Syncing itunes from pc to bb

i loaded bb desktop software on my pc to use media sync to manage my music on my phone,when i go to syncthe music it keeps saying itunes not installed. Do i need to have an itunes app on my phone? If i do,how do i get one?

Check out the first article to update the track information to make them a compilation album. Then after that, update your iTunes Match to make the changes across your devices by going to the drop down menu Store > Update iTunes Match.

try resetting the device by holding down the home and sleep key, past the red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and see if that helps.
Also, try finding a free app, any free app, download it on your ipad then see if that gets your others to work.You can delete the free app if it works (or if it doesn't for that matter)

If you are on iTunes 11 on your computer then you may want to enable the left-hand sidebar via View > Show Sidebar (option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC), which might make it easier to navigate.
Connect the iPad to your computer and select it on that left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Music - if you select that tab you should then be able to select which of you iTunes music library to sync to the iPad's Music app

how do I sync iTunes from iMac to iBook? I tryed through Bluetooth, no luck. Any ideas?

To keep both libraries perfectly synced, you may need to find a script or separate application to do it.
If you're just interested in keeping the music the same (but not necessarily play counts, ratings, etc) you can just copy the music itself from one computer to the other (via network).
Perhaps someone with a bit more imagination/experience can provide a working solution? I've done something similar by using an external/network drive and a sym linked iTunes library, but the problem with that is your laptop won't be able to access the music unless it's on your home network.

Sync iTunes from iMac, rest from MacBook Air

My wife has just purchased a new MacBook air. We home share most of our iTunes library which she used to copy over onto her old MacBook from my iMac. She used to sync everything from that old MacBook - music, calendar, contacts, addresses etc etc - onto her iPhone 4S
She has just purchased a new MacBook Air. The SSD drive make storage a little limited so rather than add her music to that HD I thought it would make sense for her to sync music via my iMac and everything else from her MB Air. This would free up a ton of space on her new MB Air drive.
Is that possible. Anything I should be concerned about or do I just plug it in.
Her music collection is effectively just a smaller shadow of mine. Her entire library is a percentage of mine with no extras so there is no risk of losing any music from her iPhone.
Her iPhone is iOS 6. I am hoping that iCloud will take care of all syncing other than music.

Yes. The iPhone is designed to only sync with a single computer and iTunes library. If she attempts to sync with yours, iTunes will give you a warning that it has been synced with another computer and that syncing with your's will erase all iTunes media from her phone and replace it with the media in your library, including apps, music, movies, Podcasts, Books, etc., and iCloud doesn't sync iTunes media. iCloud syncs calendars, contacts, reminders, bookmarks, notes, etc.
If you want to host her music on your computer and allow her to access it without syncing to your computer you would have to subscribe to iTunes Match, which would then allow her to access the entire music library (up to 25,000 songs) via iCloud.

Can't. Everytime I launch the iCloud Control Panel I get an error message saying "Repair the iCloud Control Panel to use iCloud with Outlook". I've tried repairing it and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and I still get the same error message. Is this a known bug? I'm running Windows Vista 64 bit. Is there a known fix?

I recently lost all of my iTunes library but still have all of it backed up on my iphone. How can I resync my itunes back to what my iphone has on it?

This is why I try to stress this so heavily... Your songs are NOT backed up on your iPhone. The iPhone is not a backup device.
Google may give you some options that might allow you to extract the music from your phone.
You mention books. If you mean books in iBooks as opposed to audio books, I haven't seen anything that will allow you to extract those outside of a normal sync.
You might want to consider creating data DVDs and burning your music collection to them.
I've done just that, as well as create a smart playlist that contains everything I've added since a specific date. Every so often, I burn that to DVD and update it to track from the date of the last burn.
A 2TB drive can now be had for < $100. It seems like a small investment to protect such a large library.
Please don't take this the wrong way. I don't mean to be critical.

in fact, if i remember correctly, it even worked in itunes, which no longer even has a photo tab.
Your memory is incorrect. iTunes has never handled the importing of photos from the iPhone's Camera Roll. The Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes is for transferring selected photos from your computer to your iPhone via the iTunes sync/transfer process ONLY.

Trying to a sync an itunes genius playlist from mac to iphone. Message appears on iphone that says"88 items could not be synced. See iTunes for more info." Any advice?
There were 95 songs in playlist, some did transfer while others didn't. Not sure where to look at "itunes for more info".

Are you syncing contacts direct with the Address Book on your Mac via the iTunes sync process, or over the air with MM on your iPhone?
If you are doing the former, this has nothing to do with a problem with your MM online address book.
If you are doing the former, try resetting the sync history on your Mac, which is done via iSync preferences with the iSync application located in your Applications folder.
Quit iTunes and launch iSync.
At iSync preferences, select reset sync history.
Restart your Mac and try syncing with iTunes again.

Have just purchased a new Macbook, and am in the process of setting it up. I have an old Sony Vaio that has my ITunes library on it and this is synced with my Ipods and Iphones. What I want to know is there any way in which I can sync the Itunes on the Macbook from the Iphone or Ipod simply?

Syncing Itunes from 2 computers to your Iphone4s

I had music on 2 computers that I purchased through Itunes. When I tried to transfer one set of songs to the other computer it synced (songs showed up on that computer's itunes), but now won't let me put those songs on my Iphone4s? How do I get those songs to sync with my phone.

The iPhone is only designed to be synced with one computer.
As soon as it is synced to another, everything from the first is erased.
It is designed to work that way.

i buy all of my itunes on my laptop and then download to my iphone 3g. i had previously made a backup of my itunes (before getting my iphone) and restored them to another authorized computer that i sync with my outlook calendar only. after getting the iphone i had made some new purchases and when i synced with the other computer it recognized my new purchases and put them in the purchased music folder. can i delete all the previous restored songs and will the iphone restore them automatically?

Well...basically you need to copy the iTunes Music folder with the original library and transfer it to the other computer. You could do this via a firewire cable hooked to the two computers (and probably the fastest way), or you could use an external drive or thumbdrive, depending on the size of your library. The most inefficient way would be to backup your library to disc and then import the files to the second computer.
