i have upgraded my iphone to 2.2.1.
but now i can't sync my apps previously bought from appstore.
Sync Application tab is not active.

On the iPhone, go to Settings > General > Restrictions. If Installing Apps is set to OFF, enter your passcode and turn it back ON.

You can use your iPad worldwide. However, each AppleID is tied to
a specific country's store. To use the AppStore in any country, you
must be in that country and have a credit/debit card issued by a financial
institution in that country with a verified billing address in that country.
It is the developer's choice which AppStores he makes his app available
from, and some countries prohibit certain apps.
To make a purchase from the US store (including downloading a free app
available in the US store), you must be in the US and have card issued
in the US with verified billing address in the US.
You can use your purchases from the SA store worldwide, but you
cannot make purchases in other than the SA store unless you meet
the aforesaid conditions.

I want to buy the NFL Game Pass package to view this season on my iPad 2 which I bought and registered in the U.S. I now live outside the U.S. but a message in the app store says I cannot download the app from the U.S. store. ‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your device and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select the Philippines.

Some Apps are not available yet.

Majority of the important apps are not available yet for Q5. Any updates on when this will be available. Like Viber and WeChat. WeChat is already available and it says that it's compatible with OS 10 but why is it unavailable for the Q5 in specific? Isn't Q5 running on OS10 too!?

App compatibility is the same as it has always been for BBs. All apps must be specifically ported to the exact device model number AND major OS level in order to function. That means a lot of porting for the developers, and sometimes they choose to not do so. An app that functions on Z10, for example, will not function on the Q5 unless the developer specifically ports the app for the Q5 (and pushes it correctly out via BBWorld).
Likewise, it's up to those app developers to choose what platforms they desire to support. If they do not support a platform that you desire, your channel to push for it is with the developer directly, contact information for which can normally be obtained in the BBWorld catalog.

Sync apps can not be ticked

I was trying to transfer my purchase to ITunes, and then authorize my computer as well. But my ITunes on the Apple Mac would not let me to tick the place that says sync apps at all. the page is all faded.

The only other thing that I can think of is that you are not using the same Apple ID on the computer and as you are on the iPad.
Can you sync other content to the iPad - music, photos ???? Or transfer other purchased content from the iPad into iTunes??

Why is my multi folio app now not available?

We are a small company intending to publish 4 times a year through our multi folio app (Challenger Times).

As we need to publish on more than just apple devices, and we wanted to create a multi folio app we, on Adobe's advice, purchased Professional edition on a monthly basis. It was advised to us that once our app was in store and we were not publishing new versions we could go back to using the creative cloud version and the app would stay live, upgrading to professional whenever we wanted to create and publish a new folio, and paying for additional download bundles where neccesary.
HOWEVER - now our professional edition has lapsed we have been informed that new folio downloads are not available to new users. Which means we are unable to do any further promotion of it.
For a small business paying for full access for the whole year is not financially viable, especially when this is a free app which we only expect download numbers of around 500 per folio.
Now that we have created, and promoted, the app that is in store we are essentially now bound to paying the professional fee every month, which is a total nightmare for us.
Is there any way that we can make the multi folio app and current folio available for new users with a different subscription?

Thanks for replying, and the clarification, I'm not the developer so get my terms mixed up. I understand that our app is still available, but without the folio content to download within it it is essentially just an empty shell, and so totally useless to any new subscribers.
Essentially my issue is still the same, someone at Adobe advised us incorrectly when we were deciding on subscriber levels and now i'm either stuck with a $500 a month charge forever or have no publication to promote. It just seems like a really bad deal for small publishers that we are now locked into a huge monthly charge just because we wanted to make our publication available on other devices.
Is there no way we could pay a reduced level subscription for just hosting the folio content?
If anyone can point me towards someone who can help at Adobe I'd really appreciate it, we put a lot of work into our latest folio, with plans to produce another in early 2014, and we're feeling pretty despondant about this latest development. We're going to have to completely shelve this project if there is no workaround.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

ITunes - WiFi Sync - App picture not loading in iTunes

When I sync my iPhone to iTunes over WiFi the app icons do not all appear. Some are lost or some are just displaying a 'A".
Any advice here on why this might be and what I can do to fix it?

Iphone 4s io7 wifi sync says pc not available

I'm sure this has been asked and answered a thousand times but in all the searching I still can't find an answer to this .
From my iphone 4s with io7 when i try to wifi sync itunes it always says "it will sync when pc is available".
It won't even recognize the iphone 80% of the time when its plugged into usb.
I checked and rechecked all proper settings on the phone, pc, laptop and router and still the "sync now" is greyed out .
Also on on my windows 8.1 laptop when i have it plugged it it recognizes the phone but if i try to send something to it says" this device has stopped working or has been disconnected even though it is still listed in the network folder .
Any help would be appreciated !!

The only operation supported directly between a computer folder (e.g. using Windows Explorer) and an iPhone is to move Camera Roll pictures from the phone to the computer. It is not possible to move any type of data from the computer folder to the iPhone except by using iTunes to sync that data.
