Syncing iPhone with Photo Shortcuts
I have photos from an event but I don't need or want all photos from that event synced to my iPhone. I know I can copy the photos to a separate folder, cull the ones I don't want on my iPhone then sync to the new folder. But that is a waste a disk space. Is there a way that I can make a folder of photo shortcuts and have the iPhone sync from that?
I have the same question about syncing Outlook calendar to iPhone. I used to do it from my PC before I switched to MacBook.

I am having some really strange problems with my Iphone with photos and music. In my photos icon I have a bunch of albums but the pictures are all synced to the wrong albums. The pictures are just all mixed up and in the wrong albums. As far as my music problem. In my playlists for my music I am trying to rearrange my songs in a particular order of listening. It lets me do it but when I hit done it randomely changes them in puts them in all different orders. Can anyone help?

No. If you don't want the photos on your phone any longer, be sure to import them to your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 first. Once imported to your computer you can delete them if you want.

Recently upgraded PC with latest edition of iTunes (1/30/2014), afterwards, received this error message while attempting to sync iphone with PC: Unable to load, resource not found, SyncUICoreLocalized.dll
THIS HAS EVERY APPEARANCE OF A SOFTWARE GLITCH BY APPLE ... So first suggestion is NOT to begin reinstalling various software but to await some answer & fix from Apple. Too many have same problem on various systems, in my view (I am not an Apple rep but have certainly faced many glitches over the years).
PS - LOTS of Apple software problems these days, including many people having their Contacts shredded. What's going on with Apple? -

You can't, as this has never been a feature of any iPhone. By design, iPhone syncs or manually manages iTunes content with ONE computer at a time. Any attempt to sync or manually manage iTunes content with a second computer will result in ALL iTunes content being first erased from your phone, to be replaced with the content from the second computer. Pick one computer & stick with that computer. -

Hi Steve, Thanks for that. When I conect the phone it comes up with iphoto and starts to sync and then when that is finnished the itunes window shows my phone syncing at the top of the screen. The only button that says iphone which is on top right only asks if I want to eject and then disapears when sync finnishes. I can not see any other way of showing a side bar view and i can not access any way of controling the sycn service. It seems to be syncing calander but not my contacts. Have I missed something?

I am use homesharing, but cannot sync the main library from the secondary computer to an iphone. It shows the entire libaray on the computer, but only shows a few songs when I try to sync iphone with the computer using homesharing.
