open one by one all the mappings that use that table and then synchronize the table operator.
Does anyone know a way of doing this automatically? Something that allows us to select the table and click the "Synchronize" button so that all the operators based on that table are automatically synchronized.

This script reconciles all table operators, of all the mappings in a module, you can fix the tabPath variable and look for it in all the mappings of a module, to know if you have to RECONCILE the TABLE OPERATOR or if is bound to another table.

After having installed the new iTunes 7.0.2 on a windows PC, my iPod was completely reinstalled.
but synchronizing it, all datas from the outlook calendar were erased!!
Synchronizing the iPod again and again with iTunes 7.0.2. music and contacs were transferred, but synchronization did not copy my calendar to the iPod.

I've looked all over this discussion group. I've searched the web. Outlook 2003 Calendar simply does NOT sync to iPod Nano. If I don't get an answer soon, this thing is going back. This shouldn't be so difficult! Everything is set properly. It spends 5 minutes telling me that it is synching to my calendar, but when it's done, there is nothing there on the iPod. The Contacts work fine. C'mon APPLE, get on this forum and give us the answer!

Synchronize email calendar with Adobe LiveCycle

I would like to ask if there is a way to synchronize the email such as GroupWise calendar with Adobe LiveCycle so that the user do not have to manage two different calendars when they are office. e.g If the LiveCycle can synchronize their Groupwise calendar to show on their LiveCycle Workspace then when they are of office, they just need to go to the workspace to forward the task that assign to them to a different staff like a back up staff.
If any have done that before or know if it is possible, please share your solution.
