SYNCING PROBLEM 1309 IN A MAC, Ive tried everything on the site it doesn't work.
Ipod Nano 6th generation:
Ive had this product for a little over a year (it was a gift for christmas 2010) ive taken care of it really well and it has been used properly without problems until november 2011. I restored it but the issue continues to persist Ive been able only to add about 250 songs when I used to have over 2,000. The pop up warning continues to appear so I cant add any more songs to my ipod. Im trying to find a solution to this problem, Ive tried doing many of the things on the site but they dont work, I dont believe apple has placed really good answers just dumb solutions, that dont work.
Before anyone says anything on to updating. EVERYTHING IS UP TO DATE. I use Lion on my macbook and my iphone 4 s didnt have any problems in syncing music.
I dont go to the mac stores because I live in El Salvador and I dont trust those technitians, I believe theyll over charge me, so I prefer solving the problem myself.
Im thankful for any answers you may give me.

There are two places where vibrations can be set.
One is the Settings > Sounds
The other area is Settings > Notifications
If you have an app set to Alert, it may have a vibration set for it.

Woke up this morning and looked at my phone. Found an error message saying "iPhone cannot make or recieve calls, please restore through iTunes". So before restoring it I checked the support website to see if there was anything else I could do before I had no other choice than to restore the phone. Followed everything, found the phone still wouldn't work or recieve signal. I restored the phone and now it wouldn't activate, so called Apple and explained to them. Tried everything I was told, (Call my network, original network provider of phone, restore again, try recovery mode, activating with a different SIM card, absolutely everything) and still the phone wont activate. Apple have bent over backwards for me to try solve this but have had no luck, so if anyone else has experienced this and had any luck fixing it can you please share any info with me as I'm now effectively stuck in a contract without a phone or an option to renew the phone or one to put my SIM card into. iTunes also thinks 6.1.3 is the latest software but I have seen users with 6.1.4
The phone is an iPhone 4 16GB originally locked to Orange UK but has been working fine with a T-mobile UK SIM.
I've spent a couple of hours looking on the Internet and had no luck at all so any replies would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.Are there any other errors that you are receiving? The exact error helps. You say it was locked to Orange, did they unlock the device? Or did you do something else to make the device work with the other SIM. There are a number of issues regarding activation, and many deal with trying to activate a device that has been locked to a carrier, hacked to work with another and then locked back when the device is updated. Would any of this pertain to you?

I made an account just for this. My macbook pro is extremely slow, but only some of the time. When I normally browse it isn't that bad, but using any flash application or playing any game results in a 100-400 (sometimes 350%) CPU usage of the flashplayer. When I play a game something called kernel_task or mdworker take up a lot as well. Here's my EtreCheck, if it helps.

I have updated all of my plugins. I have updated this particular plugin. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in. I am using the most up-to-date version of Firefox. Still, it crashes after less than 2 minutes. I am not sure what else to do.

Probably the best, first step is to use their un-installer (item 3 on that page) (removes ALL Flash from your system including IE), then download the manual installer(s) (both - first "bulleted" item after #5) and re-install. -
But when I use facetime between ipad and iphone, under my home wifi, it works fine.

SeanMost likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.) -

In trying to include what information all that I could I should have specified I DON'T KNOW THAT IT WAS DEFINATELY JAILBROKEN when I took it to the apple store they told me there's no way for them to tell if it was jail broken or not. I'm only going by what ppl have told me COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE PHONE. With that said the only thing I know for sure is that the apple tech at the Genius Bar told me that someone took control of my root menu in February & I've had no control of my phone since. I asked him how to regain control & how he knew his exact words were "oh that is out of our scope of capabilities here at this level & you would need an apple engineer to fix it". I said ok then how do I get an apple eng then? He laughed & said you can't!!!! To which I was furious I came home & called apple requesting to speak w/the fraud dept to file a report they said we don't have a fraud dept!! So after a 45 mn phone call again I left w/no answers.

I DON'T HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO SPEND HIRING AN ATTORNEY & Although I appreciate your suggestion I fail to how an attorney would be able to facilitate in any way since there's no suspect. I cannot prove that it's him doing it so I certainly can't pursue legal action w/no proof & no money. :'((

I was looking more for a TECHNICAL way to avoid this happening w/a new phone should I buy one or trying to get them out of my phone now! Such as installing some kind of software protection?? Someway to clear out the entire phone (other than factory reset which was done 10 x's w/no success, etc. if this person got in then there HAS TO BE A WAY OF GETTING HIM OUT, right???? -
