Syncing Contacts2 with iPhone 4

I have a huge Contacts group in Outlook.  I created a much smaller group of Contacts in Contacts2 within Outlook. But I can't figure out how or if I can sync only contacts in Contacts2 with my iPhone 4.  Is there a way? Anyone?

Check if you have the latest version of iTunes.
In Outlook Contacts you must create subfolders to Contacts.
Right click on Contacts and tab New Folder. Give the new folder a name.
This way you can create more subfolders to the original Contacts folder, dont make sub sub folders.
Then tab Contacts and drag your contacts to the different subfolders where you want them.
I have folders named like Customers, USA, Germany, Private and so on. Nice if you have many different kind of contacts. Makes it easy to find someone.
In Outlook 2007 and later the subfolders are called Groups, but they are actually the same - Subfolders to the main Contact list.
