Syncing Photos back onto ATV after moving from a previous computer

Recently I switched from using a Hp compaq running on windows NT to a new Hp workstation running on windows vista. I successfully moved my itunes library to the new machine and also moved my photos which were linked through an external Lacie drive which I just plugged into the new machine via the USB and which is clearly visible on the new machine. I have the most up to date itunes and ATV software operating. I have paired the ATV with the new library via the ATV using the code number given and the music appears on the Television screen but the memory of the ATV does not fill nor will it see my photos nor sync them. Initially the ATV filled its capacity with audio files but no photos. I tried a reboot and restore factory setting but the photos still will not appear nor will the audio files apper in the memory of the ATV. Query, how do I get the photos back on to the ATV and have I got stuck in streaming mode. Help please.

Thanks tried that but no avail. I noticed though that when I reconnected I only ticked one playlist, yet when I went into the ATV it had all of the playlists from previous but still no photos and asks for me to make a connection and sync, which is what I did. I also only cliked to sync one folder with 20 photos so that it wouldn't be down to a time issue that may arise from large files. As I speak it is still showing up in itunes as 'syncing' but the 40GB memeory bar is still showing up empty............. any other ideas, please

Every time i sync my Iphone it tries to sync all my photos back onto my Iphone from my Mac. How do i stop this as it just keep freezing as too many photos?

Deleted album off iPhone (synced from CD), won't sync album back onto iPhone 5C running iOS 8.1

I was trying to remove a certain song from my song, and came to the conclusion that I could get the selected music back after REMOVING ALL MUSIC FROM MY PHONE. This deleted the songs I wanted to keep, but not the one I wanted to delete. Anyways, that's not the point. After this, I tried to re-sync the CD (Taylor Swift - 1989) back onto my phone, but to no avail. Here are a few screenshots to help better understand my situation.
The songs still play when I am on the CD, but when I try to play them from the iPhone (second image), they do not play. Please help when possible. This is not urgent, but I would like to have it fixed soon.

Solved. I went into the iPhone (second image) and under music in the first list, I unselected the "Sync Music", Applied changes, Synced my phone again, and then turned "Sync Music" back on. After syncing, the music started playing again.

Is it possible to put photos back onto Camera Roll.

This will sound silly but I updated my phone yesterday and was having trouble syncing with my pc. So i took all the Photos from the camera roll and saved them on my desktop. However, upon updating I have noticed 2 things :
I now have seperate folders for the camera roll on DCIM (They are grouped into years it would seem) when i open my phone on autoplay.
and secondly.
I cannot add photos to the camera roll. I had 1800 pictures from all over the world which I liked having on there due to the places icon in Photos.
Is there anyway of adding these photos back onto the camera roll, or am I going to have to suck it up and chalk it down to experience.

I have been putting pictures onto my laptop from my phone because I kept on filling up my iCould backup because I only had 5 GB of storage. I recently upgraded to 50 GB of storage. So now I am painfully putting every picture into camera roll.
I personally I am doing this on a 10.8.1 Macbook Pro running a quad 2.6 i7 w/ 8GB of RAM if anyone is curious.
First click on Finder, click on Pictures, select the pictures you want by drawing a box over the pictures you want to save to Dropbox and then right-click over the selected items and click on Copy X Items
Next click on the Dropbox select the folder you want to save the pictures to, right click in an empty space and select Paste X Item
Wait until you see green check marks like in the screen shot above to ensure the pictures are uploaded. Then go to your iPhone. In this case an iPhone 4S running 5.1.1. I am going to assume you know how to search for and install an app, so go and get Dropbox from the App Store
Go ahead and choose a picture go ahead and save it. Now keep on repeating until the job is done. Here is what one picture save looks like.
I know it says photo library, but here is my Camera Roll with pictures that I saved using Dropbox. I edited outit all the faces.

You don't. The photos sync is one way: Computer to Phone. To extract these photos from your phone requires third-party software, like this:

Be aware, photos synced to your phone were reduced in resolution for display on your phone. There is no way to recover their full resolution.

Copying photos back onto camera

Connect the camera and open Windows Explorer [My Computer]. Navigate to the "drive" which is the memory card and choose the right folder. Now open PSA SE, select the pictures and drag them onto Windows Explorer.

Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
You must have a verified billing address & be located in the country whose store you are trying to use.

You're really going to need to explain that. What's "USB"? Do you mean a Disk, Drive or volume connected by USB? How is your iphoto set up? What version are you using?

No one can help you any more than has been done
Your camera is not a general purpuose photo display system - it is designed to take photos, let you look at those photos and allow you to download them to your computer or other places - if you wnat to use it view photos then you have to put the photos in exactly the correct place with exactly the correct names or it will not see them
And this has absolutely nothing to do with iPhoto in any way - iPhoto sotres and proecesses yoru photos and allows you to export them - once you export them it is totally out of the picture - you can easily get photo prints by using the iPhoto print service, using an internet print service, burning photos to a DVD and taking them to a print service or putting them on a SD card and taking them to a print service - to view them on your camera you have to exactly reporduce what the camera is looking for - not at all sure what the pirnt even is

Your address book should have migrated along with your move. If it hasn't go to groups, in "on my mac" group select all the contacts that appear on the right-hand side and drag them to your "iCloud" group.
Once you have done this you can then delete the contacts from your "on my mac" group.

When we back up our Thunderbird email from our office computer to our laptop so we can continue doing business when we are away from the office, most (if not all) of our folders get duplicated between our inbox and our archives, or vice versa, we're not sure which. All we know is that many of our folders are copied. We have 62 folders in our archive, and 74 in our inbox. After checking- it appears that our archived folders are being duplicated back in to our inbox.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Can I make and transfer a back-up of my iTunes from my old computer and add it to my library on my new computer?

I used a transfer cable to copy all my pictures and documents to my new computer over a year ago, but iTunes music would not transfer. I just downloaded iTunes again on the new computer and went through the weeks of spare time to upload my CD collection and have bought a lot of new stuff from the iTunes store. But I would really like to get songs from my old computer as I had a lot of CD's that were lost or stolen and they were on there. My ? is this: If I make a back-up of the library from the old computer, can I load it on the iTunes on the new computer? Will it create a ton of duplicates as I had a lot of the same CD's on the old computer as well? I beleive I had the same apple ID on the old computer if that helps with validating whether or not this is my library or not... Tell me your thoughts and suggestions on how to get my old library merged with my new one with out a lot of duplicates!

That's not the way it works.
Simply copy the media from the old computer to the new computer.
If new content had not already been added to the new computer, it would be a simply matter of moving/copying the ENTIRE iTunes library and then selectively starting iTunes by pointing it to the existing library file.
Since new content has been added, the only thing that can be done is manually copying the content from the old computer. Then in iTunes select File > Add folder to Library.
Playlists will not transfer this way. Apps, Podcast subscriptions, and videos should transfer without any issues.
