  • Can't sync my calendar on outlook 2010 with icloud

    Hi,
    Hope somebody can help me.
I am trying to sync my Calendar from outlook 2010 to icloud to ensure I can access my calendar on the move.  I need to be able to update on my phone and it will appear on outlook, AND enter in to outlook and appear on my phone.  Is that possible both ways??
I have windows 7 and have installed i cloud, i have ticked the share calendar box and recieved this message "outlook has been setup to use icloud for your calendars and tasks"
Now looking at all the tutorials I should now be able to go to my calendar and see a icloud tab......unfortunately I do not get one??
Can anyone please explain how I get this to work as it is driving me mad.
    Thanks!!!

I had a similiar problem, with my multiple devices.  I open iTunes and when all devices were connected I went to the info section on each device.  Under info I checked the sync calandars. Under that I click all calanders. I then did the apply in low right. I then did the sync function and it fixed it for me.  You have to do this for each device.
I also checked the device (ipad,Iphone) themselves and change the calander selection to NO Catagory.  Hope this helps.

  • How can iCloud in my windows 7 PC sync with only selected Outlook 2010 contacts?

It's my first time to use iCloud in my windows 7 PC and sync it with my Outlook 2010 contacts, my outlook contacts has several folders.  I know iCloud will create an iClouds contact folder.  My question is will it sync with all my contact folders?  or will iCloud sync give me an an option to choose which folder to sync? I do not want it to sync it with my entire outlook contacts,  how should I go about this?  Thank you

connect the ipad to the computer
    open itunes on the computer
click on the ipad in devices
    click on the info tab
scroll to the contact sync part
    click the dropdownbox
    choose windows live contacts
if it's not in the list google
transfer windows live contacts to "Insert what is on the list so you can sync to it"
choose "whatever you chose on the list"
    export/import the contacts
    sync

  • Can't synch my 8520 and outlook 2010

When trying to sync my phone to my outlook the following message is appearing:
'One or more configured folders is not available. Update folder mapping and try again'
I have then gone in to configure the settings and this message appears:
    'No available message stores'
Once closing this message I am then able to click onto the 'map fields' section and then this error message appears:
    Error code: 0x82bc1095
Does anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this?
    Thanks in advance.

What exactly happens though? Do you see it process the calendar and contacts but no information is ever transferred over?
On the BlackBerry check under Options | Advanced Options | Default Services. Make sure your default calendar is set to your godaddy account

  • My iphone 6plus won't sync my calendar from outlook 2010.  How can I fix this?

My iphone 6plus won't sync my calendar from Outlook 2010.  How can I make this work again?

If you put information into one calendar and it synced to the other phone, then it sounds as if you are using iCloud, not Outlook. You need to check that. When I asked about the type of calendar, I was asking if this was your own Outlook, or were you using a work Exchange calendar. If you don't know the difference, I would say it is probably personal. If you look at calendars in the bottom center, are there more than one calendar listed? Do you see an ICloud calendar? Do you see an Outlook calendar?

    Suggestions Please

Sorry, yes you are correct! It is a typo
              *6.1.4

I have had the phone plan working for about 5 months, with no previous issues with the data working.
Vaya - have only just released the 4G network plans (one month ago)

Does this mean that I have to upgrade my plan to the 4G fleix cap to receive a cellular compatibility?
Or do I have to purchase a locked in contract with them for this issue to be resovled?

    Hi there,
There are lots and lots of threads in these forums of folks that are either 1) angry in that they thing RIM is going too slow or 2) truly trying to help each other out. The formal response is that 2010 is not yet supported by the RIM DTM software and no expectation of when that shall happen can be provided.
    Good luck!

    I hope you listen..
The issue may be that Nokia bought the third party company that was doing the synch under Blackberry.
Blackberry: You need to fix that problem or switch to another third party. You may otherwise see a vast exodus to Android based phone.
I hope you have not come to be too big to care about your customers.
    Hello!
In regards to your hope that RIM will see your message -- these forums are a user-to-user support channel, not a user-to-RIM conduit. As such, it is unlikely that they will see what you have written. However, if you have specific and constructive ideas for them, I have heard that they accept such via email to [email protected]

  • No Available Message Stores

I have had this problem ever since I've had my 8310 curve.  Everytime I try to configure the calendar synchronization with Microsoft Outlook 2003 I get the message "Outlook Connector Error: No available message stores"
I have combed through various forums and none of the solutions offered worked.  I have tried the mapi32.dll fix and completely erasing the calendar off my blackberry, at least three different times each.  I have read that reinstalling Microsoft Office and disabling add-ons in outlook can solve this but Office came preinstalled on my laptop and I simply bought a product for activation so I am unable to try this solution.
    Configuration:
    Blackberry 8310 Curve
    Handeld Software v4.5.0.110
    Desktop Software v4.7
    Microsoft Outlook 2003
    Outlook Conector
    any ideas?
    thanks

    Here are the steps...
    1. Optional (I did not follow and it worked): Exit out of both the Blackberry Desktop Manager and Microsoft Outlook clients. Make sure that in your task manager that the process Outlook.exe is not running.
    2. In the default Windows XP or Windows Vista installation go to the folder C:\Windows\System32. You can also get there by typing in %systemroot%\system32 into the Start --> Run prompt.
    3. In the System32 folder, find the file "MAPI32.dll" and rename it to "MAPI32.dll.old" or similar.
    4. In the System32 folder, there is another file called "FIXMAPI.EXE" that may just show as FIXMAPI depending on your configuration. Double-click it to execute the file, it will create a new version of MAPI32.dll.
    5. Verify the new file in your System32 folder. You may need to hit F5 to or go to View --> Refresh in order to show the newly created file.
AFTER THIS, you might get a "connector specific error... which I could care less, since mine works even witht that error, but you can reinstall Office (no plugins) supposedly to fix that.  I haven't tried.

  • No longer able to sync Curve 8520 to Outlook

For some reason when I try to sync my phone to outlook I get the window saying synchronising data followed by another window saying please select one or more items to sync.  Both contacts and calendar are selected and I haven't changed anything, all I have done was leaving the country for a few days and now I am back the synchronisation no longer works.
When I go to the organizer tab, calendar and contacts are ticked but when I click to configure I get an error message, could that be part of the problem?
Thanks for any help as I have been trying various things (shut down and restart the computer, the phone, trying to get into the configure menu, etc) for the past hour, to no avail.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Ended up reinstalling BB desktop manager and that cleared the issue...

  • Trouble syncing email changes in outlook 2010 to iPad using iCloud. It works the other way round!!!

I have set up my mobileme email in outlook 2010 and installed and set up the iCloud Windows tool. However, I am having problems syncing changes I make on the PC. For example, if I delete an email on my iPad, it almost immediately deletes it from my Outlook...perfect. But if I delete an email from Outlook it doesn't delete from my iPad. Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help?

    I misspoke when i said,
"If a new appointment is created in Outlook 2007 it is synch to the iOS devices. The appointments can then be modified on these devices and that change is reflected properly in "Calendar in iCloud"."
It is true the new appt is visible on the iOS devices and changes (such as adding appt details can be made from these devices) .. however those changes are only reflected on the other iOS device and not brought back into "Calendar in iCloud" w/in Outook.

  • Sync iPhone 4S without outlook 2010

How can I sync my iPhone 4S with Outlook 2010 calendar?

Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar (in the calendars section).  Make sure you have chosed your Outlook calendar as your default calendar on your iPhone (and not, for example, the one under On My iPhone).  Then add an event on your iPhone calendar and see if it syncs to Outlook properly.

  • No option to select Outlook for syncing - 64bit Win7 and Outlook 2010

The option to sync with Outlook is not there ! It's there on my XP 32 bit machine but not my new 64bit Win7 laptop with 64bit Outlook installed. Is thsi a compatibility issue ?

After 2 days of trying everything I uninstalled 64bit version of Outlook 2010 and installed the 32bit version and iTunes now works properly !
ITUNES IS DEFINATELY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OUTLOOK 2010 64bit !!!
