Synchronizing does not generate a preview window

When I synchronize a site, the preview window no longer
appears.
I don't think any changes were made to site settings, etc...
This is just something that suddenly started happening a few days
ago. No changes were made to the system except the addition of a
larger monitor (and "prevent windows from opening off screen" is
set in the desktop settings).
I have more than 30 sites, and I have not made changes to FTP
settings, etc..., so I assume this is a program issue. This problem
occurs when synching all of my sites.
I'm pretty sure this is not a time stamp (sever and computer
using the same time) issue, as it's not really about finding the
unsynched files; it's about not generating a preview window.
Dreamweaver 8 simply scans through all the site files, but
then no preview pane shows up. I can "put" and "get" files, there
just isn't a preview pane once Dreamweaver checks the site and
local files for synching.
I updated to 8.0.2 quite a while ago, so there's no patch
fix.
Suggestions?

Try turning off (or lowering) Hardware Acceleration for your graphics card.
At the Windows Desktop, Right Click and select "Properties". Under the "Settings" Tab, select "Advanced". Select the "Troubleshoot" Tab and reduce the Hardware Acceleration. You will need to restart you computer to see if it worked. First, try it with no Acceleration. If it works, try increasing the Hardwar Accelearation one notch at a time - rebooting your computer each time. \

Video does not play in preview window.

I have recently upgraded to CS4 from CS3.
In any part of CS4 that uses video; Encore, Premeire and After Effects, video will not play in the preview window from a timeline when the play button is pressed. The playhead doesn't move, but the Play button toggles from Pause to Play when pressed. However, when I scrub the video, I can see it in the window. Video played fine in CS3.
My graphics card is a PNY nVidia Quadro FX 570 with the 178.26 driver. My computer is a Dell Precision 670.
I recently completed a project where I had to trim about 48 QuickTime video files created in Premiere 2.0, compressed with Sorensen 3.
The files were then added to Encore, and a DVD was created. The DVD worked fine. At no time could I preview video, unless I opened the edited video in QuickTime.
This has also happened with still and AVIs.
At no time do any of the CS4 programs freeze or crash the system.
Has anyone had this happen to them. Is it a graphics card issue.... I can't seem to find any info on a similar problem.

Spry Data does not display in browser window.

Using CS4 I followed "Building a photo album with the Spry framework" by Don Booth.
I can run gallery.html in Dreamweaver CS4 “Live View” and it works, but does not work in a browser. Does not work in “Preview in browser” from Dreamweaver nor IE8 nor Firefox. The file structure online is same as in working site.
I briefly see the design screen then just an empty browser window with no images.
I'm trying to run this from another index.html but can't get it to work even running gallery.html.
I appreciate any help you can offer. Please see attached for online files and screen prints.

Template does not fit into the window

The template is in footer window. I have only 3 lines in the template.
And the size of template is less than window size.
I do not understand why this error. This happened when there are many line items in the main window. With less no. of line items it worked well.

My flash player does not work properly on Windows 7 32 bits with Firfox and IE8 (lasts versions).
My Flash player version : 10.0.45.2, but I tried with version 9 too, with same problems.
I have tried to uninstall, reboot, reinstall several times, ... witch did not worked.
In fact, it works correctly on some sites, like youtube, but not on some others like :

Image.getScaledInstance() does not always work under Windows Vista

I've run into some intermittent image scaling problems under Windows Vista (minus Aero effects) that I never experienced with the same program, same image(s), running same Java version under XP. The images I'm using are all JPEGs, and the problem appears to affect approx 1 out of 3 grayscale images (no color ones so far) w/o respect to size (ie: small ones can be problems while larger ones will work). Java -version shows 1.6.0_02-b06. I was wondering if anyone else out there has seen this, or can point out what I may be doing wrong. Sample code to duplicate follows.

That does indeed appear to be a bug. I looks like it's having problems with the alpha value in the color model, so a possible workaround would be to change the color model the image uses before scaling. This may entail creating a new BufferedImage and drawing the old image into it.

Cancellation document does not generate Accounting document

Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue that when a Billing document is getting cancelled through workflow ,the billing document does not generate a accounting document .I tried debugging the issue to check it but could not find the root cause of the issue.
In the code we are using 'BAPI_BILLINGDOC_CANCEL1 to cancel the billing document.
How to find that the accounting documents are getting generated from the corresponding billing documents correctly.

First of all, are you able to create S1 type cancellation document after you call the BAPI? If you are not even able to generate the cancel document, perhaps you are missing committing the BAPI after calling it by using BAPT_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
Also are you able to create cancellation and accounting document by calling the BAPI through a test ABAP program? First check it out before using it in your workflow.

The RFUMSV50 program does not generate transfer lines of deferred VAT ,
The context is the following one:
Code VAT Created with code target VAT, general account of VAT also created,
Rule of deferred VAT created and activated for the company code in question, with marks to compensate for check.
The data of tests are the following ones:
Creation of an invoice via the FB60,
Integral payment of the invoice via F-53,
Creation of the confirmation of the operation in bank via the manual statement FF67,
Clearing of the intermediate banking account with the bank account via F-03.
After all these elements, by executing the RFUMSV50 program, I have nothing in result.
There somebody who had the same problem, could help us?

Service Tax credit cannot be utilized unless the Vendor Invoice is Paid. This is the reason till the payment is done the service tax Amount will be accumulated in deferred tax account and once the invoice is paid the balance in deferred tax is need to be transferred to respective Service Tax , Educational Cess and higher Education Cess account. There can be various business scenarios for full and Partial Payment to facilitates the transfer of such deferred balance to respective account SAP has come up with some new standard program RFUMSV50 instead of RFUMSV25. To overcome the limitation of this program i.e. not able to take care of more than one tax line item, below the solution is provided with scenarios “Full Payment is made to Vendor Invoice”.

Middle-click or click the scroll-wheel on a hyperlink has always opened a '''new Tab'''. Any chance you had an add-on that changed that action, and now that add-on is disabled or incompatible?
